On a scale of one to ten I would rate them 1. There better places to live Electronic City, they have the worst maintenance ever , there is always some issue or the other can’t really live peacefully here

Worst place to stay. No proper management and they don't respond to any of your queries or problems. Its been 2 months since i vacated and didn't recieve my deposit.

Wanna fulfill your childhood dream of becoming spider man? This is the right place for you since you'll have enough of spiders to keep you company. Don't even think about asking help from maintenance because they're busy with their own schedule and won't bother to move an inch out of their room if your floor isn't on their 'to-do' list no matter what the issue is. No they don't care that your rent includes maintenance fees. Not to mention, if you don't know the maintenance staff's mother tongue that's the easiest excuse for them to tell you that they can't help with your issue cause they don't understand you. And yes, say goodbye to your deposit money.

Worst place to stay in Bangalore. There is no management, support doesn't resolve any query all they do ask us to wait. Wifi doesn't work and they won't even fix it and even your phone's network will also not work. The food subscription provider Plummish doesn't respond properly. Do yourself a favor and never even think of staying here.

It has been more than 5 months since I vacated this Grexter Polaris and they still have not returned security deposit of me or my roommate. On top of that they keep on adding arbitrary rents or fines to cut that security deposit, so they don't have to pay it back. You will find a much better customer support in a village government office as they don't have decency even to reply. I don't think they even have a customer support as they cut your calls when you try calling them. I am forced to post this publicly as I have tried everything with patience and don't have any energy left and also so that others don't fall into this fraud machine Grexter is.
