⚠️Beware of Deceptive Practices at Inèdit Barcelona⚠️ My experience with Inèdit Barcelona was extremely disappointing. Inèdit unjustly withheld my deposit without providing legitimate reasoning or supporting evidence because they moved my daughter into a room that was unfit and unlivable. They never took responsibility for the issues with the room and were very slow in addressing them, and eventually, they blamed my daughter for the issues. This shocked me, and at this point, I decided to have my daughter move out only after a few weeks of staying there. I had to file a formal dispute with my credit card company to recover my deposit. My credit card company conducted a thorough investigation, and I had to provide them proof of all the evidence I had ( emails, photos, WhatsApp messages). They found that Inèdit Barcelona was untrustworthy and returned my deposit in full. This experience revealed concerning practices by the company and the owner, Laia. Further research and other reviews show that multiple people have faced similar issues with Inèdit withholding deposits unfairly, pointing to a troubling pattern in their operations. This lack of transparency and unwillingness to act ethically highlights a disregard for tenants and their rights. If you’re considering renting from Inèdit, be extremely cautious. 🛑 There are numerous alternatives in Barcelona with companies that prioritize ethical practices and fair treatment. My experience has been a lesson, and I urge prospective tenants to look elsewhere to avoid similar situations. ***UPDATE**** Just look at the owners response, lies, blaming, and making false accusations. Also, I noticed that after I posted this review, the owner contacted her friends to post fake reviews. Did you notice that. Look at the one from Ozon3Music, Notice how the owner's response includes their name, Gianluca. But the profile name is different 🤔. How do you know that information?

The whole apartment was an ex-basement, so cockroaches of any size were thriving there. We have even seen a small lizard two times. When we asked for action, the response was that this is our problem. Additionally, it was extremely dark all the time, especially during the winter. There was no heating in the common areas, which was most of the apartment. There was no proper isolation of the apartment, so we were really struggling with the room temperature. At one point, Inedit decided to unilaterally change the contract and stop providing essentials as per the contract, so I had to ask every time for certain things like wipes. They stopped providing soap and other things that were written in the contract to be provided by them. We managed to come to a common ground which was again not as per contract. This cost me a lot of back and forth, time and nerves. I felt it was really unprofessional. Finally, their prices are above average when compared to other agencies, which makes the whole experience low price for value.

Life threatning experience Firstly, some positive things with Inedit * Very close to the metro * Fantastic view from the balcony * Lovely roommates * Pretty apartment complex I faced numerous challenges and frustrations that ultimately affected my overall living experience. Firstly, I will share my life threatning experience that lead to a blood bath. A glassdoor fell all over me, scratch my body, not to mention the mental consequences that I suffered afterwards. I was terrified. The only help I got from inedit was the name of the nearest hospital and a poor "we are so sorry, get well" - I expected a better effort, at least some discount on my rent. 3 months passed without a new glass door to the bathroom, so water flowed out every time you showered. While in the kitchen cooking, things were literally falling from the ceiling 5 cm from my fingers. Dryer not working, washing machine not working. At times we couldn’t even flush the toilet. All we got was a little “sorry, someone will come fix it soon”. I swear, there were not a single time were “everything” was ever completely working. There were constantly things that needed to be repaired and were left unresolved for weeks. Secondly, there were poor communication and unprofessional behavior from Inedit. Messages and inquiries were frequently ignored or dismissed, which led to unnecessary stress and anxiety throughout my stay. As if this wasn’t enough, the end of my stay was seriously the worst service ever. The checkout time became a problem, because Inedit was messing up the time. My friend and I confirmed to check out at 12:00, but the manager messed it up as 11:00 AND sent the cleaning lady at 10:00?!! Inedit saw in the panel, that me and my friend were right, but NEVER responded with a simple “Sorry, we were wrong and we are so sorry for stressing you guys” We stood there with our suitcases and packed everything, while the cleaning lady aggressively opens up the door and tell us through translate that she needs the bedsheets, that was filled with our stuff on. We were trying to communicate in a nice way if she would walk out of my room, and could wait till we were gone, but no. I was SO frustrated, that Inedit were so busy with kicking us out of our rooms 2 HOURS BEFORE we were supposed to leave. When I got home, I was waiting for my deposit, because it went over 30 working days. I had to contact, check and communcicate everything myself to be sure, that I would get my money. Living with Inèdit has not for once lived up to my expectations and communication has been a joke. In terms of communication and responsibility from Inèdits side, I have no other words to say than: awfully, unprofessional, and a huge fkn joke. Inedit, you have no idea of how much I and plenty of other people have suffered from living with your company. Maybe this review will go unnoticed, and is a waste of time, but it is all worth it, if my review can prevent just one potential client. Oh, and you don’t have to respond to this, because I literally won’t use my energy to read it.

A nice stay in one of the Inedit flat ! Everyone was nice and the location was very calm with the bus and metro nearby! Apart for a fridge a bit small for 7 people, the flat was cool! This year in Barcelona was wonderful!

NOT A GOOD RENTAL COMPANY! DIGITAL NOMADS BE WARNED! 1. They take forever to reply to simple service or help requests. Unless they are requesting more money of course. 2. Their service included the organization of community events. Never happened. 3. Advertise as a digital nomad place but failed to inform us (as agreed in our contracts) that they were sending a man to the apartment middle of the work day to shut off the wifi. They replaced it with a much worse network. 4. Stayed at the Gothic Quarter property. Decent location but there was constant street noise and many attacks/fights at night. The glass windows had many broken spots so you could hear everything. 5. Very transparent money grab at all levels. And they pay you to give good feedback on social networks so keep that in mind. You can find better and cheaper elsewhere!

I stayed for a month and a half but I wouldn’t stay more. The room was ok and clean, as expected. But there were other things that were not properly managed. In the flat there were living 7 people. When I arrived, everything was full, there was no space in the little fridge and even though the kitchen was relatively spacious, I had no room for my groceries. I guess they expect you to confront others, because it is your problem, right? Wrong, other companies allocate space for each habitant. I stayed during summer, there was no preparation at all for it, there were no fans so, again you have to deal with it and procure one. And my bed wasn’t confortable and heat really bad, it was very difficult to sleep. But hey, it is Barcelona, es lo que hay, there are probably many other more expensive places that care less for confort. Let’s keep the 5 stars for the ones with the right price-quality correlation.
