We stayed at Flock 67 (Room 516, private room) for 4 months. While the rooms are decent, the overall experience was underwhelming. Visitor rules are quite strict (guests only till 10 PM with ID submission), which makes it hard to host friends or family. Management communication is mostly through impersonal emails, which often feels unhelpful. Our security deposit was also delayed and only processed after repeated follow-ups. Housekeeping staff was always moody. Would do it as per their convenience and not as per tenant. Sometimes they would not do it at all. Overall, it felt more like a managed PG with restrictions rather than a true co-living space, and at ₹28,000/month, it didn’t match expectations.

Place was decent to look at but the sector 40 branch is shut now. It is reserved for some college or office residence only. Tried reaching out through flock coliving website but no response from there as well.

I have stayed here for over 4 years. It has been like a second home with quality food, facilities, gym, cloths washing and drying arrangements, a cafe and seating areas for hangout. The staff are very courteous, Housekeeping is done on daily basis, take feedback positively, and provide support/help when needed. The documentation, billing process, invoices, agreements etc are quite automated and one can complete without any hassles. Flocks also have facility for accommodating guests if rooms are vacant. Overall, a great place to stay.

Overall it was really a nice experience. I stayed for 6-7 months and it was a pleasant time , best part is it’s very clean and disciplined, and i like the most is gym and the reading area .

I stayed year for over a year and I must say it was a wonderful experience. The staff is cooperative and we have variety of get togethers and celebrations. All in all a very good experience and I definitely recommend flock!

It is the best co-living there is in Gurgaon, loved my stay a lot. Please visit once if you are planning on staying in Gurgaon.
