It was a great opportunity to move to Barcelona without any hassle. The whole process was very easy, and it was also a perfect way to make friends and meet new people. I lived in a coliving space just a three-minute walk from the beach. Whenever we needed something in the apartment or had something to be repaired, Aticco was very helpful and always provided what we needed.

I had a great stay at this Coliving near Sagrada Família. The processes were smooth, and the admin team was always helpful and regularly checked in to make sure everything was good. I met lovely roommates and really appreciated the social atmosphere. A perfect place for anyone wanting to experience life in Spain in a social and easygoing way. Highly recommended! :)

I really enjoyed my stay with Aticco :) Their staff is incredibly kind, the home was new and nicely designed, and they do a really great job creating experiences both in and out of the home as part of the perks that come with being a member of their larger community. In particular, it was a pleasure to be helped by Andres and Ignasi. I highly recommend Aticco to anyone looking for a trustworthy co-living company that goes above and beyond just placing people in beautiful homes—because Aticco really does offer so much.

WORST service ever. NEVER AGAIN. NEVER! I wish there was a zero star. The house was not like in the photos shown. They won’t reply you. You have to mail them a hundred times and if you are lucky they will answer. They didn’t pay me back the 400€ service fee WHICH THEY HAD TO. Because I couldn’t even stay at the place. I have photos and everything. I wish I never contacted them.

I’ve been living at Aticco Living for over a year, and I couldn’t recommend it more! The team managing the community is incredibly accommodating and attentive, always ready to help with any request. On top of that, there are so many events and activities organized for members, which really makes living here feel like being part of a vibrant community.

I stayed in an attico property for 9 months in Barcelona and had a good experience! Andres was always very helpful and attentive, and they helped me get my empadronamiento which was very important for me. The property was clean and well-decorated, I liked the space.

I had a really bad experience with Attico Co-living in Barcelona. From the very beginning, communication with their team was always a struggle — slow replies, lack of transparency, and very little follow-up. We had several unpleasant situations within the apartment that took weeks or even months to resolve, and some were never fixed at all. The worst part, however, was the deposit. Even though the checkout was done properly and everything was in order, it took me one and a half months of constant fighting to get my deposit back. Attico claimed that the property owners (whom they manage the apartment for) were refusing to return it — but that’s clearly not the tenant’s problem. It turned into a long and frustrating process that should have been handled professionally from the start. While the apartment itself was nice and well located in El Born, the poor management and communication from the Attico team made it one of the most unpleasant living experiences I’ve ever had.

Flat is fully furnished, the team is reactive and the whole process for check-in/out was very smooth. The location was also super convenient. Probably not the cheapest option in Barcelona, but fair for the flexibility and quality of service. Very good hassle-free solution overall
