Shoutout to Michelle who has been super attentive to my needs when it comes to any issues with the move and was very understanding when I needed assistance with extending my lease. Thank you so much! The on-site staff here are great too, very friendly and warm. Felix, Marcia and Carlota have been consistently my life savers when I faced any issues within the building.

The residential team is amazing. I want say thank you to all of the onsite team members and my leasing manager Michelle. They are always so helpful, warm and friendly. Very good place to live. Highly recommended.

Amazing place to live! Great amenities with the common living areas & the 2 decks with unbeatable views of London. The location next to the tube can’t be beat. The residential team are great - can’t recommend living here enough!

UPD It looked like an out of normal situation, we got in touch and the experience was great. No issues communicating since. I’m sure the apartments are amazing and it would be a pleasure to live there. But I think a once / 48 hrs response rate is unacceptable to a very potential customer if it’s what you claim you sell and do as an agent. I enquired about a studio, it was still available that day, I tried to arrange a viewing immediately- got no response the next day, followed up on the phone - they said they’d get back now, never happened- and then after 3 days they tell me it’s taken. Had I waited on them they’d had wasted my time. I am aware the market is busy but would appreciate some respect for your customers’ time…

It's almost like administrative offices at Essential Living are phantom and there is no one on the other side of the screen. I have rented an apartment for my student daughter from South Africa. Getting your lease in place is smooth sailing naturally but once you in you are on your own. Any admin or other needs from them are a nightmare to say the least. No one answers and attends to emails on anything including account queries, refunds, maintenance etc. After emailing and coping every department at Essential Living for the upteenth time on my account recon and refund the only response you eventually get is to tell you that they working on it... that was two months ago and all subsequent follow up emails have remained unanswered.... .. Absolute nightmare once you are in there. So much frustration! Apartments beautiful but the frustrations once you in are endless.... don't know that I could do it again.
