I have live in Commonspace Jefferson for the past 2 years when I relocated to Syracuse for work. Stacie and Shauna were very helpful and communicative in the process of finding housing that was safe and convenient to my place of employment. The amenities of the Commonspace concept are an amazing benefit as the shared spaces allow for building great relationships with other residents. I would recommend any of the the Commonspace locations as each one is unique in its own way, with units of varying floor plans and styles.

Great experience living at CS Jefferson this year. The staff (Shauna and Stacie) are incredibly helpful and responsive. The building was always clean and safe. Everything was as advertised. Would highly recommend living here. If I'm back in Syracuse next year, I definitely will be.

I lived here for about 3 years. It was an absolutely wonderful place and community to be a part of. The location is great, especially as someone that did not own a car. It was central to just about everything I needed, or at least wasn't a far bike ride away. I was a graduate student for my first year of living here and it was amazing to have a spaces to go study and do my work within the complex. The amenities are fantastic, especially the common areas, like the media room and kitchen. Management is very responsive with any concerns and are wonderful people overall! I recommend this place to anyone that is new or seasoned to the Syracuse area!

As an SU student who graduated and moved downtown, CommonSpace Jefferson was perfect for me! My apartment had all the things I needed, which as nice when I wanted some privacy, but I also enjoyed the option to use the common areas to socialize and made so many new friends in the CS community! The common areas are kept very clean (cleaned almost every other day!) and it was great being so close to all the downtown restaurants and shops. I spent a long time looking around at other apartments in downtown Syracuse, and it is hard to beat CommonSpace apartments, considering the low price and amenities that come with it! During my year at Commonspace Jefferson I had pretty much every question imaginable--which were all answered and addressed quickly by the wonderful staff there. I cannot recommend the CommonSpace apartments enough! Such a great place to live and I highly recommend checking them out if you want a great Syracuse community living experience.

I lived in Jefferson for 9 months in 2019-20 and in Warren for 5 months in 2021. It is a great place to live in downtown Syracuse, and it is especially nice for people who aren’t familiar with the area. I made many lifelong friends thanks to the vibrant CS community. They offer very flexible leases and many of the apartments are fully or partially furnished which makes moving in and out pretty easy. Highly recommend for young professionals and graduate/Medical students. I’m not typically extroverted, but CS made me get out of my comfort zone which I am thankful for. Leasing office is super nice and very understanding of issues. Stacie is awesome. The only cons to speak of are 1. Sometimes the Warren building can get noisy on weekends because people hangout, but people are generally respectful of the quiet hours rules. 2. If you aren’t a social person or you don’t want to meet people, I would not recommend it. The whole point is to interact with your neighbors! Don’t get me wrong, the apartments are very nice with new appliances, but it doesn’t make a lot of sense to move in here if you aren’t going to venture out of your own apartment.

Commonspace is a great place for anyone who wants to live in the City of Syracuse without breaking the bank. Not to mention the property manager is as accommodating as they come!! Couldn’t recommend this place enough to anyone moving to Syracuse!

CommonSpace is a great place to live and a space that I would recommend to anyone! It is a wonderful community of people who I have been very grateful to have met. Everyone is so friendly, which makes the space feel even cozier. The location is also wonderful! It is about a 5 minute walk anywhere from downtown. In addition to restaurants, bars, salons, festivals, and cute boutiques, there is a creek walk that begins about 2 blocks away from the place.

I lived here April 2019 to Oct. 2020 after moving from Cleveland, OH. This place was perfect for a displaced young professional who is new to the area. The community kitchen, movie room and rooftop were awesome for hanging out and making friends. The people you meet here will be the best. When I left, I took 3 new roommates, all are people I met at CS Jefferson. They used to have Farm to Fork community dinners (canceled cause COVID), which I miss! I know with a great management team, there's many more things to be excited about. I'd recommend CS Jefferson to anyone!
