Based on my own experience, I love the location of the hotel. In general, the hotel was clean in most of the common areas. The hallway carpet outside the room had a lot of stain which gave the impression that it was dirty. The bathroom was not bright enough around the mirror for shaving or for ladies to put on makeup. There were refillable bottles of hand soap near the sink as well as body wash, shampoo and conditioner in the shower. The room was clean once a week but towels were replaced daily. I did have to go to the front desk one time to get towels and toilet papers. The basement where the kitchen, living room, and washers/dryers are located is awesome, but customers will have to pay extra to go in (make sure that the entrance cost is included during booking of the hotel). The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful contrary to what I read on some of the reviews. As for temporary luggage storage at the hotel and sound proofing, in some reviews people said it is not secure and noisy. From my previous experience at another reputable same class hotel nearby, it is exactly the same. Overall, I am very pleased with my stay at Dash Living on Prat. Again, above review is based on my experience and in my own opinion.

With real estate being really costly in Hong Kong, you can never go wrong with booking Dash Living on Prat due to its excellent location- being in close proximity to both affordable and luxurious shops, restaurants, essentials like convenience stores, banks and money exchange services. Not to mention being of walking distance to not just one train/ bus station and well-known tourist spots like the Avenue of Stars. This hotel also boasts of a sleek contemporary aesthetic with generous space of the bedroom and the shower. This is coupled with having friendly and helpful staff who kindly assisted us with getting us checked in earlier. All these came with a very reasonable price.

Dash Living on Prat in Hong Kong is a comfortable hotel with modern amenities. The rooms are clean, well-equipped, and perfect for both short and long stays. The location is convenient, close to shops and transport. The staff is friendly, making it a great choice for travelers looking for a cozy stay in the city 🥰🤩

Nice, clean, updated and big rooms and showers. The location is close to everything but that also makes it loud, especially on the 2nd floor. There is a common area with kitchen and living room and laundry in the basement but you must pay to access it. Like everything in Hong Kong, it's busy and overpriced.

The family room I stayed in is so big and the design is so cool. The bathroom is big and modern. Everything is clean. Staff is acoommodating. I will come back and hopefully stay for a month.

Fair size in room (Delux Queen), very good facilities in basement communal area but is on extra cost. It’s worth to pay £7 a day to use the washing machines & dryers, there are also a large kitchen and dinning area with toaster and microwave. Plenty of room for hanging around with game machine and children games like cards.

A second home away from home. Good location & reasonable price, friendly & efficient staff. Weekly cleaning of room, daily change of towels. Bring your own basic toiletries (tooth brush, tooth paste, comb, slippers). Lounge facilities are plus point. Repeat stays.

We got a free room upgrade from 20 sq.m. to 23 sq.m. Staffs were friendly and helpful. Overall the room is clean. Price is reasonable.
