Overall a pleasant experience staying here. The 1st day there was abit of a cockroach situation in the sink area but they were quick to get someone to look at it immediately. The aircon is abit dirty so maybe can maintain that part abit. location is great and receptionist is kind thanks

Had a wonderful trip to Singapore and Coliwoo Keppel played a big role! Great location near the go-to places in Singapore such as maxwell food centre, Chinatown, Sentosa & orchard and lots more, also well connected by public transport. We got the Murphy Room and it went beyond expectations! Well equipped with microwave, electric hob, washing machine with a dryer function, great shower and many more. Can’t commend enough. Last but not least the Coliwoo Keppel team were super helpful and attended to all our needs which made the whole process smooth (especially the nice lady at reception which we didn’t get the name of) Will definitely return next time. Thanks again!

very bad service and receptionists are not very responsive I have moved in for nearly a month, the bed was broken, kettle was, broken, study table was broken…… And the receptionist changed my room half way and commanded me to change room despite I was feeling period cramp….. Also the staff at the reception I guess either from MY OR SG but doesn’t mean that locals can be racist, said to me if your friend’s Singaporean he should’ve known…

Our stay at Coliwoo Keppel was absolutely delightful! The room was extremely clean, everything is brand new, many storage spaces with a nice big kitchen and a bathroom. Communication with the staff was excellent at all times - everyone is lovely! Also the location is extremely convenient for access to many areas around Singapore with multiple bus stops around. Looking forward to visiting again!!!

Writing this email to formally send my complaint regarding our experience while staying here at Coliwoo-kepel. I made a reservation from March 7-11, 2024 (6) nights in total. The airconditioning is not working and I have to stay here inside the room that is too hot using only a fan? This is a horrible experience and really way beyond dissatisfaction. No available room here and they wish to transfer us to Orchards having a downgrade room with shared kitchenette. We need this to be addressed accordingly!

Lived there for 7ish months. Convenient. Cleaners and caretaker were amazing and helpful. Pain when receiving parcels as someone needs to open the door to keep it out of elements and prevent pilferage. Rent hike ultimately was too unrealistic to spend on a hotel sized room.
