Really good experience with renting my first place. Gary was professional and stuck with social distancing. It was a very easy process to rent and as it is a new build the house is clean and modern. It is very well looked after.

Using Captium services have been professional and responsive the process from start to finish has been great the house has been renovated to a high spec and any queries have been processed in quick timing and well managed. This property was great. Everyone is very friendly. If you are looking for cheaper living this is ideal. The property is well looked after. Any issues are rectified straight away. I felt very comfortable for the time I was living in the property.
