Dear FF Team, What is actually happening here? Do you think you can take the residents for granted? Nothing works properly. No hot water. CCTV doesn't work. Delay in laundry pickup. 3-5 days for laundry delivery, not to mention the mix ups and damages. One fine morning, you send someone and ask us to remove vehicles from the parking lot without providing an alternate space. Stained plates for food, no spoons whatsoever, dirty dining area everyday morning. Is this the kind of premium living that you portray on your social media? I am not one to usually get breakfast but this morning, I was alarmed to find that the vada that was provided was uncooked on the inside and the raw dough was as is. The next thing you would do is ask me to raise a ticket for each of the issues which I know for a fact would be closed out with no resolution. Dear FF Team - Please do send out a survey form to the residents or have someone from your management come visit us for feedback, not your operations staff. All they care about is ticket closure and not the resolution. If things are not starting to get better, we will not raise any more tickets for the issues but would start posting them on Google reviews with images and videos since your team haven't taken anything seriously. Moving to a new city can be a bit daunting, but FF21 has made it so much easier. The room is incredibly clean and the furniture is super comfy. I’ve slept really well on that big, cozy bed. 😊 Safety's great here, so I feel relaxed. Plus, the common areas are spotless. I’m really impressed with how fast the Wi-Fi is too!

FF21 stands out when it comes to food. It’s really nice to have delicious meals served right here. Plus, my room's clean, and the furniture is comfy. I feel very safe living here, which gives me peace of mind. Just notice that the Wi-Fi can be a bit unreliable at times, but that’s not a huge deal. Overall, I enjoy my stay! 🍽️

FF21 is really a great choice for anyone new to Bengaluru. The rooms are clean, and the furniture feels just right. I particularly like how safe the place feels, which really helps me relax. The property design is nice, making it enjoyable to come back to after being out. I also appreciate the laundry system. It's super easy to use. 😊 Community events could be a bit more frequent, but overall, it’s been a positive experience.

Just stepping into my room at FF21 felt like a breath of fresh air. Everything’s clean and the furniture’s super comfy. I guess I didn’t expect to feel this at home so quickly. The food timings fit perfectly into my schedule, making life here easier. Plus, reporting maintenance issues is straightforward, which is a big win. One of the first things that caught my attention at FF21 was how tidy and well-kept everything is. My room feels cozy, and the furniture is both practical and stylish. The common areas are just as impressive. Food here? It's great! The ordering system works smoothly, and I never had an issue with anything. Housekeeping is always on point too. It’s nice not to worry about cleaning.
