Living in Aticco has been a great experience. The apartment was brand new when I moved in, and all the requests were handled very promptly, and any issues were quickly resolved. The other residents are also very friendly. I would definitely consider choosing Aticco again if needed.

Had a great stay at Aticco Co-Living in Barcelona. The apartment was modern, clean, and very comfortable with everything exactly as described. The team was super responsive and quick to help whenever needed. Smooth experience from start to finish. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a stay in Barcelona!

This place truly felt like home for my month long stay. The team was always responsive and helped make things easy. The roommates were the best - and I would highly recommend this for those who enjoy a communal living environment. Not to mention, the decor was amazing and comfortable. They had kitchen tools that made it possible for us to cook shareable meals. Altogether, a dreamy stay in the heart of Barcelona.

Spent about a year living with Aticco and it's been a wonderful experience. I've stayed at a couple of different properties and they were beautifully decorated, really well maintained and the support team has been super nice and attentive. It's also a really great community and I've met several amazing people here. Would 110% recommend!

I stayed at Attico for seven months and the experience was incredible. It's a cozy place with everything you need, and they have excellent customer service. Obviously, there were some common issues that arise in an apartment over time, but the Attico team stepped up and resolved all the issues as quickly as possible.

A true life saver 🛟 Barcelona is becoming a difficult place to find a an apartment or rooms, Andres and the Aticco team has been nothing less than a life saver for me when finding a place when I mostly needed it. If anything was missing or needed a fix, they were fast and easy going with getting them solved. If you are an expat and need to land somewhere or an exchange student with a good saving account, then Aticco is definitely something worth giving a shot ✌️

I had a great experience with Aticco after a mixed experience with two other agencies. Aticco was professional and helpful. Had some maintenance issues with all three agencies I've used. Things are slower to be fixed in Spain but Aticco still managed to do better than the other two agencies I've used overall with the maintenance headaches. Whenever we needed or wanted a pot, pan, glasses or whatever for the kitchen - we got it. First impressions are important -- Andres and other employees did a great job to be helpful and communicate the entire time I was living in an Aticco apartment.

Seriously, renting a flat with Aticco as a first landing place in Barcelona was a top tier decision. I didn’t have to navigate through the crazy rental market, worry about internet, water, heating etc. or any of the basic things such as stocked kitchen, comfy bed or anything. The apartment was new, clean and if any issues arose - the team handled them. Special shout out to Andres, who’s just amazing! Also it was great to already have a community as a newcomer :) definitely recommend!
