Won't recommend this place, the caretaker doesn't know how to logically have a sane conversation. After my roommate left although I was using half of the room and the other bed was free for anyone who'd come they forced me to vacate or pay the entire rent by myself.

Its acquired by Balaji homes now. So I would review for the same. Place is good and food is also average but no decorum or discipline maintained by the people staying. Noise made throughout the night since most of them are freshers. No consideration for the other room mates staying.

Never stay here. They wont refund your deposit money back. Also during your notice they will ask you to pay additional amount on top of your rent, they say you are not eligible for discount during notice period. Its been 2 years I didn't not receive my deposit amount. They never respond for ur messages or text.

Worst support ever. They moved me out because they thought I had left the room even when the rent for the whole month was paid. They couldn't refund the rent and lied about refunding the deposit in 5-7 days. I had to follow up for a month for the deposit and even after that they only refunded half of it. They have a terrible backend where employees don't know anything, give out false information and move you out without even asking. Not only I lost half of my deposit and a full month's rent but had to go through extreme harassment and mental exhaustion. I had a terrible experience with them so warning others before they make the mistake of opting for a Grexter.

The support team is rubbish and the so not help to solve any issues with the room or Wi-Fi or anything.

Nice coliving spaces, just one kitchen available per building.
