Not a reliable service I don't recommend them. If you extend your stay for any reason they will double the rate from 7K per month to 12K per month + 2.1K booking fee for a studio. At this rate you get 1or 2 bedrooms in Index tower DIFC ! Think twice before you choose them. I had to change my plans because of such service. I reported this to Dubai DED and tourism.

2 stays at the Burj Daman residences in Dubai . 3202 was very dusty when checking in , had bugs in the dark sofa , gaps in kitchen ceiling board where small roaches fell from, broken skirting . Informed Blueground who offered to fumigate the property in our last week there . Would any guests want repair and fumigation done in their short stay ? We thought it’s unfortunately a one off bad experience so we rented another time - now . Before checking in we were led to book a different unit with a different link . We informed them before checking in that it’s only got one toilet and we would like a different unit . It’s summer in dubai so off season and plenty of supply . But we were not allowed except if we paid a punitive relocating fee even tho we haven’t moved in . So we said we’ll live. But apt has no working wifi , no working phone for local calls and no tv ! It’s Day 5 and still no solution . Customer care /client experience gave wifi provider my number instead of dealing with it themselves . Calls from Du frustrated our whole Friday night till 1AM numerous calls with troubleshooting and circular questions, no authority to answer them because we are only renting and so NO solution still. The non functional apartments by Blueground aside , the Burj Daman has nice common amenities (Not managed by Blueground) the - pool gym and lobby are lovely. I would not rent from Blueground if I can help it . Or hope you are lucky to choose a functional , bug free apartment with working wifi.

I stayed in City walk and 52/42, very easy nice access , fully equipped, good quality, all inclusive, well done. The only thing was a long wait to see apartment before a rent, as I stayed a long term

They are great tenants and a property management company, but they are terrible at customer service for landlords. I had a point of contact who left blueground last year. Until today I have not received a call from them introducing me to the person handling my relationship with them. I tried to call their phone number in Dubai and the call menu doesn't work. I look on their website and their phone numbers listed for Dubai are UK numbers. The only way of communication with them is by email and they take long to reply.

In the beginning bkueground was doing well with us but after you end up the contract they are the worst to deal with. They don't keep their end of the agreement Our apartment was managed by them then after years of dealing with them then ending it and we bought the furniture from them. They changed the furniture to old ones they are really scammers and will never ever deal with them again or recommend them to anyone

Arrival and access to parking was stressful. Parking bay is extremely narrow. Our car had a couple of dents due to other car doors hitting it. Apartment is lovely and perfect for two people however it is not well insulated from the road noise, etc. Unfortunately the balcony isn’t much use as it is extremely dusty. It required mopping on a daily basis. Facilities in the building is very good and staff overall are helpful. They change staff quite often but they are very kind overall.
