Such a poor experience they just know how to take money I was in a need they said they will give back my deposit in a month and now it’s 4 month no body is replying and not even concern about my situation what a worst company I regret to stay . They don’t care about customer experience they only care about money

I am not at all happy ay this property. Suresh the caretaker thinks he is the owner and doesnt pay heed to client issues. Even he has the audacity to argue with the ops manager and is very arrogant. I dont at all feel safe in here.

Pathetic venture of HelloWorld Coliving spaces! They are total No No. they hide lot of information about the policies mainly modifying it around making money for themselves. They have no proper maintenance. Unreliable sales team . 90% of the facilities are not available. Fake reviews given at the property sites. Their support guys disconnect calls. Bunch of crooks just an example they have no option to review on their property sites.

NEVER EVER STAY HERE THEY ARE BIG SCAMMERS. We stayed here from December 2020 till March 2021. In April we vacated the property & still haven't received my deposit money, we have been following up since then & have received multiple emails saying our finance team is down with covid. We kept cool for when the few times understanding the global impact it has. When we connect with them all they say is we will send you an email for our complaint, we have collected nearly 5 complaint tickets in these 4 months & all of them say the same that our finance team is down with covid. The worst is the customer service Mainly Garima, she hung up on us every time we called & mentioned our issue. Since this morning we have called nearly 7-8 times & have been treated very poorly. Its a shame that we ever stayed there. #scam #beware

One Sincere suggestion for all building and flat owners . Strictly avoid giving your property for Rent to HelloWorld or Nestaway . They will promise high rents and timely payments , but when it comes to payment they negotiate strongly and pay much lesser than their own commitment and don't even pay on time. Absolutely Non professional approach , completely dependent on 1-2 people who take all decisions without a proper process or system. They have No respect for the rental agreement which they sign at the time of handover of property.
