I've been staying in PGs in NCR for 5 years now and Commune has been my first time in a co-living society. And it has been a far better experience than anywhere I've stayed earlier. With the provision of housekeeping, you'll find a clean room after coming back from work. There will be food for you and you literally do not have to take stress of anything. Everything here is taken care of. The budget is absolutely justified by the amenities they provide. Superb stay!

Be aware! If you are making a choice to live at Commune, it may lead to a big whole in your pocket. Read along till the end for your own good. I was a walk-in guest at Commune5, Sector46, Gurgaon, on 03.10.21. I made online payment of Rs. 34200/-sitting in the lobby at around 11PM. I was allotted room no. 403. There was no other formality or signing of any contract or agreement. This room was a charmer only on the first night. Subsequently, I felt, it did not have ventilation at all and it was claustrophobic. The toilet seat was damaged, shower was dysfunctional, and rats were having a field day. I had to spend lots of time and energy continuously to get the manager to resolve these issues. Over and above, was the internet connection which was a struggle round the clock. This caused me great embarrassment during meetings leading to boss yelling at me to fix the internet right. These problems forced me to leave on 20th Oct. Taking almost all my belongings, I informed the property manager that the room is almost vacated. In addition to this on 21st Oct I sent electricity meter reading to the manager. It was clearly verbally notified that I shall not occupy the same room in November in any case whatsoever. On 27th Oct on my request, my friend, vacated the room and handed over the keys to the manager. The manager followed it with a WhatsApp msg. I also received an email from Mr. Nalin (higher authority). I confirmed my exit to the manager on phone. On 8th Nov, I sent an email requesting Nalin to release my security along with bank details. He hasn’t responded till date. On 24th Nov, I requested the manager to look into the email sent to Nalin on 8th Nov and initiate action. Since then neither the manager nor Nalin has replied or contacted me. On 22nd Dec, I called up the Manager requesting for an update about the release of my security. He asked me to speak to Nalin directly. I called up Nalin and drew light on the facts and that he hasn’t responded to my email as old as 8th Nov. He confided in me that he may have forgotten in between the bulk of emails in his inbox. I asked him if that was a good enough reason to not release my security for almost two months. It is now that Nalin changed his tone of voice and said “Ma’am you have not served a notice so you will be charged for the month of November as well. As a result, he is forfeiting the security. Interestingly, the room I was occupying was already allotted to a new guest for occupancy in November. This was followed by a welcome email from Commune on 26th Oct, even before keys were handed over on my behalf on 27th Oct. This clearly shows the malicious intent of these people. They are wrongly forfeiting the hard earned money of a guest, which is highly unethical and unprofessional. I am persisting with them without getting any response. I am hopeful that I can get my security deposit of Rs 18,000/- back soon. Strongly suggest you learn from my experience. If you want to spare yourself from stress and not burn your money, find something worth it. Warm Regards Aparna Agrawal

CHEATERS. Don't join here in any circumstances. Reasons: 1. Forget about your security deposit. You won't get it back 2. DON'T BE FOOLED BY GOOD APPEARANCE OF KITCHENS. They are rat infested in individual communes. Even the food is made somewhere else and distributed to all areas. No idea how it is made and its hygiene. 3. NO RULES AND CIVILITY. One of my friend's got his bike was confiscated by management for no fault of his. Couple of persons staying in commune left without giving money. My friend is a friend of theirs too. Hence the management confiscated the bike and said unless they pay he won't get back his bike. SO FORGET ABOUT SAFETY OF YOUR BELONGINGS. 4. OVERPRICED. Many PG's in DLF provide far better facilities than this at far lower cost. SO STAY AWAY from these cheaters
