I stayed here for a full year and had a wonderful experience. The staff provided excellent service and were always friendly and helpful. Maintenance requests were handled very promptly, which made living here worry-free. The environment was kept clean and comfortable, and I always felt well taken care of. I would like to express my appreciation to the team members, Jarwin, Jen, and Terzie, for all the help and support. From the very first day when I reported the air-conditioning issue, the gentleman in the team responded immediately by providing me with fans and arranging for the technician. He continued to follow up on the situation and worked hard until the problem was finally resolved — even worked overtime on several occasions. The professionalism, dedication, and kindness have made my stay here much more comfortable.

My stay at Coliwoo has been great! Living alone here gives me more personal space. The surrounding area and the transport links are very convenient. The management team, Jarwin, Jen & Terzie, are very attentive. Damaged furniture parts were replaced quickly, and other small issues were always resolved promptly. Even staying on the ground floor, I rarely had problems with insects or pests. Overall, it’s been a really pleasant experience, and I would recommend it.

It’s such a fantastic living experience! The room is really spacious, and the water pressure is great. Even though it’s on the first floor, there are absolutely no bugs at all. As an international student from China studying Law at NUS, this is by far the most cost-effective studio I could find. It’s super close to the Bukit Timah Campus—only a 15-minute walk to class. Plus, I get to go to the Botanic Gardens every day to get some fresh air; it’s truly amazing! It’s perfect for exchange students who need a bit of privacy. Since exchange programs only last a semester, the flexible lease term here is a huge plus. My only hope is that there won’t be any disputes over the security deposit when I move out later. If that goes smoothly, this place will be absolutely perfect!

Post check-out reviews: The place is great in general. I love the room. There was the peace of mind knowing that all utilities are covered. Network access in my block was superb. The staff were friendly. I will come back if I'm gonna spend time in Singapore in the future. Cons (hence one star gone): - Rooms are not that sound-proof, could be a trouble from time to time depending on who is your neighbor. Had one neighbor randomly laughed out really loud mid-night, then there was another who screams during their "late-night activities". - There were few cases where I had to use the laundry but some people hoarded their stuff inside. Could use a rule like "You clothes could be removed if you haven't collected them X minutes after the cycle is done."

I am Umberto, I come from Italy and I am living in Coliwoo 1A Lutheran since May 2025. It is an excellent experience. It is really comfortable, several services, located in nice area (close to Botanic Gardens). The team is nice, timely and supportive. I had some requests about TV. They solved immediately and today, after one week, they asked me if everything was ok (without me asking). Thank you :)
