I woud rate more than 5 if I could. If you’re looking to rent a room then go with Exclusive Rooms. Both Kevin and Jess are the most kindest and welcoming people. The houses are next level! such beautiful homes, so well looked after, clean and homely. 10/10! Don’t look any further!

Jess showed me around 1 room in person and 1 room virtually! She was amazing, answered all my questions and made me feel understood and better about my situation. She made the process super swift and easy. 100% recommend - affordable, lovely team and beautiful properties!

Such a speedy response from the team, and very quick to sort out the whole renting process. Jess showed me round one of the amazing properties and had answered all the questions I had before I got the chance to ask! Very knowledgeable and great communication!

I’ve had the help of Jess recently in trying to find myself a place that’s suitable for me. Jess was super helpful, professional and friendly. Tracey who I have also been speaking to is also very helpful. I have no concerns with starting my tenancy with them and ima Tuvalu looking forward to it! I highly recommend Exclusive Rooms ! Jess was wonderful. Showed me around a wonderful share house and gave me all the information necessary in a charismatic fashion. I have never been more Certain about moving into a place. She made the house seem warm, friendly and comfortable and she added a positive vibe to an already spectacular home. I have nothing bad to say about Jess at all. 10/10 service!!!
