I have booked this hotel twice for colleagues on business trips, and the overall service experience was highly unsatisfactory. The management processes appeared disorganized and lacking proper system integration. After completing online payment by credit card on the official website, the hotel was unable to provide a formal receipt immediately. Instead, a receipt could only be issued after the guest had checked in, which caused significant inconvenience for our company’s reimbursement procedures. Even more confusing, upon arrival, the guest was informed that the so-called “online payment” was only used to confirm the booking, and the payment had been refunded to the original credit card. Initially, the front desk staff stated that payment could only be made again at the counter. Only after repeated and firm requests did they acknowledge that the charge could be processed back to the original credit card, but with an additional service fee. The inconsistent explanations and lack of transparency resulted in a high communication cost and an extremely frustrating overall experience.

Location is fairly decent and there are many stores around the area, that's about it when it comes to the positives. However, as for the hotel itself, it is absolutely pathetic!! Shouldn't even call themselves a hotel, or apartment service, even air bnb's have better service and provide more products. Their so called room service doesn't even change the bed covers or provide any toilet paper even though the bathroom is empty!!!!! I stayed there for over 3 nights and only 1 toilet paper was provided. If you can see an empty roll, why not just provide it yourself? I had to go downstairs to the reception, waited for 40 minutes + and only then was I provided a toilet roll. Why do these basic things need to be mentioned. On top of that their room service is just someone coming in the room for 2.5 minutes, quickly changes the bin and that's it, no bed sheet change either or cleaning of the room, literally saw it with my own eyes and was appalled. Hotel is extremely crammed and cleanliness not up to standards. Spend a few extra bucks and just go to a better hotel, not worth it what so ever.

Should be 3 stars though, no room service, no housekeeping, even they never change your linen. Room quite small, but this is Hongkong...😅 Location very nice, in the heart of TST area & nearby mtr station. Overall, 3 stars...okay but not too okay... ⭐⭐⭐

Stayed here with my spouse in late November. The hotel location is very strategic, with MTR stations and bus terminals nearby. There are plenty of local dining spots and convenience stores around, and the area itself is a famous, lively tourist spot. The room and bathroom were clean. They provided a hair dryer and iron, and the water dispenser for bottle refills was super convenient. The staff were also helpful and friendly. Would definitely consider staying at this hotel again on our next visit to Hong Kong.

Location is good. near to MTR and have many food options around the area. Rooms are clean in general, but no heater options. Not recommended for the cold weather, It is cold in the room and bed as blanket is thin and not warm Bed for Superior real double room is abit small for 2 person to sleep. TV in room is not working and with backlight on in the middle of the night.

The room is very modern and clean, and on top of that, you can’t beat the location. 2 blocks away from the MTR and a few minutes from Avenue of the stars. Just wish there are a bit more towels in the room The receptionist was super helpful during the check in process, making sure I can check in a bit earlier too!

The location is good the building look nice When I almost confirm my book with leasing team which probably not located in hk, my impression to dash have a significant changed. The offer that she said she would given is not shown in the final confirmation. The discussion around two weeks and looking at different combination in order to select a best place to stay were wasted of time. I don’t really trust them anymore. I check the video I think the room n location are nice , but I will book via Agoda.

Hotel room are clean but small. Also given a view facing factory building, had to close the curtain to avoid seeing the building. During check in, was informed that only clean the room 3 days later. This is not a standard that hotel is providing, very disappointed even though location is convenient.
