Stayed with Hei Homes in River Valley for a few years and overall found it to be a good experience. The location was great, and the home was furnished tastefully. The weekly cleaning and inclusion of basic household supplies is helpful, and the admin is generally responsive to most issues or concerns. Flatmates are generally good, and I have enjoyed staying with most of my roommates. However, there were a few misses during my stay, such as how some changes were not communicated properly (i.e. how room cleaning would no longer be provided after a certain time), or when viewings would be conducted. The team has since rectified this after we raised our concerns though, which is appreciated. The utility cap is a little low as well, and the invoicing for items such as aircon servicing and utility cap excess can be easy to miss since the monthly rent and these payments are sent separately. The unit is not the most well-maintained but the admin does respond to the concerns as soon as possible. Overall would recommend staying with Hei Homes if you’re a student or working professional—they certainly do offer convenience as well as roomy, comfortable spaces that you can call home in Singapore.

I stayed with hei homes while on an exchange in Singapore. The process of renting was very easy and everything went smoothly, there were no issues with the apartment while I was staying there and the hei homes team was always very willing to help with anything. Overall very pleasant stay.

I lived with Hei Homes for the past four months, and the experience has been great. The team is very friendly, and they always respond quickly to any questions or concerns, which has made my stay very comfortable. I also really appreciate that Hei Homes offers flexible short-term rentals, which is perfect for someone like me who only stays in Singapore for a few months.

My overall experience with Hei Homes has been positive. Their homes are well decorated and spacious. The service quality has declined in the past 2 years but is still better than a lot of other co-living spaces. Would recommend :)

Stayed at Hei Homes Novena for 1.5 years. Unlike the co-living spaces that just wants to give you a small space and suck your money, the decor felt thoughtful and human. Bed was especially comfortable. I didn’t like that the living room didn’t have aircon so we couldn’t use the living room well. Similarly kitchen didn’t have too much ventilation so it was humid and stuffy to cook at times. Generally a positive experience.
