Really Pathetic Services from Burro. No one cares to get things fixed here. Neither anyone here takes the accountability. No one picks up the call. In this moth itself for a week water heater was not working after endless complaints it got fixed and not it's been a week and water purifier is not working. Washing Machines have an issues from a long time now but no one cares. Raising issues on app is like of no use since no one entertains. Really Pathetic Services from burro. Disappointed.

I stayed in Grexter lyra for 9 months, and I must say, it was a pleasant experience. The location is fantastic, with a nice neighborhood vibe that adds to the charm. The room is spacious. While it's a bit on the higher end of my budget, I found it to be completely worth it, mainly due to the excellent area and the wonderful people I got to interact with during my stay. Overall, I would highly recommend this PG to anyone looking for a quality living space in a great area, and who values the connections they can make with the people around them.

STAFF IS FRAUD. Not returning money after 1.5 years also. Just filed an official POLICE COMPLAINT. But I hope you never have to experience this mental harassment of clients they do. STAY AWAY FROM ANY GREXTER PROPERTY! All are fraud. Check their instagram and facebook pages also to confirm this

Worst worst worst. They are scammers. They provide very bad service. They loot money from people. They took rs.17000 from me and promised that once I vacate the room I'll get my deposit back. It's been more than a year and they ignore my calls and messages. And not to mention, the staff is extremely rude. Do yourself a favour and don't consider staying here. There are many PGs in the same area which provide better services. Don't waste your time and money here.

The worst ever place to stay! Under the garb of RaaS, they are robbers of the first order for the below reasons: 1. Pathetic support services. Not a single day goes by when I don't raise a complaint about the drainage system of my washroom, the poor wiring in my room (and many more!) and the support folks never really help redress them promptly. In fact, the only way out is to text them and there's no way one can reach out on any help-line number. If you are shifting to this place, be mindful that your room is bound to have issues and the support will take all the time in the world to address them 2. The corridors are dark as they don't have bulbs (or maybe, the bulbs are removed) to save electricity. It is totally scary if after 12 am, you step out to fill up water. 3. Although they project 3 washing machines, hardly one is operational. They always provide some band-aid solutions to the washing machines which eventually give up working after a month but still, Grexter won't take any measures to replace the machines. 4. Pathetic network and internet services. If by any chance you are planning to attend zoom calls from Grexter, then be highly cautious! 5. To top it all, there's no security in place. Anyone can enter and leave the premises and God forbid if some unscrupulous folks enter the premises during the wee hours, CCTVs won't be functioning to capture the events! All the above are true to the core but still, Grexter is making money by simply taking advantage of folks who are in dire need of immediate living spaces!! P.S: I wish I could provide a rating on the negative scale!!!

Perfect for shared and private rooms
