We still haven’t received our 3000 euro deposit back since moving out in June. The company claims that an excessive energy bill from one heater justifies the delay, but after months of ‘investigation,’ they have failed to provide any proof and have now completely stopped communicating. Be warned, this company will go to any length to hold onto your money, often in highly questionable ways. We won’t let this go and are prepared to take legal action to recover our funds.

Since June we have not gotten our deposit of 3k euros back. They have justified it by one heater using insane amount of energy, which they have been trying to prove for several months and now they have STOPPED RESPONDING to my mails. This company is an insane SCAM. Please watch out for them, they will try to take your money in every way unlawful way possible. We will not leave it like this and will be filing a lawsuit to get our money back.

We had a mixed experience with this company. The house itself was pleasant, and the agency was generally responsive throughout the year. However, our dissatisfaction arose when they withheld almost our entire deposit. Initially, they had assured us that we were allowed to paint the house. By the end of the year, we took their word and painted it back to its original color precisely. Unfortunately, when it was time to move out, they claimed that the shade of paint didn't match correctly, which was quite frustrating for us as we had reached out to the agency beforehand to confirm the specific shade and ordered accordingly, only to be met with this issue later. This situation ultimately soured what could have been a positive experience.
