I had a great experience with Aticco after a mixed experience with two other agencies. Aticco was professional and helpful. Had some maintenance issues with all three agencies I've used. Things are slower to be fixed in Spain but Aticco still managed to do better than the other two agencies I've used overall with the maintenance headaches. Whenever we needed or wanted a pot, pan, glasses or whatever for the kitchen - we got it. First impressions are important -- Andres and other employees did a great job to be helpful and communicate the entire time I was living in an Aticco apartment.

Seriously, renting a flat with Aticco as a first landing place in Barcelona was a top tier decision. I didn’t have to navigate through the crazy rental market, worry about internet, water, heating etc. or any of the basic things such as stocked kitchen, comfy bed or anything. The apartment was new, clean and if any issues arose - the team handled them. Special shout out to Andres, who’s just amazing! Also it was great to already have a community as a newcomer :) definitely recommend!

Had a great and easy experience with Attico in Barcelona. We found the space clean, comfortable and perfect location. We didn't have much time to find a place to live for 6months and they helped us by being very efficient. Happy to have chosen them! Recommended 100%.

Good experience with Aticco. Very smooth check-in experience and stay was also generally nice. Room was as advertised. Little bit on the pricey side but for the flexibility and services offered, would recommend for a short-medium term stay👍

My friends and I have been living in Aticco coliving for a month so far. At first, everything seemed great, at the stage of paperwork we got along well with the representative of the company, and agreed on many things. However, after moving in, we realized that getting those agreements fulfilled required repeatedly following up on the same issues. The problems that arose after the check-in have not been resolved for weeks, in particular, unstable Internet, as well as problems with the boiler. Employees do not respond for several days. I lived in this building for 6 months and everything went perfectly! The accommodation is very comfortable and conforms to the photos and the communal areas, especially the terrace, are exceptional. On top of that, the service offered by the Aticco staff is very appreciable, they are very responsive and flexible, which made my stay even more pleasant. I would recommend it 100%!

I had the experience of renting a room in one of Aticco Living's flats in Barcelona for 5 months. I recommend this co-living agency: the contact and responsiveness of the staff is an advantage of this system of renting rooms, the cleanliness of the premises is maintained by a cleaning service included in the price, the furniture is brand new and the welcome is excellent. A very good experience. Thank you for the welcome, responsiveness and help provided over the months if it was needed in any problem encountered. PS: There are a few things that could be improved: giving residents more advance notice when a technician is due to carry out repairs or maintenance in the flat; returning the deposit more quickly on departure.

I lived in Sepúlveda for 4 months and had a great time! I wish they gave you more included access to the co working spaces as the quality of work environmnent in the apartments is the weak point. It would also build the community even more. Though if anything is lacking in the facility, just ask their community manager Andrés for help who really makes the best effort to assist you with you whatever you need. /Emanuel
