What a great place :) Sometimes it's the place, sometimes it's the people. I can thank enough to your lovely team, both Sandra and Elena were amazing, always paying attention to the detail and super comprehensive. As for Havens itself, it helped me build up muscle thanks to the Gym, the locations is great for having fun and very connected to most parts of the city, and I made a friend that I will keep for life... so, nothing but appreciation. Wish you the best, hope you can contribute to build many more happy stories!

I lived in two different types of apartments at two different times, spacious and standard. Both in Hamburg Altona. Both are very well equipped and pleasant. The entire structure of the building is very good and meets the needs of short-term housing. What I would like to point out is that I had two completely different experiences, in terms of neighbors and conditions found in the apartments. In the first quarter, the spacious apartment was very good, everything was very well maintained, and the neighbors were also very polite and respectful in the coexistence. In the second quarter, the standard apartment I stayed in was quite damaged, with several details that had to be noted upon check-in and more appeared during the stay. This made the stay very uncomfortable. There are so many details that it is the tenant's responsibility to notice them, not the company's. For the price we paid, this should never happen. The inspection and conservation should remain impeccable with the prices charged. The neighbors in the second experience were mostly very disrespectful in the coexistence. Unfortunately for me, it started off very well and ended badly. I think Havens has lost a bit of control over the relationship between the clients, the apartments and the living environment. It would be great, and I hope so, if the company paid more attention to the quality of the experience they want to offer. The price and delivery don't add up at the moment. In any case, I consider it a good place for a short stay for work and immigration, and the entire team I met was very helpful and professional: David, Jennifer, Elena and Sandra. Everything that I commented here is beyond the control of the local staff. The company needs to think in more tools of quality control. If you want to rent there, pay close attention to every detail of the property at the time of delivery.

Overall, Havens offers significant advantages in terms of location and amenities. However, it's important to note that the prices are quite high and increase every season. More affordable laundry options, along with additional washers and dryers, would be beneficial, as the current setup can be quite frustrating. Also, it seems to be no interest in retaining tenants long-term.

I was quite disappointed with the apartments at Havens Living in Hamburg. The apartments are very uninviting. There are no pictures, plants, or cushions to add any decorative touch, which makes the place feel rather lifeless. The photos online are misleading and do not accurately represent the actual condition of the apartments. Additionally, the apartments are not well thought through for practical use. For example, there are no cups that fit under the Nespresso machine. Essential items like a toilet brush and clothes hangers are also missing, making the apartments less functional and comfortable than expected. However, the common areas are okay, which is why I’m giving 2 out of 5 stars. Overall, I would not recommend Havens Living for anyone looking for a welcoming and fully equipped space.

Perfect for long-work-stays, saves the hassle of looking for a flat. Staff is helpful and the free coffee and snacks are great.

I've been here since the beginning. 1 - The staff, cleaning (specially), and of course, the building managers in the front office, need a raise. Direly. 2 - Your a 🐖? Stay in your room. Communal area is always left perfect (seriously) by cleaning crew, but some 🙊 ers don't clean up after themselves, don't be an animal. 3 - I've only seen the camera be used to send tenants fines for being 🐖s, so if its needed for anything but that, good luck. This isn't the 30s', don't be foolish and leave your stuff lying around = 🙄🫵 4 - Many will remain strangers, others may become neighbors, some even go-out or stay in buddies, but if your lucky and work at it, you might make some great friends and memories. Overall, I paid, a lot, but in the end, I got many great things back. 😌 🙏 Welcome to HVNS Havens.

The stylish furnishings, fully equipped kitchen, and comfortable bedding added immense value to my experience. Additionally, the convenient location made it easy to explore the surrounding area. I highly recommend this well-appointed apartment for a delightful and comfortable stay.

A pleasant and contemporary accommodation for a six-month stay, conveniently located near various transportation options such as buses and S-Bahn. The staff is friendly, and the shared common areas are enjoyable. One minor drawback is that the gym turned out to be smaller than anticipated. However, a significant advantage is the presence of a gym within the building!
