It is a 2/3bhk flat mostly for the college students of SYMBIOSIS,IIIT& WELINGKAR.. Residents also lived here Overall, a good place to stay infront of it is a lake..

Very good staff... They are nice and humble and always ready to serve their customers. The property is very neat and clean and the staff is also trained. They are working on their loopholes and staff is ready to serve their customers any time for any purpose.

As a Welingkar student we are forced to stay here for a year. Just 2 days have passed now and already wish to go stay somewhere else. Nothing works. Slow response for everything and hygiene is their least priority. Edit: The hostel was prompt after the review and the problem has been solved after the negative feedback! Thanks Guesture for the quick resolution!

Mannerless peopl, especially kariappa . Worst place. Hostel was a regrettable experience filled with rude staff, unhygienic conditions, delayed refunds, insect-infested food, and an overall lack of hospitality. I would strongly advise potential guests to consider other options and steer clear of this establishment until they address these serious issues.

Best residential place for Welingkar students Also people who wish to shift with family can choose this place for residence
