we arrived on Sunday at 7:30 PM. We were walking and did not have a car, but our dog was with us. They wouldn’t allow us to even sit outside on the table in the corner and we told them that we were hungry and thirsty, but they wouldn’t let us stay.

Lived here for 2.5 years in a shared two bedroom apartment and had a great experience! Would recommend to anyone new to Dubai or looking for some flexibility when renting.

I stayed at hive since 2022 and had a great experience. Excellent concept. Loved the co-working spot and felt incredibly productive. Met some great people and friends over the years. If you’re new to Dubai, be great spot for you to live!

I visited Hive, where I often frequent ONE Life cafe and kitchen, which is part of the building. On this occasion, the place was particularly busy, and I was placed on a waiting list with an expected wait time of 5 to 10 minutes. I was asked to wait in the building lobby, which seemed reasonable. However, my experience took a turn for the worse when the security staff approached me and insisted that I move from a comfortable sofa to an uncomfortable wooden bench located next to the door. The bench was not only uncomfortable but also in a less desirable location, right next to the entrance. This level of treatment is unacceptable, and it left me with a very poor impression of the building's customer service. I was actually considering checking out the apartments there, but after this experience, I can’t imagine subjecting myself or any of my guests to such discourteous treatment. I hope the management addresses this issue to prevent other potential residents from facing the same unpleasant experience.
