The building and public areas don’t require a card so you totally have no idea if the person outside your door is a tenant or not. Usually noisy even it’s late. Many children. Feel very unsafe living here and don’t want to experience again. Only good thing is that service staff are nice and polite.

Pros: inside bathroom, no insect or ants in room, good area, near mrt and big mall, have common kitchen and fridge, free AC maintenance Cons: minimum room lighting, small cockroach is a normal sight in the common kitchen, finding good dryer and washing machine requires luck (never for once seen any maintenance being done to the washing machines), unreasonably pushy property seller (i have to make decision the same day i do the sightseeing despite saying i have already had an appointment) You will be given warranty for the first month - i suggest to check the age of the lamp. Never knew if it happens to be old one and went out during your third or second month which then will be under your responsibility 😉

So I've been living here for almost 2 years. The common area is always neat and tidy. Lots of different vending machines are here to make your life easier, and the reading lounge is also a nice place to study and chill. Staff is alao very helpful. They will respond to your email or whatsapp in time and take care of your requests. One extra advantage is that a new food court just opened in the near neighborhood. Overall this is a great place to stay, especially for those living/working in the west side of Singapore.

Stayed at Coliwoo Boon Lay for a year and attended some of their activities. Ops & facility teams are approachable and responsive to needs. Overall stay was great with convenient facilities such as gym, lounge and communal kitchen. Upper levels would be good for better views and quieter rooms. For a hostel-type of co-living experience outside of the city centre, Boon Lay would be worth a try.

I live in Coliwoo for a year and it’s been a good experience everyday. Today my last day and I will miss it. The room with attached toilet and Coliwood is able to cater my room request, it is great appreciated. The staff are friendly, approachable and always respond to my query as soon as they can. The environment is comfortable where the common areas are cleaned daily which make the place neat and tidy. Cooking in the common kitchen is spacious and well-equipped. The location is great where Boon Lay shopping mall, market and hawker centre are nearby in walking distance. In summary Coliwoo Boon Lay offers great staffs, cleanliness, and comfort.

I’ve been staying at Coliwoo Boon Lay and couldn’t be happier with my experience! The location is super convenient, close to public transport and plenty of amenities. The facilities are always clean and well-maintained, and the common areas create a great sense of community. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any concerns. It’s a perfect place for students and young professionals alike. I’ve made great memories here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free living environment!

I’ve been living at Coliwoo for almost a year now, and it’s been a truly happy experience every single day. The room is well soundproofed, which gives me a lot of peace and quiet. One thing I really appreciate is that there are no lizards or pests, which makes the environment even more comfortable. The common areas are cleaned daily, so everything is always neat and tidy. Cooking in the social kitchen is very convenient — it’s spacious and well-equipped. The location is also perfect: there’s a bus stop right at the entrance, making travel super easy, and it’s just a short ride to Jurong Point. Overall, Coliwoo offers a great balance of comfort, cleanliness, and convenience.

I stayed for a year for my education. Love the place! Not far from MRT and there's a bus stop right in front of the property. The room is very nice as well! The only complain is outside noises can be heard quite loudly (e.g. school and construction). Otherwise, a really nice place to stay!
