One star is too much zero should be an option, I have lived in this organization for around 3 years. I suggest who ever chooses to find a PG like stay never trust this organization. They are notoriously poor in refund of advances, never pay heed to multiple requests. It has been 60 days since I left the apartment and when asked they say it will take more time. Even during my stay I faced multiple unpleasant experience where I was given a apartment in Shanders Alta Vista for nearly two years, they gave me a notice of 10 days to either move to another of their apartment called Shanders Dwellington (which is a apartment in horrible location) or move out. They have this habit of moving people as per their whims and fancy as they have bulk booking contracts for MBA and other university students for accommodating them they will ask anybody to move without proper reason, negotiate these rules before entering this godforsaken organization. They will deduct hidden charges in your final advance refund kindly monitor them from the start. In final words those who are looking for a clean stable kind of organized PG like stays never consider this nightmare of an organization. Terrible organization!

I've stayed here for a year, its has been my second home . Everything is good here and the staff are very generous and supportive. Property is well maintained from the cost decor to the thoughtful touches. Fast WiFi and amenities are well maintained. Additionally, they provide shuttle service for the guest .The food selection is excellent and the customer service is outstanding. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay experience

I've stayed here for years and had a great experience. The environment is pleasant, and the staff is supportive. The housekeeping service is excellent, with twice-weekly cleaning and flexibility to accommodate extra requests. The rooms are spacious, especially compared to other PGs I've seen. The garden is well-maintained, and the security guards are attentive. Overall, it's a wonderful place to stay! A peaceful safe place to stay 🫶 Thank you, team, for your exceptional service. I would definitely consider staying here again if my job location brings me back

As a student, I would strongly advise against staying here. The management is extremely poor and unresponsive to the needs of residents. There is one elderly man who seems to be in charge, but he is very rude and difficult to communicate with. He doesn’t speak clearly and shows no concern for student well-being. The overall atmosphere is unwelcoming, and it feels more like a burden to live here than a comfortable place to stay. Definitely not recommended for anyone looking for a supportive and respectful environment while studying.

Stayed here for over a year — one of the best places near Veerasandra. The food was consistently good, thanks to Deba, the mess in-charge, who ensured quality and taste. Highly recommended!

Great experience overall! The food quality is consistently good, hygiene is excellent, and prices are very reasonable. There’s a special menu every day at reduced prices and a good variety to choose from. Huge thanks to Deva Bhaiya for always taking care of us and listening to our requests. Makes hostel life so much better!

If you're a student,They don't even listen to your problems. Wanted to give them 0 stars.... Good contains malaria, water smells bad , won't allow the delivery guy to come to your room so you have to step down 7 floor ( the lift never works). All the best if you're staying
