Highly recommend this lovely rental property! The location is incredibly convenient, with a short walk to the shopping mall and MRT station/bus stop. The well-maintained house and beautiful garden made for a lovely atmosphere. Although I encountered some issues, the security staff and managers promptly resolved them, ensuring a hassle-free experience. Thank you for your top-notch service and responsiveness!

I lived here for a year while studying at NTU. My room at Coliwoo Boon Lay was spacious, well-equipped, and within walking distance to Jurong Point and Boon Lay Shopping Center, making it one of the most cost-effective studios in the West. The management staff and neighbors were very friendly. It was a pleasant living environment.

My stay with Coliwoo Boon Lay is exceptional. Although the rooms needed a bit of revamp, the service by the team very much make up for it! My issues are all rectified by the team who are very patient when I reach out to them. From the sales team to the operations team to the maintenance team, it was a smooth process. At the end of the stay, even the security deposit is refunded as per the lease agreement and the team even ensure that there is no overbilling. I would recommend Coliwoo at Boon Lay, not just that it is near to Jurong Point, also the kitchen and studying area, but the team also tries to give a room that fits my requirements subject to availability. It is to me a safe and quiet place to stay while waiting for my flat completion. Thank you team.

I have stayed at Coliwoo for 4 years @BoonLay. Awesome place for students, singles, couples, professionals. Nice big social kitchen, Cool gym. Very close to Boonlay market. So location is great. I had to move to a different part of Singapore because of my new work location. I don't mind staying there again if I move back to Singapore west side.

I lived here in a twin suite from Dec 2021 to July 2024. To me the experience is very good. In one word, if you want to rent an entire unit under 2500 in the west, it's almost the best choice. Room: A lot of storage space. For single tenant, can use one bed to place things (I have a lot things and put a shelf on the spare bed) and one to sleep. Also suitable for two students or a couple. I personally love the long bench best. Service: Good. The most important thing is checkout and refund. The process is very smooth. They are not strict like personal landlord. I get all my deposit back without any deduction. I very appreciate that they waived the fee for repainting the wall :D. Location: 30 mins to NTU. 15 mins to JP. 10 mins to food court and fairprice. Very popular for NTU students. But it's not near MRT, if you need to take green line to work, your commute time may be long like 40-50 mins. Since I work at kent ridge, this topic I can only give a four stars. If you are NTU student, it's not a problem. Noises: Almost no any noises from traffic. Not very often, at 8am, the high school has broadcast. Sometimes can hear military aircraft in the daytime. To me it's acceptable. Facility: The facility is very convenient. I mainly use the gym. It is even more professional than most condo. It also has social kitchen, laundry room, reading lounge and even basketball area.

I lived here for half a year and the overall experience was very good! The reasons are as follows: 1. First of all, there is a perfect gym downstairs, which is very clean and tidy and cleaned every day. It is very friendly for people who have fitness needs, and you can exercise and relax at any time! 2. The public study room downstairs is also very quiet and clean, I love studying there! 3. The kitchen is also very well cleaned, complete facilities, cooking is very convenient, and there is a public refrigerator for storing food. 4. The living experience is very good and the space is very large. 5. I would like to express my special thanks to the Coliwoo boon lay team for their help to me. They will actively help me solve any problems I encounter in life, which makes my living experience very, very good. Overall, the living experience is very good, cost-effective, recommended to stay!

Convenient location with several bus and subway stations near. Nice study rooms and shared areas. Not good sound insulation but does not affect sleep. Overall satisfied.
