Pros: swift maintenance service, convenient location, daylight maximised, low bills, frequent events, cozy AC communals, clever spacious storage, allowing pets, variety of world food nearby, and efficient heating. Cons: boiling summer if facing west, pets banned in the whole upstairs communal area, extractor barely works, loud noise nuisance from rude street preacher, no private accessible green space, and weak drying function. FYI: Rush hour Gwr fast trains to Paddington aren’t reliable :)

I wouldn't recommend at all. Costly for poor unprofessional service. My apartment was accessed against my explicit wish in my absence to "unblocl a sink. The resident's team refused to wait till my retuen to unblock the sink, which was repoeted to them 2 days prior. The carpark is not any safer than public car parks. The parking bays are smaller than standard, which is evidenced by allocating the "disabled" bays to the high end car owner, who may not be even residing in the building. My car was crashed into by the neighbour driver, and the building's management refused to provide the CCTV footage that could have helped with the insurance claims. The apartment next door had a mold and insect infestation followimg a leak, which the resident told me after i complaimed of poor air quality within my apartment. My health deteriorated as a result and had to seek medical advice, which was to move out ASAP. The management didn't respond for my urgent request for 4 days about the air quality, despitw repoeting the above. The reviews on home living are misleading because they are paid for, by amazone gift cards that was worth £50 at one point. If all the above isn't enough, the double glazing is not strict enough, allowing noise from the high street which is a headache and chilly weather and need to up the heating. I would never recommend Berkshire house to a friend.

Not as fancy as it looks, a rip off compared to market value.

Pretty bad I would stay away. Lived here for over 18 months and during my time here it was pretty loud over the weekends due to live music, during the day was bad due to shoppers. It’s not in the best of locations depending what you’re looking into. We were allowed to decorate, but it didn’t really matter to much as they definitely charged for it after. Floors were always dirty no matter how much you cleaned. Flooding always happened in the mail room and they don’t have security guard as people were always sleeping on top floor. Utility bills are a joke, they don’t charge you for the entire usage and slap you with a bill at the end to take all of your deposit. That was the case for myself and about 20 others that left. However always read your contract as they couldn’t legally do that due to them mentioning that they would adjust the following month and never did. Other house guests are usually respectful and top floor has some great views. The management of this building is extremely poor.

It looks better than before purely from urban design point of view. I am struck by the only genuine review here who addresses all possible issues I expected when I saw the very dated office tower was converted to apartments. The charges sound a rip off compared with similar properties in London.
