Coho is one of the worst places to live. No room cleaning, abysmal quality of food provided and the absolute biggest scam that they pull off is not returning security deposit. Also recently coho asked tenants in 5 properties to vacate the room within 28 days. Choose any pg/coliving but coho.

Had been staying in one of their properties in Gurgaon. And now after vacating they are not refunding security deposit even post 30 days and there is no reply over the email.

Nothing reedwmable about this place. Spent the worst 3 months here. These guys always called for rent before 5th inspite of multiple requests to pay them on 7th of each month they never cooperated. Moreover they get they don't get the rooms clean more than twice per week which is absolutely filthy. Other than that it's been almos 50 days that they haven't refunded my security amount. That's what wrong with them. I will never reccomend this place to anyone

Its been over 3 months since we left Coho location at Sec 43, Gurgaon. Our Security deposit has still not been refunded even after constant following up and chasing over email, WhatsApp and telephone. Its sad that a company with such a reputation tries to take advantage of young people and make our life more challenging when trying to work and grow our careers in cities like Gurgaon. Krishna has already blocked my sister's number and he has refused to answer any texts or calls for the last few months. While we like the accommodation, we're very disappointed that the exit experience at Coho has been an absolutely unpleasant one.

Colive is looting people's hard earned money. I stayed at Colive Sunrise for 1 month and they are not refunding my security deposit since 4 months. Nobody is picking up calls now.

Horrible, incompetent and unprofessional staff. They committed to certain terms and conditions to me and because of that I cancelled all other available options. And when I was about to make final payment, they didn't pick up the call and started avoiding me. Then I got a call from some other employee saying that there's a change in certain terms, which were totally unacceptable at that point. Now, I am out of options, cancelled all other options because of them and can't get this one also.

I had the unfortunate experience of staying in Coho for a month 5 months ago and I’m yet to get my security deposit back despite all their assurances that it’ll be credited back 1 month post moving out. They don’t respond to emails. They don’t give me any information. They have the worst customer service I have experienced in a while and I still don’t know if I’ll even get my security deposit back.
