1. Rent was increased before i moved in, agreement was for 24k but for some reason its 25k now (which is wayy too high for a single room) 2. Washroom has leakages, shower water smells of hydrogen sulphide and it hasnt been fixed despite 10+ reminders, been over 2 months now. 3. Drinking water isnt available on each floor, just 1 water cooler on the top floor. 4. Wifi speed has been reduced forcing people to get their own wifi setup, they've put a limit on data consumption and opted for a cheaper wifi connection to save cost. 5. Door knobs are breaking off, no scope of it getting fixed and now i've stopped trying. 6. Staff is unresponsive, noone answers on their helpline number. 7. I've been told by multiple people that they dont get their deposit money back. Pls dont move in here unless absolutely necessary...

Not recommended. They don't return the 2 month advance. It has been two full years since I left one of their facilities and they still haven't returned my balance money.

Not worth the price, you will face water, wifi issues continuously, they increase rent without giving any specifics, they change rent dates and add fines without considering anything. Just minting money from tenants, no deposit will be given back. No good service.

THEY ARE FRAUDSTERS & DON'T MAKE THE MISTAKE OF STAYING HERE! I stayed in Grexter Aquila for around 8 months and the experience was extremely horrible, their staff showcased very rude and unprofessional behavior, they will not return your security deposit after you leave your house, they don't even have a proper support call number where you can raise your concerns, so don't make the mistake of staying here, even the apartments are not at all worth the money.

Pathetic experience. They don't have any contact number for calling them and they deduct money without any reason from security deposit. Bloody fraudsters. While we were staying there, they also got a legal notice for some illegal construction. It came to our address and that's how we came to know. For each small concern, you need to whatsapp them and they call later, that too without coming up with any solution. They took extra 15 days rent from us even when we had vacated the flat much before. Please never ever take these flats on rent. You will regret.
