Stay in here for 6 nights with family. Best location, the rooms are spacious, very neat, and clean. Ethan and Frankie as the receptionist are very welcome, kind, helpful, warm, and informative. Best hospitality in Hong Kong area. Will stay in here again for sure! Special thanks to Ethan and Frankie for being friendly to us.

I don’t usually leave such a long reviews, but this experience was beyond unacceptable. We booked two rooms at this hotel, expecting at least a basic standard of cleanliness and hospitality given the price (HKD 1,154 per night). What we got was appalling: leftover bottles in the fridge, a disgusting stench in the room, a toilet door that couldn’t close, and visible mold on the bathroom seals. To top it off, no complimentary water was provided — not even one bottle. We raised our concerns via Trip.com, and the hotel manager, Amy, reached out. She seemed sincere and offered a 30% refund via Trip.com and one-day free access to their laundry/kitchen room, which is usually HKD 70/day. The catch? She implied that I should remove my negative review in exchange. Wanting to give them a chance to make things right, I removed my one-star review. It’s been two weeks since our stay — we received no refund, Trip.com has no record of such an arrangement, and my follow-up email was met with vague promises to “check and get back.” It’s clear now: this was just a tactic to silence negative feedback without any intention to follow through. I booked this hotel based on glowing reviews on Xiaohongshu, but now I genuinely question their authenticity. If others have been offered the same refund-for-removal deal, it makes sense why the actual condition of the hotel doesn’t match the online ratings. Do not trust the reviews — they could be the result of the same manipulation I experienced. This is not just poor service. It’s dishonest and unethical.

My family and I had a really good stay at Dash! 1. Spacious. We were searching for hotels in HK and most of the hotels did not have space. In other hotels there is even no space just to put your luggage on the floor, especially that we are 4 people. But in dash there’s plenty of space, even in the toilet and shower. 2. It’s in a prime location. You’re at the center of TST. Once you go out there’s a lot if 7/11, restaurants, Sassa. You can immediately go shopping in just a few steps out. 3. Their design is like hotel/hostel type with common areas. I love how they have a lounge area where you can chill and work. 4. There is a common kitchen where you can cook if you’re sick of eating out or saving. 5. Laundry Area. I love how you can do your laundry for free in the laundry area. They even provide the soap for free. 6. Luggage storage after you check-out. Mu flight was still at 10pm so I just stored my luggage with them after i checked-out. I came back and even asked If i can use the toilet to freshen up and rest and it was fine. 7. Vending machines. I almost forgot to mention that they have vending machines with all the essential stuff if you are too tired to go out and buy. Overall, with HK being a fast and bustling city. Dash is the best hotel to stay in so you can really relax and feel at home after a day of walking around.

We stayed in the Family Quad Room at Dash Living on Prat and absolutely loved it! It was super comfy and convenient — perfect for our family trip. The location is amazing, just 4 minutes from Tsim Sha Tsui terminal and really close to McDonald's, Circle K, 7-Eleven, pharmacy, and souvenir shops. The room has 2 beds for 4 people, and even with 6 luggages, there was still plenty of space. They provide an iron, ironing board, kettle, fridge, TV, charging ports, cold aircon, and fast Wi-Fi — everything we needed. The room was clean when we arrived, and while housekeeping is done weekly (every Sunday), towels are changed daily, which was great. One of the highlights for me was the shared lounge. You can cook your own food, get free drinking water and ice, and they even have a vending machine stocked not only with snacks and drinks but also napkins, utensils, and other essentials in case you forget something. They also have board games, which is a nice touch if you're staying with friends. They also have a laundromat — takes a few hours, but super convenient if you're staying longer. The 24-hour check-in and check-out system was smooth, with online receptionists and a guard available if you need anything. My only tiny issue: there are lots of mirrors in the room (which I loved), but the lighting is too dim for doing makeup — would be amazing if they could add some lighted mirrors or vanity lights. Overall, we had a fantastic stay. Great location, great value, and really thoughtful amenities. Would definitely come back! 🤗🇭🇰

Room is very spacious for Hk standards, clean as well, no daily housekeeping but we like that they change towels and clean trash cans daily. Locations is accesible, mtr station 2 minutes away, so you can exit almost anywhere in TST.. staff are helpful as well, they speak good english so communication is easy.

Love this hotel so much. Very close to bus station or mrt, under 5 minutes walk. There are various restaurant, bars, cafes within walking distance. I've seen others complained about no housekeeping, I beg to differ. I love this hotel especially because there is no housekeeping. No strangers touching my things, no whatsoever. They just come in, change the towels, take the trash, then leave. With the price listed, it's a very good deal

Location is close to K11 and MRT. Night life and some local shopping is in walking distance. We checked-in late so, we got wheelchair access room which we were not happy about it. Also, the room was not that clean as we found some the lipstick stain on the cup in the bathroom. Then we went down to complain about the room that not match with our booking. So, the front staff gave us the new room for our second night. Room was really small. The hotel does not offer any free water and cleaning during your stay.
