Beautiful rooms, but it's a waste of energy and nerves living in Colivia. They don't refund the deposit. Even though the contract includes a cleaning service, in practice it does not exist. I do not recommend a contract with Colivia to anyone. And if you're thinking "maybe it's not that bad" then seriously... It is. Do not try

I do not recommend! Communication is terrible... During my six-month stay in the apartment, I was accused twice of violating the rules, which I did not break, and I was charged a "PENALTY" for it. Any arguments from me were empty for the owner, because he always has his own truth and only cares about his own interests. Thank you, it wasn't very nice, but I'm glad it ended. Best

The business idea is good, the implementation is weak. For example, if the shower breaks down, they will probably promise you that it will be fixed in a week. As a result, you will wait a year and not get it. It won't be fixed. If you ask your neighbors to behave according to the rules of colivia (don't shout or have parties at night, for example), and they won't, you won't do anything about it. The owner of colivia will not resolve these issues either. But if the colivia administrator personally complains about you, they can easily kick you out without even checking whether it’s true. Let me add: I really don’t recommend contacting and communicating with the administrator named Maciej at Taczaka 23. And in general, treat your neighbors with caution. They will probably talk about you behind your back and smile in your eyes. And then they will set you up at a convenient moment, as happened to us. Very hypocritical people. I can’t say that about everyone who lived there, but I don’t know for sure what it was like. And Maciej always plays the game “I’m very sweet and sweet, trust me,” but as soon as you stop impressing him, he will show his true face as a very toxic and hypocritical person. And everything would be fine, but while he will ruin your life in Colivia, he will still be a “sweet bun” in front of the owner of Colivia and his assistants. And if you have problems with him, they will remove you, not him. I have already seen such situations in the past year of living here. Honestly, I don’t recommend living in colivia at all. Or, try not to communicate with anyone, otherwise you will regret it over time.

I rented a room in Wrocław. The rooms are spacious, modern and very nicely decorated. A big advantage of living in Colivia is the weekly cleaning of the common areas by the cleaning team. The deposit has been paid in full.
