Dash Living is a nice place to stay. Very clean and modern in design. Room is comfy and made our Hk stay relaxing. Location is strategic with nearby restaurants. Suki is very nice and friendly, she made sure our stay is great! Will recommend this place.

One of the reception staff (the big chubby girl) had a really bad attitude. She was not helpful in anyway possible. Kindly reassess her. Room amenities such as toothbrush and room slippers were not provided. Given the price of the room, it should have been included already. Will not recommend.

I had a great experience for two nights in this hotel. I was quite worried before I get to the hotel because I read the comments the reviews but actually they are really nice. 👍🏻 The room is clean and TV is big also shower and toilet good as well. The basement floor have microwave, drinking water and the reception is quite helpful as well. You can drop your luggage before and after the check in and check out! There’s probably just a few points can be improved only two lifts can be used and sometimes have to wait for quite a while, The air conditioner is really cold can’t really change the temperature. I will say they have everything you need and close to the Metro in bus stop so I think it’s quite a decent hotel, I came for a solo trip and I will def choose it next time!

For the price i paid, I came with an open mind. I was mentally prepared not to expect too much. Was also fully aware that they do not provide full guest service like a hotel. However I was pleasantly surprised! We booked two rooms. Upon check in, we requested for rooms on the same floor and they accommodated our request. In my opinion, the room was large by Hong Kong standards. Floor was wooden floor board which was clean. No signs of sand or dust. The shower cubicle was huge by any hotel standards! Everything was clean. Do note they do not provide bathroom amenities like shower cap or toothbrush. That's fine by me coz who doesn't bring their own toothbrush, right? Shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and hand-wash were readily available. Because we booked for 5 nights directly with the hotel, we were given access to the community lounge. That's a haven! Free washing machine with detergent, sitting area, cooking facilities, refrigerator, oven, etc, etc. Do note they do not provide daily housekeeping. They clean the room every 3 days. However they do change the towels and empty the dustbin daily.

I think this hotel is a great misunderstanding for many visitors, I was a little hesitant booking this hotel as some of the reviews were really bad. I decided to go ahead because I really wanted to know how good or bad it really is. I came a little worried but also with an open mind. Location as many said, excellent. If anyone complains about it, haha find a better one for me please. The room, I have it a 5 stars. Why? I mean, what you pay is what you get. It’s generally clean and yes although there are places where it’s dirty, like the carpet outside etc, it’s not really that bad. And to say that the rooms are badly managed and not cleaned, it’s the hotel policy due to sustainability, if you want a super cleaning hotel, then find those that’s branded like the Hilton or Marriot, but pay ok. For the service, ok 4 stars. Not because service is bad but more of the overall feel, but it’s no way bad like some shared. Staff were generally ok but for hassle free hotel like this, I don’t expect those of a 5 stars. Overall it’s good, and I will return as the value is to me great. So yes, that’s my review. Staff did their job and was for most part nice and friendly, sometimes disorganized ! However the room was a disappointment. For something that was 4 stars…. room only had ac and no heaters so for winter nights it gets too cold and it’s bad and pretty dirty. Due to new HK laws, there is mo disposal items provided so you would have to pay for things which i get it. But for their dirty floors, maybe some reusable slippers that they clean between customers would have been great.

Our shower had only boiled water, cannot adjust. I had to run out and talk to reception with soap on body... (no telephone in room). they said they will gave us key to shower another room instread. Moreover there is no glassroom for shower, only curtain. Fyi, i havent found this shower anywhere else than 10 years. But hotel is modern decoration, maybe we are not lucky enough to get the shower room.

I have booked this hotel twice for colleagues on business trips, and the overall service experience was highly unsatisfactory. The management processes appeared disorganized and lacking proper system integration. After completing online payment by credit card on the official website, the hotel was unable to provide a formal receipt immediately. Instead, a receipt could only be issued after the guest had checked in, which caused significant inconvenience for our company’s reimbursement procedures. Even more confusing, upon arrival, the guest was informed that the so-called “online payment” was only used to confirm the booking, and the payment had been refunded to the original credit card. Initially, the front desk staff stated that payment could only be made again at the counter. Only after repeated and firm requests did they acknowledge that the charge could be processed back to the original credit card, but with an additional service fee. The inconsistent explanations and lack of transparency resulted in a high communication cost and an extremely frustrating overall experience.
