The place was clean and comfortable, and the house itself looked really nice. It was also easy to get to the city center by public transport, which made getting around simple.

It is frankly an outrage given the price being charged. I am currently in Washington, D.C., and the heating has not worked since the day I arrived. During the recent winter storm, the cold inside the apartment was relentless and completely unacceptable. I have contacted management countless times—well over a dozen requests—asking for someone to come and fix the issue. No one has taken any meaningful action. No one from the maintenance crew has shown up, and there has been no serious attempt to resolve the problem. What is even more astonishing is that despite these conditions, there has been no offer of any rent reduction or accommodation. The overall condition of the unit is deeply disappointing. It was already in an unacceptable state when I moved in: extremely dirty, including the bathroom, and clearly not properly prepared for a new tenant. The facilities are outdated, poorly maintained, and far below any reasonable standard one would expect at this price point. In sum, the situation is not only frustrating but entirely disproportionate to what is being charged. It reflects a severe lack of professionalism and responsibility on the part of management.

I’ve genuinely enjoyed living with June Homes. The moving process was simple, which made settling in easy. The place was clean, comfortable, and felt welcoming from day one. Also, whenever I’ve reached out with a question, their customer service has always been helpful and prompt. I’d definitely recommend June Homes if you’re looking for a reliable, and hassle-free housing experience.

I stayed with June Homes for about four months when I moved to New York for work. Overall, it was a good experience. The biggest advantage for me was how simple the process was. I booked the room online, signed everything digitally, and when I arrived, the room was ready. During my second week, I had an issue with the heating in my room. I reported it through support and honestly expected it to take a while, but maintenance came within a couple of days and fixed it. It wasn’t instant, but it was handled. The location worked well for my commute, and my roommates were mostly busy with their own schedules, so the apartment felt calm most of the time.

I had a good experience renting through June Homes in Boston. The booking and lease process was fully online and easy to follow. The apartment matched the photos and description, which I really appreciated. Communication was clear, and the team responded quickly to my questions. Move-in instructions were straightforward and well-organized. Overall, it made finding housing in Boston much less stressful than I expected.

This is the second time we have worked with June Homes. Each time they found our daughter a wonderful and safe apartment to live in. Our daughter had an internship in the DC area. We highly recommend June Homes, but start looking for places as soon as you know where you'll be living as the apartments rent out pretty fast.

June homes made it relatively easy to rent a short-term furnished apartment. It's good for someone who is moving to a new city to get a place without the guess work of organizing something with roommates or sublets. I had a good experience overall, however, there are a few things to be aware of: - I rented a furnished room, but it was unfurnished on my move in day. I called the customer service number since it was late at night, and managed to talk to a local rep, but had to wait several hours for him to speak to his manager. They gave me a small fixed amount for a hotel room for a couple nights before they could furnish my room. - The details about the place on their website is not exactly accurate to the real location, not in catastrophic ways, but for example the dumpsters for the buildings were not located where their website or custom service rep said. The images of the rooms are renderings, rather than actual photos. - But overall, the customer service system was responsive and helpful, so if I had to look for a short term furnished place again I would still consider using June.
