Living at Harrington Housing has been an incredible experience! The location is ideal, Making it super convenient to get to the bus-stop,It’s actually beautiful to be part of tenant living in the building at Harrington and the Amenities are 100% and all thanks to Aderonke she is part of the management team Incharge of my moving in and since then she has always been active to come to my aid when I need something to be fixed in my apartment she works Diligently and very hard working her Human Relations is 100% as well.. I would highly recommend her to any one that wants to move in Thanks.

I can't be completely disappointed. I am staying in one of the buildings in Montreal. I found practically with an apartment that is in deplorable condition. -The kitchen and the refrigerator are almost out of date and old. -The odor extractor is damaged. -The apartment smells like food because there were people living here that left it completely dirty. -The blankets and sheets were not changed until I checked in on the 9th. -Bad organization for check-in (it took about 5 hours). -The bathroom was deplorable. -When I made the contract they assured that there is a GYM but they don't have the building. -Also to make the contract they charge you around 500$ for the key + a fee for the contract service when everything is online. Now I am trying to cancel my contract; but besides the fact that they are responsible for not fulfilling what is mentioned in the contract they put a series of conditions and apparently I will not get my deposit money back.

How can you say no to city views like these, I fell in love with the place the moment I moved in. I wanted a bigger place, but this will do. As long as the neighbours don't complain! 😅 The city can be a very complaining place! Maybe have an option to have your own gym key. They don't cost much. This area has amazing connectivity, an amazing vibrant cultural life, I haven't checked the food yet, but there is plenty of options to taste. had no issue with home delivery. Have about six 24 HR shops within 5 min walking distance. Can't live in a better area, till and less you wanna own a farm!

I stayed at Harrington's housing apartments for three months, and my experience was exceptionally comfortable. The room was immaculate and well-furnished, equipped with everything I needed. The kitchen was also fully stocked with all the essential appliances. My broker, Olga Pak, was very helpful, providing all the necessary information and being readily available whenever I needed assistance

She was so kind and patient, helping me with both of my moves and assisting me in choosing the best room with care and attention. She was always available and responded to all my questions and needs quickly and patiently. Her level of professionalism and customer care meant so much to me and made my experience much more comfortable and pleasant. I am truly thankful for all her efforts and exceptional support.

I had a great stay at the Ocean Park space in Vancouver! It was helpful to see the rooms in advance , and they looked just like the pictures. I also met some friendly people in the building. The location is fantastic, with easy access to all the popular places. The team was wonderful, especially Omer, who was always available on WhatsApp.

My recent stay in Harrington Housing London City Road was a great experience, just a few things need to be considered before booking: - The building is centrally located and very safe, with a concierge from 9 - 5pm. The actual room is just as the photos, clean ventilated, high ceilings and felt a secure space! I had the Deluxe Room, so I advice to book this one as well. It has everything you need, all the amenities, but just 2 problems in the rest of the flat that need feedback: 1. What you can't see in the webpage is that the flat is adapted in a very strange order to accommodate 2 more rooms in the space orginally meant as a common area (living room and dinning room). This arrengement closes the ventilation for the kitchen and hallway, making it impossible to live without leaving the main door open. The stove ventilation didn't work, so when someone is cooking is specially overheated. 2. Bathroom: needs remodelation!! A lot of mold in the ceiling of the shower. - Great service team!! They answer immediately, replace the equipment that can be replaced and are always in contact with you. Financial support is also reachable at any moment, making it easier to pay. In summary, I would choose Harrington House again just with the feedback on the bathroom shower and the ventilation concerns. Thank you!
