The house itself is very beautiful and the location is good, but unfortunately my overall experience was very disappointing and totally not worth the price! Communication with the landlord was often slow and unhelpful. I regularly had to send messages multiple times before getting a reply, and many responses were simply “sorry, we are very busy right now.” Some issues were not addressed at all. I also sometimes received different information via email and WhatsApp, which made things confusing. Several promises also turned out differently in practice. For example, we were told we could have guests, but this was only allowed for the first few days. After that, guests cost €35 per night, which is a lot considering the already high rent. I also expected to live with other internationals, as advertised. However, for most of my stay there were only 2–3 people living in a house meant for 7, and during my last month I even lived there completely alone. During my stay, some tenants also decided to leave early because they were not satisfied with the situation. The house was also not well equipped for the number of people it was meant for. There was not enough kitchenware for 7 residents, so even if the house had been full it would have been difficult to use the kitchen comfortably. Another example was a welcome event they organized. We were told beforehand that guests would only stay in the garden, but when we came home people were entering the house, using the bathroom, and spending time in the kitchen. Finally, the deposit process was also frustrating. A large part of my deposit was kept because heating costs were high in December. I had turned off all radiators I had access to, but I could not turn off the ones in rooms that were not rented out because I did not have access to them. When I explained this, I was told it was my responsibility. Overall, the house itself is nice, but the management, communication, and value for money were disappointing. For the price that is charged, I would expect a much better and more professional experience.

We waited over 3 months for our deposit refund, even though the contract clearly states 30 days. In the end, they only refunded about 1/3 of the deposit and to the wrong bank account. Despite repeated communication, they refused to transfer the money to my actual account and now claim they will not return the rest at all. The place is extremely pricey, and they will charge you for everything, even breathing. When you ask for basic things like electricity bills, they refuse to hand them over. This behavior is unacceptable and will have legal consequences. If you don’t want to be scammed, do not go there.

I lived in an Inédit shared flat in Sants-Badal for five months and was generally satisfied and would recommend it. The apartments are definitely a bit more expensive, the same goes for services such as the check-in fees. The rooms and furnishings in my shared flat were in good condition and corresponded to what was shown on the website. I was also very happy with my flatmates. The service provided by Inédit was satisfactory. The weekly cleaning service of the common areas worked well. During my stay, a few things had to be repaired both in my room and in the communal areas. This was usually done within a few weeks after sending some reminders. Unfortunately, there were recurring problems with the Wi-Fi, but with a LAN cable in my own room, the internet always worked well. I also received my deposit back in full after a good two weeks.

I stayed with InEdit for three months. For a co-living situation, you’ll get everything you need and the company is very responsive. Overall I enjoyed my time there.

I will really recommend this house. I have been staying here for a semester at the UAB and the location to the university is perfect. The area is recognized as the “Beverly Hills” of Barcelona. The people that works there aswell are really helpful, and will help you with the things you need. Overall really happy for my staying here💗
