I had a really nice time at FF21. The room was super clean and comfy, which helped me settle in pretty quickly. I liked how the place was designed; it felt cozy and inviting. The food was tasty, with a good mix of options that I really appreciated. Ordering was smooth, and the staff was always ready to help whenever I needed something. I also joined some community events, and it was fun to connect with new people. Overall, it felt like a great place to stay for anyone moving to Bengaluru. 😊

Came here for the vibe. Highly not recommended. Mostly they don't have water. Even if it's there, the quality is really bad, will damage your hairs for sure. Food quality is not up to the mark as well. Find a better stay option.

Worst place to live considering the price we are giving . They don't give your deposit immediately once you leave , food is bad , also laundry ruins your clothes . I was having bed bugs in my for 1 month , complained but no actions were taken. It was my experience.

*PLEASE DO NOT OPT FOR THIS CO-LIVE* It has been over 5 months now that I have vacated. They have not returned the deposit that they mentioned would be returned 3 months after check out date. They do not respond to calls, texts, or anything once you mention you are looking for your refund. Mehha from the Sales team has been extremely unprofessional after the talks initiated by me about the refund of my deposit. Has stopped replying to texts and receiving calls. The property manager and the team have also been least helpful in this case.

Extremely disappointed with their deposit refund process. They promise a 90-day refund policy after checkout, but it's been over 5 months and I still haven't received my deposit. No proper communication, no follow-ups, just complete negligence. Highly unprofessional behavior—definitely wouldn’t recommend based on this experience.

Worst place to live. So many unnecessary rules and regulations. They’ll fine you for no reason. I think a jail will treat you better than this so-called high class Co-Live. I advise everyone to think before selecting this. So many better options available nearby. Again, I would like to say worst Co-Live.

Such a bad system no one should come here They will just keep on adding unnecessary charges without any usage. I left this place this then also they added charges for upcoming month. Such a shitty system they have. I really had a bad experience here no one should stay here worst management

Staff is not good. I asked what will be the charges and security fee as there are many reviews with same issue that deposits not returned. I wanted to confirm the charges and deposit and exit charges. He just kept on saying i am at job I can’t explain completely. He has only 1 job to explain this but he didn’t. How i can expect they will provide good service once i go there?
