It’s a nice place with a friendly environment and there is possibility of short term contract 1-3 months. HOWEVER, if you don’t speak French well you can’t communicate properly. Because of that, they CHARGE YOU EXTRA money of the rent without noticing the reason and you don’t get useful information like where you can throw your garbage etc. Lastly, you have to be careful during the check out process. I cleaned the room throughly, during the checkout I was informed that only the sink needs some cleaning but after I signed I saw at the document in my email that they charged me for dry cleaning and room cleaning, which is unacceptable. And, BE CAREFUL WHEN READING THE REVIEWS! They encourage you to leave a review during the check in while you only have the first impression. The place looks good on the first sight but you can’t have a full picture of the situation. That’s the reason why they have so many positive reviews.

Nice place , clean and overall really cool. After living in the place after 3 years, I would recommend for young workers and Students . It is a nice place will connected and near all commodities. Our checkout and pre-checkout was done by Florida, everything was really swift and professional. Florida gave us all the necessary information very clear.Thank you for the explanation and guidance. I recommend this place .

Extremely in cooperative staff. And they charge you for every small thing whether it’s your fault or not. They only want to extract money from you in any form they can. Really really disappointing experience

A month ago I had reserved an apartment and cancelled immediately the next 2 days due to some reasons. They told me I will receive my full refund with 2-3 weeks. It’s been a month now and I haven’t received a single penny. While reserving the apartment, they used to respond quickly but when it came to refunding the money , they started ignoring my emails and calls as well. I also tried to contact : [email protected], sales team and every contact possible. It almost feels like a scam now.

Hello, I am an exchange student that lived here. I have had one of the worst experiences with this place. They response promptly with emails about paying rent but never respond when giving back money or fixing issues. During my stay there, there were many issues with my residence including the lights, the heating and some furniture, all of which I emailed and complained about but no response. They have held my deposit for over 2 months and take advantage of the fact that you are far and can’t get to them. The place has lots of potentially to be good but the upper management team (not lower management) does not care. I’m not sure where they have been getting all their reviews but they’re fake and need to take accountability for their services.

The Ecla campus is truly a dream come true place for students and all young people. The place is located next to the train station that takes you to the most important stations in Paris. The employees at Ecla are real gold, truly friendly and hospitable people. I would like to especially highlight Kateryna STRIKIL and Ganna SIEVIEROVA and for their competence and friendliness, who personally selected a place for me and my neighbor to live here for a long time. Archour is one of the kindest receptionist who can speak English, by his humor and professionalism he helped me and my friend to resolve some tiny issues and felt like at home. I was also very pleased with the availability of this place for entertainment, such as a computer room, music studio, gym, kitchen and many other games such as tennis and billiards. The team is very cool, the neighbors are very friendly and sociable, the employees are always ready to help and resolve any issues. I personally recommend this place 10/10!!!

The apartment looks great upon arrival. Brand new. Lovely colours and everything is clean. Florida was very helpful
