DO NOT LIVE HERE. I’ve stayed in 4 Coliving facilities in Bangalore and Grexter has by far been my worst experience. Since the decentralisation of incident management, none of my tickets were ever resolved. Their customer service executives are the most unprofessional and inefficient employees I’ve ever come across. They’re incredibly proactive when it comes to asking for rent and deposit but NEVER do anything to resolve issues, fix problems in rooms/properties. There is no central point of contact for any issue, and the incident management team closes tickets without even addressing them. And after enduring the worst year of my life as a tenant in their pathetic La Vie property, you have not returned my deposit money as promised. I intend to take serious legal action if my money is not returned, and hope the people reading this will not move here to save themselves from the constant troubles I had to because of their incompetence and fraud. Using a throwaway to protect my identity as I’m yet to receive my deposit from these thieves.

The rooms are nothing like you see in the website. It's small and dingy and not clean. It's just an old pg given the name co-living space.

The service is good enough only till carpenter or electrician. Beware of any problem related to water leakage or ceiling leakage its impossible to get it resolve. Because they don't have authority to make any changes or fix the problem in the building (owned by 3rd party). Cons - Grexter will respond but late on Parking issues (there is no fix spots) and about the common area hygine. Light fixture at the building need regular follow up for the replacement. Difficult to reach the concern person which delay the solution. Pros - Maintain lift & back up to the top. Good on that.

Horrible, bathroom is without mirror and hand-wash sink, so you can't shave , difficult to do faces wash and brush. Manager would not help at all, he is not accessible and not reachable. 2 days has gone till now they have not given the correct WiFi password. Always they are sharing wrong password. Basic things are not proper. I have went kitchen to take glass to drink but not available. Not good at all

Very small rooms with very high rent. The shared kitchen is shared by all the people in the building so remains busy all the time even at 2 am. Same goes with the washing machines. No generators, not so fast internet.
