The staff was incredibly helpful and supportive on my move-in day. In particular, customer representative Ms. Lucie was a great help during the room setup process and guided me through everything. I stayed in a Harrington Housing apartment for 3 months, and I can confidently say it was one of the best rental experiences I’ve ever had. The apartment was modern, clean, and fully furnished, which made settling in super easy. The building was well-maintained, safe, and conveniently located near everything I needed — shops, transit, and local attractions. What stood out most was the professionalism and responsiveness of the Harrington Housing team. They were always quick to help with any questions or requests, and the whole process from move-in to move-out was smooth and stress-free. If you’re looking for a hassle-free, comfortable, and well-managed place to stay, I highly recommend Harrington Housing. I truly enjoyed my time there and would definitely choose them again!

I’m really grateful for Eleftheri’s support throughout my refund process. She was incredibly helpful and proactive, she followed up consistently and made sure my case didn’t get delayed any further. Even when Finance was pushing things back for months after I had already left, she kept insisting on my behalf until everything was finally resolved. Do not pay any deposit it is illegal for rent in Quebec, and what they are asking from you is against the law. They don’t provide a legitimate lease contract as required in Quebec. Everything they do is illegal, and they refuse to refund my key deposit payment. What they’re doing is completely unlawful. Even the rent payment goes through a platform that takes a percentage, meaning you have to pay extra on top of your rent again, totally illegal. I strongly advise you not to rent an apartment there. They even enter your apartment without notice. They promised me a 3-bedroom apartment, but in the end, there were 4 of us in the unit, and we could smell everything. The elevator is broken almost every day. Do not rent from Harrington Housing what I’m telling you is crucial, unless you want to lose your money. Most of the reviews left about them are fake.

I had a great stay! The team was very helpful and responsive to my needs. The best part of my stay was the support I received from Harrington team. They were incredibly helpful and always addressed my needs promptly and efficiently. For example my apartment key got delayed for several days, but it was provided immediately. and when the time I needed help to pick up my delivery from the building locker. They came and delivered it to my door.

It was a great stay at Harrington; I made lifelong friends. Good place, good people. The team was responsive and made sure the issues were solved and responded to promptly. Will recommend to anyone looking for a decent shared accommodation or student housing.
