If you're a student,They don't even listen to your problems. Wanted to give them 0 stars.... Good contains malaria, water smells bad , won't allow the delivery guy to come to your room so you have to step down 7 floor ( the lift never works). All the best if you're staying

Topu and arun from cleaning and house keeping were very helpful and sincere, they came to unlock the the door in no time which was locked from outside

The housekeeping service here is exceptional, with prompt responses to any concerns. A special mention goes to the housekeeping supervisor, Mr. Topu, whose assistance was immensely helpful and greatly appreciated.

Very good apartments for the people working far from home. Best amenities like own house. The cleaning of the apartment is also done regularly. Any issue been resolved in couple of hours.

This place is a hostel for iiitb students. It offers a clean, comfortable stay with friendly staff and a great location. The common areas are inviting, the food provided is great. There is a lake very close by. Rooms are well-maintained, and the beds are cozy. Wi-Fi is reliable, and the overall atmosphere is relaxed.
