This apartment is spotless, well-equipped, and offered a perfect home-away-from-home experience. The prime location and attentive staff made our stay seamless and stress-free. Highly recommended for comfort, convenience, and exceptional value!

Location is close to K11 and MRT. Night life and some local shopping is in walking distance. We checked-in late so, we got wheelchair access room which we were not happy about it. Also, the room was not that clean as we found some the lipstick stain on the cup in the bathroom. Then we went down to complain about the room that not match with our booking. So, the front staff gave us the new room for our second night. Room was really small. The hotel does not offer any free water and cleaning during your stay.

We checked in around 10:30pm on 4/3, the the receptionist (or might be the security cuz he did nothing like the real receptionist will do, he opened the iPad and the person in the iPad helped us to check in) impolitely chew the gum and “threw” the key on the front desk. I told him that we had 3 people, so that we need 3 keys, he’s really impatiently asking the man from the side of iPad “are you sure you wanna give them 3 keys?” The man said “sure”, than the receptionist (or the security) rudely set up the keys and give to us. I’m viewed the reviews on google and many people mentioned about this”receptionist” rude service, and it seem that the problem’s not solved, even long time passed by. I believed that the service most needed moment is the tourist back to the hotel which means that the evening time, I’m wondering that the service arrangement and employee training are not well implemented. The reason for not coming back to the hotel isn’t the facilities, but sadly the poor service.

No room cleaning, no room slippers, the room wall at 302 was so thin that you could hear the neighbor room easily. The noises and food smell from the street can easily get inside the room. With this room rate you can find a better room.

Young man graciously found a room for me even though I arrived before 9am! They accepted tax payment via CC instead of the preferred cash payment. Decent room. Quiet.

The hotel looks nice and matches the photos, and the location is very convenient. However, cleanliness is an issue. Even after requesting housekeeping, they did not clean the room, even though it’s supposed to be included in what you pay for. I see many feedback about this as well and it looks like it is not being taken any action. Another downside is that other 4-star hotels in the area offer free lounge access, but here, they charge per hour. For the price of this hotel, they should be more generous with their services. Overall, while the design and location are good, the lack of cleanliness and extra charges make the stay less enjoyable.

It's a really good hotel. The location is very convenient and it's close to the metro and near the centre of Tsim Sha Tsui. The room is spacious not many you can find in Hong Kong, they have room for 4 people or one family which is nice too. The service was nice and quick, very friendly
