I love it here. The people that own this place are very kind and respectful. The guests here are very neatly and organized. I love working here. Pick up after yourself and make friends with Jenny Jones and Zamire and you will be fine. ❤️✨🌑

The location is fine but this place is supposed to be for sleeping. The people who stay here regularly because they can’t afford to live anywhere else are loud and rude and I’m pretty sure they are on drugs. They started blasting tangled at 7 am while almost everyone was still asleep. There was a man on his phone at 3 am in the hall practically yelling and I had to wake up and ask him to go outside because I had work in the morning. I don’t know how this has 3 starts. It is dirty and uncomfortable and the people who are here live here because they can’t afford anywhere else spend their money on drugs. The place is dirty and I’ve lived in dirty places before so I can usually put up with it but added on top of the people makes it extremely unbearable. Will never be staying here again. I would rather spend much more money and be comfortable and feel clean.

It's not a hostel, it's an ordinary house in an unfriendly neighborhood packed with way too many cars. Each bedroom has had several bunk beds put in it, and there's not nearly enough bathrooms / showers. There's no front desk or anything, there's just a guy that lives there. Things are cheap and smelly. I planned to stay 4 days and left after 1. Go somewhere else, you won't regret it.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Crashpad and it was truly an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality. The property is immaculately clean and tastefully decorated, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The location is perfect, offering easy access to local attractions while still providing a peaceful retreat. The amenities were top-notch, including a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable bedding, and thoughtful touches. Communication with management was seamless, and they were always available to answer any questions and provide local recommendations. I couldn't have asked for a better stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great well priced place to hang your hat in Northern California whether it be business or pleasure!

First time in San Francisco, i highly recommend it as it is very near the airport but not only the location is good it has a great shower with unlimited warm water. Also the owners are very nice persons and the hostages where very nice to me. I felt very comfortable and for sure i will come back to have a goid time here.

My first time traveling solo to SF and I had a great experience! The place was very welcoming and the manager was very helpful with all of my questions. Lots of space to hang out including an extra hang out/game room downstairs with nice leather couches and a vending machine! Also can’t beat how close it is to the airport!

Place was horrible, never recommend this place is a nightmare to begin with. Manager was really disrespectful for absolute no reason. Rooms were filthy and bed bugs, bathroom filthy roaches found and homeless people sleeping there. As a paying customer will never return here again.
