Blueground, is one of the best service apartments providers. I had an excellent stay for a month. Rooms are well furnished with all amenities fully functional & quality standards are good. I will love to stay again & highly recommend to others as well. Wishing the Blueground best of luck & happy holidays.

The apartments are lovely but the amount of issues we’ve had with basic things like access has been ridiculous. Installing a new battery powered digital locking system in the apartment … without any instructions and without a key for emergency access was final straw. On hold with emergency contact for 25 mins on a UK number … which I pay for. Locked out now and not for first time a day is ruined due to these kinds of issues. Do better Blueground. Hopeless. Absolutely ridiculous.

Absolutely awful experience, entirely unprofessional and unreliable. Booked an apartment and discovered (after just calling up myself to check) 2 days prior to check in that the booking was cancelled. Called customer service to ensure a refund was processed (note over 30,000 AED taken) - was unable to get a definitive answer or a refund for several days despite making several attempts, spoke to the most unhelpful customer service agents (Maria and Jay). Several emails sent. In the end had to consult with a legal team and Dubai Police to ensure my refund was processed. All this for a booking that they couldn't provide? Regretted going through this unnecessary hassle and stress. To conclude: the customer service is awful, the price shown is not the actual price at the time of booking (hidden costs included), the service is clearly unreliable, and I will never be using this again. MY BOOKING ID IS NB1025E0FAAF - any replies which state that no booking can be found is categorically false and a reflection of the company's incompetence to fulfil very basic tasks and/or commitments.

I booked and fully paid for an apartment through Blueground, only to be informed later that the property was no longer available — despite receiving a confirmed booking. What made this worse was the lack of proper customer support. Communication was extremely poor throughout the process. Most of the team could only be reached by email, responses were slow, and no one seemed able to take ownership or provide immediate help. Their customer service line could not resolve the issue either, and I was left without accommodation and out of pocket for over £4,000 while waiting for a refund. For a company that markets itself as a professional housing provider, the handling of this situation was unacceptable. I hope Blueground seriously reviews its customer service systems and refund processes — no customer should have to go through this level of stress and uncertainty.

Updated to 5 Stars on 8th October 2025: Please note the stay was NOT extended for a year. It was extended for only 6 months and you have charged higher rent for those 6 months when I'm ready to extend for 1 Year. Nevertheless, I've changed my rating to 5 stars because you have atleast explained the situation and finally extended it for 6 months so that I still have some more time to find alternate. Since it is beyond your control to extend more than 6 months, I do not want to hold you responsible for it. About payment outstanding: Usually I get notification, but this time, due to a lot of back and forth communication and date changes of advance payment discussions - I didn't realise it wasn't paid. And the same has been communicated to your team over email and informed the payment will be done and details be shared. Thank you. ------------------------- Original 1 Star Comment: I've been staying in Blueground apartment for 1 year now in Dubai Jadaff. I want to extend it for another one year. Now they say they don't operate the apartment after 6 months and for the next 6 months extension, they can't give for 1 yest rate. Very pathetic. Can't rely on them for a long stay. I wish I could give zero stars. I was promised a fully serviced, high-quality apartment for nearly $5,000 USD/month, but what I actually received was shocking: • A broken hot water heater that rained hot brown water into the flooded bathroom. Fine. Leaks happen, but due to an incompetent cleaner, I spent 3 days showering at Barry’s. • Additional leaks, peeling wallpaper, scratched flooring, and damaged, painted over furniture that were never disclosed. The painted over furniture flaked everywhere and ruined items I put on the dining room table. • Repeated no-shows and late arrivals from maintenance and cleaning staff, despite me confirming narrow time windows and missing work to accommodate them. • The “deep cleaning” consisted of someone fluffing pillows while leaving the bathroom dirty and unusable. • To make matters worse, I was overcharged by more than 1,500 AED/month compared to what I was originally quoted. Every time I raised these issues, I got apologies, reschedules, and excuses — but no real resolution. I have now escalated to RERA and Dubai’s Rental Dispute Center because this is more than bad service, it’s false advertising and a breach of contract. If you’re considering Blueground in Dubai, be warned: what you see in the photos is not what you’ll get, and once you’re locked into a lease, they’ll drag their feet on every complaint. There are plenty of reputable landlords and serviced apartment providers in Dubai — save yourself the money and the stress.
