I stayed at hive since 2022 and had a great experience. Excellent concept. Loved the co-working spot and felt incredibly productive. Met some great people and friends over the years. If you’re new to Dubai, be great spot for you to live!

I’d have left Dubai ages ago if it wasn’t for Hive. Truly one of the best communities in Dubai. Would Recommend to anyone moving here for the first time. 🙌🏽

I visited Hive, where I often frequent ONE Life cafe and kitchen, which is part of the building. On this occasion, the place was particularly busy, and I was placed on a waiting list with an expected wait time of 5 to 10 minutes. I was asked to wait in the building lobby, which seemed reasonable. However, my experience took a turn for the worse when the security staff approached me and insisted that I move from a comfortable sofa to an uncomfortable wooden bench located next to the door. The bench was not only uncomfortable but also in a less desirable location, right next to the entrance. This level of treatment is unacceptable, and it left me with a very poor impression of the building's customer service. I was actually considering checking out the apartments there, but after this experience, I can’t imagine subjecting myself or any of my guests to such discourteous treatment. I hope the management addresses this issue to prevent other potential residents from facing the same unpleasant experience.

While the HIVE promotes 'Community', it, unfortunately, is completely RACIST in the way the management defines what a typical 'Community' looks like. As a guest invited by a Resident, (despite following all required protocol and providing my Emirates ID, mobile number and all other information to 'Register' as a 'Guest'), the Management had Security sent thrice during a 20 minute period, while waiting for the Resident who was running late to come downstairs. I was asked to not sit on a couch, but move to a wooden bench by the main door, where the delivery service providers are asked to wait. It was an extremely embarrassing experience overall. I have lived in Dubai for 15 years and never have I experienced such a terrible experience in a City that promotes unity, equality and 'Community' in it's true sense. I would advise completely against anyone looking to live in the HIVE, JVC; your guests will have a terrible experience! I will ensure this message is passed on to the local authorities and media in Dubai, so the city's good name isn't tarnished.

The staff seem extremely racist and judgemental. Advice to be careful of Mr. Zaid. Non responsive and racist. Not what was expected from the hive brand. Could share my experience and screenshot on email If it helps anyone. Not recommended.

My favorite place to stay in Dubai! Made many new friends here. Also the building is gorgeous with great facilities.
