From outside it seems to have a great facility but actually it doesn’t have anything. I am staying here for last 4 months. Sometimes lift doesn’t work, sometimes washroom flush doesn’t work. It has very nice rooms, very much open and much spacious. Also it is very much neat and clean, security is nice and all other facilities are nice. But sometimes service becomes too bad and it becomes a headache for everyday life.

Poor sanitation. Leaking pipes all around the building. Their flushes don't work, sometimes even worse, there's a lot of smell. They don't have drinking water facility. You need to pay extra for water cans, and for that you need to go to lobby. For complaints also you need to go to lobby every single time. Their electricity bills are also unreasonable.

Rooms and facilities are very neatly maintained. Cleaning is done twice a week and there's a canteen as well where one can order the type of food they want. Overall it's been a good experience

Good rooms with all fecilities.if you want cook for your self you can do it room it self .They provide good co sharing flats with air conditioned rooms
