Not as fancy as it looks, a rip off compared to market value.

Pretty bad I would stay away. Lived here for over 18 months and during my time here it was pretty loud over the weekends due to live music, during the day was bad due to shoppers. It’s not in the best of locations depending what you’re looking into. We were allowed to decorate, but it didn’t really matter to much as they definitely charged for it after. Floors were always dirty no matter how much you cleaned. Flooding always happened in the mail room and they don’t have security guard as people were always sleeping on top floor. Utility bills are a joke, they don’t charge you for the entire usage and slap you with a bill at the end to take all of your deposit. That was the case for myself and about 20 others that left. However always read your contract as they couldn’t legally do that due to them mentioning that they would adjust the following month and never did. Other house guests are usually respectful and top floor has some great views. The management of this building is extremely poor.

It looks better than before purely from urban design point of view. I am struck by the only genuine review here who addresses all possible issues I expected when I saw the very dated office tower was converted to apartments. The charges sound a rip off compared with similar properties in London.

Will stick you with an extra £300 bill for utilities on a 10 months contract in a studio of the size of a prison cell, that's the tariff for 4 months of gas and electricity of a 2 bedroom flat. Street noise is unbearable, at night it's the drunk and the teenagers shouting and screaming and vandilisng everything in their path, during the day will be someone singing for money on the street, during summer you have to choose between some peace and quiet by closing your windows or dying suffocated in your flat. Everything is charged separately, parking, extra this and that, making it really expensive for what it is, the only good thing about the place is the staff in the building, great people friendly and willing to help but there is so much they can do.

Nice, modern and well looked after apartments but very small and expensive, all the little extra charges add up quickly and make it very expensive and not worth place to stay. Extra for unlimited broadband, extra for quicker broadband, extra for bills that you’re told later on you need to pay even more as you went over some basic usage, extra for pet licence, extra for parking space, extra for dining room rental in the common space etc etc.
