I had a great stay here. And the care taker was so nice he used to clean in alternative days and he will be correcting any issues we have when the ticket is raised. The new management have a great consideration on the clients. About the area it’s really awesome calm and quiet. Access to the city is 200m apart. One of the best location and stay in HSR. Really gonna miss the place as I have to move to another city.

The reviews that have been posted are for the management that has been changed. It was ‘grexter’ vega but has switched to a newer and better management and is named vega coliving now. I stayed here for a couple of months and my stay has been nothing short of delightful. Everyone starting from Sapna (who helped me with the formalities) to naresh (caretaker of the property) have been extremely hospitable and extremely kind. The systems are well in place pertaining to rent payment and deposit refunds. My deposit refund was made well in time and was a hassle free experience. Would definitely recommend!

I'm not sure why there are so many negative reviews for this place. I searched a lot for a good property in HSR and I think Grexter Vega was the best I could find. The property is situated in a good locality with all the food outlets and stores situated at a walkable distance. The rooms are very good. There are two types of rooms, smaller ones and bigger ones. I stayed for almost 6 months in a bigger room and it was quite spacious with good vibes. Manager and Caretaker are helpful. Also, I got the security deposit back on the same day when I vacated the property. So, I had a very good stay at Grexter Vega.

My stay at this place was nothing short of a nightmare. From the moment I arrived, it became evident that this place was a disaster waiting to happen. The staff were completely inept and unresponsive. They never bothered to address any of the issues I raised, whether it was the malfunctioning amenities or the persistent pest problems. Speaking of pests, let's talk about the rooms. Not only do they come with very poor drainage systems, but they also generously provide free cockroaches as an added bonus. And good luck trying to dry your clothes – there's no proper place for that either. But the horror doesn't stop there. The cleanliness of the rooms is appalling. They're rarely cleaned on time, and I found myself having to practically beg the caretaker to do his job. And let's not forget about the deposit. They have no qualms about snatching a hefty sum from you and conveniently forgetting the meaning of the word "refund." And even if you do manage to get some of your money back, they'll come up with the most absurd excuses to shortchange you. In conclusion, unless you enjoy throwing away your hard-earned cash and your sanity, steer at all costs. It's an experience I wouldn't wish upon my worst enemy.

One of the worssst experience in my life. These guys never reply, never help, never fix a problem. If you want to waste your money along with your mental health this PG is a solid 10/10. The worst part is getting your deposit back. They’ll charge 33K as deposit and they’ll never return it. And even if you get your money they’ll say pity reasons and return you lesser amount. Some legal actions has to raised against this. The Caretaker is very honest n helps everytime. Its the managers who fool the owners and us.

Very poorly maintained. No security. They refused to return deposit. They never followed their own made policies.
