I’ve been staying at Coliwoo Boon Lay for a while, and it’s been a really comfortable experience. The room is clean and well-designed, the staff are always friendly and helpful, and the location is convenient — just a short walk to MRT, food centres, and NTU shuttle bus stops. It really feels like a safe and cozy place to stay in Singapore!

It is very comfortable to live here and all kinds of services are guaranteed. At the same time, the privacy of customers is fully guaranteed. They usually don't disturb customers and will respond as soon as they have needs. The management office responded to my needs very enthusiastically and timely. My light bulb suddenly didn't turn on. They sent staff to repair it in time.

Coliwoo Boon Lay is super convenient and well equipped. The gym facilities are clean and well maintained. Perfect for a quick workout. Transportation is easy with Boon Lay MRT and bus interchange just nearby. Plus the vending machines are always stocked, which is great for late night snacks or drinks. Overall, a comfortable and practical place to stay.

I’ve really enjoyed my stay in this ensuite accommodation. The room is clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with everything I need for daily living. Having a private bathroom makes it very convenient and helps maintain good privacy. The building is safe and quiet, and the staff are always friendly and ready to help whenever I have questions or small issues. The location is also great—close to the university, supermarkets, and public transport. Overall, it’s been a very pleasant and hassle-free living experience, and I would definitely recommend it to other students.

Pros: inside bathroom, no insect or ants in room, good area, near mrt and big mall, have common kitchen and fridge, free AC maintenance, very nice staffs! Cons: minimum room lighting, small cockroach is a normal sight in the common kitchen, finding good dryer and washing machine requires luck (never for once seen any maintenance being done to the washing machines), unreasonably pushy property seller (i have to make decision the same day i do the sightseeing despite saying i have already had an appointment) You will be given warranty for the first month - i suggest to check the age of the lamp. Never knew if it happens to be old one and went out during your third or second month which then will be under your responsibility 😉

The building and public areas don’t require a card so you totally have no idea if the person outside your door is a tenant or not. Usually noisy even it’s late. Many children. Feel very unsafe living here and don’t want to experience again. Only good thing is that service staff are nice and polite.

So I've been living here for almost 2 years. The common area is always neat and tidy. Lots of different vending machines are here to make your life easier, and the reading lounge is also a nice place to study and chill. Staff is alao very helpful. They will respond to your email or whatsapp in time and take care of your requests. One extra advantage is that a new food court just opened in the near neighborhood. Overall this is a great place to stay, especially for those living/working in the west side of Singapore.

Stayed at Coliwoo Boon Lay for a year and attended some of their activities. Ops & facility teams are approachable and responsive to needs. Overall stay was great with convenient facilities such as gym, lounge and communal kitchen. Upper levels would be good for better views and quieter rooms. For a hostel-type of co-living experience outside of the city centre, Boon Lay would be worth a try.
