The co-living space is recommended in terms of quality of food upgrade, cleanliness and the staff (Biju and Tapon) is extremely helpful and co-operative. I stayed for almost 6 months and will recommend. Also if you do not have friends or have come to BLR alone, this place is the best to make new friends and enjoy.

In FF 21 they are not providing any refund amount to anyone. This is a big scam in bangalore don't waste your time and money going to ff21 after checkout they are not giving any update to our call. Since last 5 months they are not giving refund I am waiting for my refund

I joined FF 21 on January of 2024 and stayed there for 3 long unhappy and dissatisfied months. I have had issues with multitude of reasons as listed below: 1. Point of Contact - My point of contact since the beginning has been somebody by the name of Christina. Unfortunately, her service has been consistently disappointing. Following her initial assistance during onboarding, her support went down post-payment. Whenever I had queries regarding confusions regarding onboarding to complaints that I had at the stay after a week in, they were all met with arbitrary responses. Calls remained unanswered, and excuses for unavailability piled up. At the end, reaching out to her meant that she could never escalate/note down/or even solve my complaints. IAgain, from an organization as big as FF21, the least I expect is someone that I can call and talk to. I understand that there is a ticket system involved in built in the app. Although raised, it takes days for them to even acknowledge it, forget to solve it. A complaint that I raised a week earlier had not been solved but marked resolved by them either ways. 2. Extremely Poor Cleanliness and Hygiene - I had resided in the room 3007 in FF21 Whitefield. The washroom that I was given had broken window panels, broken flushes, leaking taps, unwashed shower curtains and a broken ceiling. Extremely unsanitary to use to say the least. It’s not cleaned properly regularly. Although I’d raised a ticket and asked them to clean it several times, and the situation still remained the same for a long time. It was cleaned once in the span of 3 months after raising the ticket multiple times. 3. Infestation with Rats and Insects - I’m sure you know of the rat infestation at the premise. Bed Bugs were found in the adjacent room within the Pillows that look like they have never been washed once. 4. Water - I understand that there was a water crisis in Bangalore at that time. But these concerns have started before this. For the 1st three weeks that I resided there, I had not gotten hot water even once after raising multiple tickets. There is constant construction going on and there always seem to be having water concerns at all time in any of the wings. The water that we do get also is infiltrated with disgusting black particles that look like rust. 5. Lack of Accountability among the staff - It took me 5 days to find the receptionist and then plead him to get our flush working again. I had multiple queries regarding my moving out charges and Add-on charges that I have been charged with, he seems as confused as me regarding the questions I have. So if not Christina, If not the receptionist, then who is? 6. Laundry Service - I’m not sure if FF21 handles the laundry or a 3rd party, but the clothes that I give always seem to come back with a mysterious yellow stain. This has happened to my roommate as well. 7. Dilemma regarding Charges - From the countless reviews that I have read on Google, I understand that FF21 is notorious for not returning the security deposit. I received my safety deposit check after 90 days after frequent follow up one of the higher ups that I contacted via Linkedin. This piled with other reasons like coming home to a lobby that was flooded with water from a pipe that broke in the first floor leading the collapsing of the ceiling, finding insects and objects in food, unkept dining areas, a fridge that reeks of bad odor, furniture that refused to budge due to lack of maintenance, extremely small rooms have only added to my long list of complaints.

Facilities and ambience when u step inside look mesmerising. They have created very nice brand value and aesthetics. But there are lots of nonsense hidden charges. And I hear they don't refund the deposit. So stay away, if u care for your money.

Title: Absolutely Horrendous Experience - Avoid at All Costs Review: This is by far the worst PG I have ever encountered. They are nothing but scammers, looting people under the pretense of providing adequate food, services, and furniture. The level of cleanliness is abysmal; I even found a dead rat in my food, which is utterly unacceptable and disgusting. The room they initially showed us was large and seemingly comfortable, but the actual room we received was a tiny, cramped space that felt like a grave. Once we paid the full amount, the FF21 team became unreachable, refusing to answer any of our calls. The food quality is horrendous – watery dal, foul-smelling dishes, and inedible meals are the norms here. The entire premises are filled with a constant, unbearable stench. This place is a complete nightmare and an absolute rip-off. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this PG at all costs.

Unquestionably a scam in order to keep the deposit money. The management team is not returning your emails, calls, or WhatsApp messages. If I could have given it zero stars, I would have. I paid the moving out costs and issued the required 30-day notice during my six months there. They said they would repay the deposit within 90 days, however it has been five months since my checkout. I've saved everything of their correspondence, including emails, and utterly demoralised and let down.

🛑🛑NEVER STAY IN FF 21 PGs. STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS 🛑🛑. All of the FF management are the worst SCAMMERS in the industry they are never going to return your security deposit even after 114 days (as of 28 March 2024), whereas in the beginning it was claimed to be refunded within 90 days. If we delay the PG payments even by a day they have got all sorts of schemes ready to charge you but when it comes to paying the refund its like begging to these cheats. No matter how many times you follow up there won't be any response. Best to stay away from these SCAMMERS, there are many other options available to stay. Better explore them.
