I had such a great experience with Harrington Housing, and I honestly can’t thank Attila enough for all the help and support. From the very beginning, he went above and beyond to guide me through the entire leasing process. I had a few issues and confusions at the start, but he was incredibly patient, kind, and thorough in explaining everything. What really stood out to me was how understanding and straightforward he was , no confusion, no pressure, just clear communication and genuine care. It’s rare to find someone who really listens and makes the process feel so smooth and comfortable. Thanks to him, everything worked out perfectly, and I’m extremely happy with how it all went. I’d highly recommend Harrington Housing and Attila to anyone, they truly care about us and make the whole experience wonderful!

I have lived in different Harrington properties over the past several years. I cannot say that my experience was absent of challenges or issues. Nevertheless, as with all companies reputational metrics often rest with frontline customer service workers, and leasing/housing representatives. In my case, the Booking Coordinator Simon, and two sales/leasing coordinators, Noor and Helia, managed my challenges and situation(s) so skillfully, so professionally, and with such kindness, that the issues were resolved quickly and amicably. Certainly, in the case of the Booking Coordinator, he is one of the most responsive, efficient, and fair-minded professionals I have ever dealt with. Simon operates at a level of excellence that is rare. He advocates for tenants, is attentive to their needs and concerns, and is incredibly adept at creating win-win situations. Noor and Helia, as the two leasing coordinators were kind, professional problem-solvers who were literally "hands on" in terms of their desire and willingness to support and assist tenants. I am genuinely impressed with the service I have received from these three amazing representatives at Harrington. They are a credit to the company, a saving grace, and as a result, I feel much greater confidence in Harrington Housing because it is clear that they are committed to excellence, and to finding the right people to assist and support those who rent with them. - Donna S

This company is really good they helped me out with many of my problem especially when I was looking an two bedroom apartment and which i could afford it too not too expensive.My experience with Harrington Housing has been excellent. The booking process was smooth and transparent, and the staff were responsive and helpful every step of the way. The housing is clean, modern, and in a convenient location, making it easy to settle in quickly. I especially appreciate the community atmosphere and the sense of security. I would recommend Harrington Housing, Ask for Arish, he has been really professional and has done 3 main good things for me while living here: 1. He always answer any questions or any concerns about the property. 2. When something is not done correctly, he finds the way to manage the situation in time and address the issue professionally. 3. He listen to tenants and help them much in his possibilities. The apartments are well maintained and buildings are pretty good, the location is great, just one block from Metro station. I have to be honest, I have listened other people’s comments about that company is a bit messy, but I can see that people like Arish, are making the change for good. I was about to leave the property but decided to give a second chance because they put on my shoes, thank you.
