I’ve been a tenant at HappiStay since August 2024, and the experience has been consistently comfortable and welcoming. A big part of this goes to the management who are always available, responsive, and helpful with any needs or complaints. The housekeeping staff is also friendly and supportive. Coming to the pg itself, I'll list out the the pros/cons and other stuff down below: Pros: 1. Spacious, clean rooms: Each room is well-maintained and feels comfortable to live in. 2. Fully equipped rooms: Every room comes with essential amenities including a mini-refrigerator, a 34" LCD TV, a foldable wall-mounted desk, a basic wooden/metal chair, window curtains, and even bedding (bedsheet and pillows with covers). It’s essentially plug-and-play — you can move in with minimal hassle. 3. Excellent housekeeping: Housekeeping is available daily except Sundays. They handle brooming, dusting, mopping, and even make the bed. They’re quick to respond to requests as well. 4. Large common kitchen and dining area: The kitchen is spacious and well-equipped. Gas and utensils are provided by the PG. There’s a large common refrigerator, two microwaves, and an air fryer. The staff also handles dishwashing after you’re done cooking, which is extremely convenient. 5. Quiet and convenient location: The PG is on a closed-end road, so there’s almost no traffic noise. Essential places like a Cult gym, a supermarket, cafés, eateries, salons, and a pharmacy are all close by. 6. Useful amenities included in rent: Fast Wi-Fi, purified drinking water, 24×7 hot water, and a laundry area with five washing machines are all available and included in the rent. 7. Responsiveness of the property manager: the management is proactive, approachable, and quick to resolve issues. It’s reassuring to have someone responsible and dependable managing the place. Cons: 1. Distance from the metro: The nearest metro station (Kadugodi Tree Park) is about 1.2 km away. Walking this distance daily to catch metro for office can feel a bit inconvenient. 2. Simple interiors: Compared to some newer PGs and studio apartments that focus on aesthetics and community experiences, this PG can look a bit plain. However, this may not matter much to people who prioritize comfort and practicality.

I stayed at Happistay PG only and honestly, I can say it’s the best PG in this whole area. My experience here has been completely positive, and I’d recommend this place to anyone looking for a good stay. The staff and management here are also really good which made my stay pleasant and comfortable.
