Arrival and access to parking was stressful. Parking bay is extremely narrow. Our car had a couple of dents due to other car doors hitting it. Apartment is lovely and perfect for two people however it is not well insulated from the road noise, etc. Unfortunately the balcony isn’t much use as it is extremely dusty. It required mopping on a daily basis. Facilities in the building is very good and staff overall are helpful. They change staff quite often but they are very kind overall.

Booking was made easy through Airbnb and the host, Blueground was very professional with clear instructions on arrival. The apartment was conveniently located in walking distance from the Metro and a short walk to the beach. In addition there are plenty of restaurants along the Marina walk and along JBR. If you prefer to cater at the apartment with a very well equipped kitchen- there are ample stores and supermarkets close by including a Waitrose supermarket. The view is magnificent from the balcony both during the day and night. There is access to the large pool open from 06:00 in the morning and children’s pool area, as well as a fully equipped gym. We felt very much at home here and highly recommend Blueground as a host.

So far the easiest way to rent apartments for a long term with a few clicks in an app. Inside apartments you will have all necessary stuff for living, with a nice design and everything is clean. Recommended

Be careful while renting with blueground. Agency cost is ridiculously high and also, the value of the property(9k property, they rent for 13k with 3k as their own cost) is way above the market value. DO NOT recommend this service at all.

We have rented furnished apartments 3 times. 2 bad, 1 good. Without talking about the price of between 15,000 and 25,000 AED. We had problem with mold, bad small, no hot water, coffee machine not working, bad internet. They took 2 months to solve this. And this lovely video is from an apartment in JVC, at 15,000 dhs the rent. ☺️ STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

If I could give them minus points, I would. I have never in my life (and I have lived and traveled in many places around the world) experienced such atrocious service and value. We have had leakage, blocked drains, broken Aircon, shower issues... Just to mention a few. Every time, we have been met with terrible service, the issues have not been fixed when urgent and no communication. When calling them, they are completely useless and don't even apologies or compensate for the problems they are putting us through. We will never EVER use Blueground again and I strongly recommend to stay away from them! Absolutely shockingly bad!

I rented an apartment in Dubai for one year through Blueground. However, just two days after checking in, they canceled the lease and informed that I would need to vacate the apartment after one month because they had failed to reach an agreement with the landlord. In other words, Blueground rented the apartment for a year despite not having an agreement with the landlord in place for that period (as the landlord themselves confirmed to me later). Although they refunded the 11 months remaining on the lease and covered the cost of the moving van, they only partially refunded the agency fee and did not reimburse any other fees or expenses. When I complained, their response was that this was in accordance with their terms and conditions (which is true, so be careful on their T&C). They also delayed returning the refund, which I only received a week after vacating the apartment. This delay was extremely stressful, as the refunded amount constituted all my savings. I was left in a very difficult financial situation, as I had to pay for a new rental before receiving the refund. Something else I did not appreciate was that there is an actual rental agreement which will appear in the customer portal once you have completed payment, you will not know of its existence as it gets automatically signed when you complete the payment process. Upon revision, there was a hidden painting fee in this document, which I had to protest as well. They agreed to waive it, but its inclusion was still disappointing. There should be more transparency during this process as well. Overall, the entire experience was highly stressful and put me in a very difficult financial situation. At the very least, I would have appreciated a proper compensation. I would strongly advise Blueground to refrain from such unethical practices, even if you found a legal way around it with your T&C you can put your customers in very difficult positions and this should not be acceptable.

The worst service I have ever experienced. I book an apartment in Dubai and the shower Had no water. I am two weeks here and they still haven’t solved it. The customer service is terrible. Probably only through Airbnb they can give good service because they are obligated otherwise may lose money.
