What a fantastic place to live. We lived here for three years and are finally buying our own place. The team lovely, there has been some changes but the good ones remain. The views from the rooftop (and the apartment) are amazing. The terrace has a BBQ which you can use as long as you clean up after yourself. There's a gym which is soon to be moved and made bigger. Reading through some recent reviews, it's only ever been our experience that this really is a great place to live. We have met loads of people in the building and will stay in touch with them, but we think there are grumpy people who only ever say something online, and not to the people on the desk. We wrote this after speaking with the concierge who care loads and get annoyed by people only ever leaving bad reviews. Trust us, there are A LOT of people who love living here. Keep doing what you're doing CP team. HERE'S THE REVIEW WE PROMISED YOU! :)

The building is nice but the operating company leaves a lot to be desired. They will try to rinse you of everything they can. The concierge has an attitude so not a great atmosphere. We moved after a year, I would avoid!

Nice location and facilities but the owner/operator will try to take what they can. Tried to raise rents by 30% claiming it was the market rate. Sent example equivalents which were high end blocks in Canary Wharf and N Greenwich. Tried to charge extortionate check out fees for cleaning for items which we now know were being replaced anyway

The building, facilities and reception are great but I can’t recommend them due to their explorative business practises. Turnover is extremely high here as they will increase fees by 30% yoy and as justification will send you “comparables” which are much nicer in a higher priced area (Canary Wharf). I was also offered the chance to use their preferred cleaner for a deep clean for £300 and despite no major issues being raised on pre checkout and paying for my own cleaner to do a deep clean they tried to charge me 400 for a deep clean of the building as it was left in an unsatisfactory state. I settled via the deposit protection service for a far lower.
