I’ve been living at Havens Living Altona for a while now, and I can honestly say it’s been one of the best decisions I’ve made since moving to Hamburg. From day one, this place has exceeded all my expectations. One of the most enriching aspects is the international atmosphere. There’s a true sense of openness, diversity, and a modern vibe that encourages connection and interaction with people from all over the world. It’s not just a place to live — it’s a space to grow, share, and enjoy life. The facilities are top-notch. The apartments are well-designed, comfortable, and visually appealing. The common areas — coworking spaces, lounge, shared kitchen, and gym — are thoughtfully maintained and genuinely inviting for daily use. It’s clear that Havens is committed to building a community, not just providing housing. What truly sets this place apart, though, is the incredible team behind it. I want to give a special shoutout to Elena and Sandra from the administration team. Their professionalism, warmth, and constant willingness to help make you feel truly welcome and supported. It’s not just efficient service — it’s personal, empathetic, and always with a positive attitude. Thanks to them, any issue or request is handled quickly and with genuine care. Living at Havens Living Altona is not just about renting an apartment — it’s about becoming part of a modern, well-run, and super cool community. It’s a place where you feel both free and supported, inspired and at ease. Highly recommended for international students, young professionals, creatives, or anyone looking for a contemporary, multicultural, and well-managed living experience in the heart of Hamburg.

Lived here for a year, it is super well located, close to the s-bahn and many bus connections. I had a great experience living here, the hosts are super nice and helpful, special shout out to Sandra, who was always super friendly and a great host. I would recommend Havens Altona to people moving to Hamburg for the first time, as it has good networking activities with the other tenants.

I lived 1.5 years in Havens, and it was overall a very good experience. Would definitely recommend as a first stop in Hamburg. Pros: Modern smart clean and quiet apartment, practical location Cons: For the price you pay better laundry facilities and a slightly better equipped apartment would have been welcome. Also, considering the high rent, even if the area is well connected the immediate neighbourhood is not very interesting. Finally, sometimes it was difficult to know when staff was available and not all requests were responded to.

What a great place :) Sometimes it's the place, sometimes it's the people. I can thank enough to your lovely team, both Sandra and Elena were amazing, always paying attention to the detail and super comprehensive. As for Havens itself, it helped me build up muscle thanks to the Gym, the locations is great for having fun and very connected to most parts of the city, and I made a friend that I will keep for life... so, nothing but appreciation. Wish you the best, hope you can contribute to build many more happy stories!

I lived in two different types of apartments at two different times, spacious and standard. Both in Hamburg Altona. Both are very well equipped and pleasant. The entire structure of the building is very good and meets the needs of short-term housing. What I would like to point out is that I had two completely different experiences, in terms of neighbors and conditions found in the apartments. In the first quarter, the spacious apartment was very good, everything was very well maintained, and the neighbors were also very polite and respectful in the coexistence. In the second quarter, the standard apartment I stayed in was quite damaged, with several details that had to be noted upon check-in and more appeared during the stay. This made the stay very uncomfortable. There are so many details that it is the tenant's responsibility to notice them, not the company's. For the price we paid, this should never happen. The inspection and conservation should remain impeccable with the prices charged. The neighbors in the second experience were mostly very disrespectful in the coexistence. Unfortunately for me, it started off very well and ended badly. I think Havens has lost a bit of control over the relationship between the clients, the apartments and the living environment. It would be great, and I hope so, if the company paid more attention to the quality of the experience they want to offer. The price and delivery don't add up at the moment. In any case, I consider it a good place for a short stay for work and immigration, and the entire team I met was very helpful and professional: David, Jennifer, Elena and Sandra. Everything that I commented here is beyond the control of the local staff. The company needs to think in more tools of quality control. If you want to rent there, pay close attention to every detail of the property at the time of delivery.
