The location is good the building look nice When I almost confirm my book with leasing team which probably not located in hk, my impression to dash have a significant changed. The offer that she said she would given is not shown in the final confirmation. The discussion around two weeks and looking at different combination in order to select a best place to stay were wasted of time. I don’t really trust them anymore. I check the video I think the room n location are nice , but I will book via Agoda.

Hotel room are clean but small. Also given a view facing factory building, had to close the curtain to avoid seeing the building. During check in, was informed that only clean the room 3 days later. This is not a standard that hotel is providing, very disappointed even though location is convenient.

Just 5mins walk from mtr station. Plenty of restaurants around. Nice and friendly service. Thank you for Suki very nice front desk who been so helpful. Nice and clean environment

I booked a room here because I thought it was a 4-star hotel as stated on Google Maps. But the room you gave me looks more like a 1-star hotel. The receptionist kept interrupting me — is she afraid she won’t get to talk or something? Just so you know, that kind of behavior is rude and shows a serious lack of manners. Your staff has no sense of hospitality whatsoever. Who forced her to work here? And what’s with that fake smile?

The hotel was listed online as a 4-star property, but that is absolutely not true. When we arrived, it didn’t even feel like a 1-star hotel. The lobby was extremely small, and the hallway lights were very dim and dark. When we got to our room, strange things started happening right away — the TV suddenly turned on by itself, which was very weird. Then the shower kept turning on and off on its own, and there were unusual sounds coming from the bathroom. It honestly felt unsettling, almost like some kind of paranormal activity was going on. We decided to check out the same day. I informed the front desk about what happened and asked the staff to come check the room, but she just shook her head and refused. That was the final straw for us. We immediately moved to another hotel across the street. I would not recommend anyone stay here — it was a very uncomfortable and strange experience.

Good location, near to the mtr station and lots of restaurants. Yet, I DO NOT recommend tourists booking this “hotel”. No slippers or toothbrush provided, only 3 towels in the room for 2 ppl. 😅U can only find the disposable slippers and towels in vending machine, which is the worst and thinnest slipper i hv ever seen. It is more like an air bnb than hotel, all amenities are provided in the minimum. No phones or other way to contact the front desk as they only tell u to use the stupid app and whatsapp, but they never reply. 👎totally not worth this price. I dont even understand how can this place claim itself as 4 star hotel 👎👎If you are tourist wanna enjoy yr trip in hk, PLZ DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL.

Finally have time to write the review . In April last year, I stayed at the hotel for a week. There was an issue with the bed assigned in my room. After communicating with the staff, I was told there was no available room for a change that day, but I could go to the lobby anytime the next day to switch. The next day, when I went to the lobby, the staff said they had not received any notice and that I couldn’t change rooms unless I came back three hours later — and if I missed the time, I would lose the chance. As a traveler, my schedule was already packed, but fortunately, I was visiting family and could adjust my plans. In the end, I managed to change rooms, but the staff’s attitude was extremely poor. The room had a bad odor, and there was no reply through the app. No matter how convenient the location is, I will never stay at any Dash hotel again!

Stay in here for 6 nights with family. Best location, the rooms are spacious, very neat, and clean. Ethan and Frankie as the receptionist are very welcome, kind, helpful, warm, and informative. Best hospitality in Hong Kong area. Will stay in here again for sure! Special thanks to Ethan and Frankie for being friendly to us.
