This place claims to be a safe space for students when it really makes their life a living hell. Super unprofessional and incapable of doing their jobs, basically wants to scam you every chance they get (especially if you are a foreign student). My friend needed to chase them down to get the deposit back when moving out (after the promised deadline). Try to look surprised- they’re yet to give it back even after several reminders, requests and phone calls. Absolutely would NOT recommend

Wonderful experience living here!!! Super cozy and peaceful and luxury . Some staffs are so helpful! Like Florida, she is really sweet and professional. But some other receptionist are mean, be careful to find the right person

I used it as a cheap hotel alternativ. For the price it was totally fine. Only the noise at night (loud talking and walking on the floor) as well as the smell of the floors should be handeled.

Delicious breakfast and great service! I had a wonderful stay at this place, and the breakfast was definitely one of the best parts. There were so many options to choose from—pastries, cereals, hot and cold beverages and more. Everything was well prepared and tasted delicious. The food was always fresh, and they kept refilling the buffet, so nothing ran out. The dining area was clean and comfortable, and the staff was very kind and welcoming especially Alexia and Rachud. They made sure everything was perfect. It was a great way to start the day, and I would definitely stay here again!!!

I love the place, it is a great place to go and have a vacation with your friends. The breakfast was great. I like bread, the people are nice and accommodating. Especially the breakfast hosts, Alexia and Rachud.

I rarely write reviews, but this time I can’t stay silent… Let’s start with the staff: they speak very little English, especially those working in housekeeping. We asked the cleaners to come an hour later, as they usually came in the morning, but due to the language barrier, they never came back. Over the course of our two-week stay, they tried to come twice, two days in a row, but couldn’t clean because we weren’t ready in the morning. We even asked the reception to at least change the towels, but they told us that “they don’t know where their colleagues with towels are.” As for other aspects: • We couldn’t book the cinema room for unknown reasons. Although we submitted a request via the app, it was never approved throughout the whole day. • The breakfast is very simple and ends earlier than stated on the door in the room. • The cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. When we arrived, we found a condom wrapper under the carpet🥰 • The worst part: you can’t pay with cash at Ecla! We had to extend our stay, and the fact that cash payments aren’t accepted was really frustrating🤯 In general, my impression of the ECLA Massy Palaiseau stay is mixed. Rating: 2.5/5

Thanks to manager Anya for quick and comfortable check-in at the hotel. With her care and attention we felt at home. And in the residence even the laziest will find something to do ))

It was great. I am at my first day here, the accommodation is very good, Florida (who helped me) was very nice too.
