Covive Casa de Janeiro is truly a gem! The house is perfectly located in a fantastic neighborhood, surrounded by charming cafés, vibrant bars, and delicious restaurants. Despite all the activity nearby, the area manages to remain peaceful and calm, offering the best of both worlds. The rooms are cozy and thoughtfully designed, making it a comfortable place to stay. The Covive team is incredibly attentive and always strives to improve the experience for everyone. Their commitment to ensuring guests feel welcome and cared for is remarkable. What truly sets Covive apart, though, is the amazing community it fosters. During my time here, I met some of the most wonderful people who have become lifelong friends. Even years later, the connections I made here remain an important part of my life. If you’re looking for a warm, welcoming, and memorable experience in Roma Norte, Covive Casa de Janeiro is the place to be!

Review for Casa Rio de Janeiro -- I chose to stay here as a place to land when moving to CDMX. It was great for that purpose. I was able to make great connections with other people and make new friends. The house itself is spacious with various places to hang out. Cleaning staff comes 3x a week which was nice. I believe the experience is really what you make of it. I'm very glad that I chose Covive as a first place to live in CDMX.

Covive is a great concept. I lived in Casa Velarde 6 for 4 months and had a great experience. I became friend with my roommates, everyone was respectful in the house. We also got to meet tenants in Casa Velarde 8 and from other Covive which was always good times. I was exactly looking for this kind of place, knowing I would stay in Cdmx for a few months and wanted to make friends in Cdmx. The Covive team has always been responsive and found quick solutions when needed. I recommend 100% Covive.

Lived in Casa Río de Janeiro for 2 months. Great central location. Quiet house with friendly people. The prices are a little expensive and there are a few hidden fees, but everything is taken care of.

Covive Río de Janeiro is a wonderful place to live. The house is beautiful and the people living here are so welcoming and kind. It is a great place to work from if you work remotely as there is a beautiful living room, coworking space and rooftop. The bedrooms are also very spacious. I highly recommend staying in this house if you are in CDMX!

This is a review of Covive Pushkin. Overall I would stay again as I was able to adapt and the price for a single person, location and community was good. But there are a lot of problems to be aware of. Your mileage may vary. Pros: - Good price - Good common space and community - Great great great location. Near everything, amazing food stands right in front. Rosetta 7 minutes away. Bazaars over the weekend. Amazing location - Regular cleaning of common areas - Elevator (important as I’m disabled and stairs are difficult) - Shared WhatsApp group - Comfortable space to live in - Sweet and friendly doorman Cons - 1 month deposit. Deposits seem common in mexico, so that in itself is okay, but it’s something to be aware of becomes it’s not well disclosed before you see a contract (and my contract was in Spanish and I should have requested an English one so that’s on me). Even though the website says everything is included in the rent, they actually take part of deposit for maintenance and other fees. - Room smell. Many residents complain of a sewage smell that happens every other day and always in the bathroom. I had to leave the bathroom on 24/7 and a window open. - Some rooms (I was in 101) face the street directly at close to street level height and this makes it pretty impossible to have the curtains open as the entire wall is glass. People would stare into your room like they’re window shopping. - Checkin was not quite straightforward. The doorman did not know I was coming and I had to wait while he tried to text and call the Covive staff - No fridge on the first floor. This was done to promote more community bonding and the fridge was moved to the second floor. This might make sense, but it is inconvenient having to go to another floor for every snack and other residents have complained about this especially if you’re ill . - Water issues: Half the shower head didn’t work, the sink drained extremely slow and sometimes there was no hot water or it took a very long time to get it. I raised many the issues regarding smell/water. They ended up sending someone near the end of my stay to check on it. It could have been earlier, but I was too busy to want to deal with it so I didn’t give my availabilities, so keep that in mind that they did seem open to fixing these issues and seemed apologetic. They’ve definitively had complaints about this before my stay.

I lived in Casa Jardin Velarde Ocho and loved it! Location is great, the people and community are even better. Rooms are slightly on the pricey side for the size and ammenities, but you get what you pay for in convenience and community. Super easy way to live in Mexico City for a short to mid-term stay. Made a couple of great friends there too!
