They were really helpful. Even though I didn’t have an appointment, they still took the time to assist me and walk me through my options. Overall, a very positive experience.

BEWARE: THIS PLACE IS A MONEY PIT. Hands down worst rental I've ever had in Boston. They constantly lie about amenities so they don't have to fix them. They then operate like the Gestapo when it comes to storing things in common spaces. I got a one days on a period when I was on vacation to move things out of a closet. They threw out over $1200 worth of electronics then proceeded to charge me $700 as a removal fee. Seems fair right? This place is the epitome of all that's wrong with housing in major cities. Also there was a rat infestation that they didn't fix because they refuse to buy new trash barrels Update 12/29/2025: June Homes responded publicly saying they would look into this and contact me. That has not happened. After their team initially reached out and sent a settlement agreement, I returned a revised version (reviewed by counsel) and followed up multiple times over several weeks with no response. Despite this, they are now indicating publicly that the matter was handled, which is not accurate. At this point, I’m still waiting for a response regarding the return of my security deposit, surrender fee, and personal property that was disposed of without consent. Posting this update for transparency, as I would have preferred to resolve this privately.

When I had to live overseas in Massachusetts for 5 months, I was worried that securing accommodation would be very difficult. Fortunately, I chanced upon June Homes. The agent they connected me with was efficient in narrowing down possible accommodation choices based on my requirements and preferences. This made finding accommodation a very simple process. My location was also very convenient as it was within walking distance to my workplace, the MBTA, a supermarket, a shopping center and multiple restaurants. During my stay, I was also pleased with the cleaning service and trash collection. June Homes is also quick to respond to emails and timely when sending rent payment notices and other updates. The only nitpick I had is that it can get hot during summer and my apartment does not seem well-equipped to handle the heat.

I had an easy and reliable experience with June Homes! They were responsive and helpful with any situations that me or my roommates endured. Even in extending my lease, June Homes offered additional discounts and cost savings as an existing tenant. The only negative experience I had was more so on the building/landlord side, and June Homes coordinated with them. However, I believe there could of been more effort in ensuring the landlord was following through on their responsibilities. Outside of that, I would recommend June homes to friends.

I rented with June Homes for a short-term, furnished lease during my last semester of school, and the experience was great. The process was smooth from start to finish; everything was exactly as listed, the space was clean and comfortable, and move-in was simple. Whenever I had a question, communication was quick and helpful. It was the perfect setup for a busy final semester, and I appreciated how stress-free everything was. I’d definitely recommend June Homes to anyone looking for flexible, reliable housing.

I had an overall positive experience during my stay with June Homes. The apartment matched the photos and description quite well. The location was excellent—both Central Park and Morningside Park are within walking distance, and the subway station is very close, which makes commuting easy. There are also great supermarkets, cafés, and restaurants nearby, so daily life is very convenient. The monthly cleaning service was a nice benefit, although the quality varied depending on the cleaning staff. There were a few drawbacks. When I moved in, one of the curtain rods was broken, which ideally should have been fixed during the inspection after the previous tenant moved out. Additionally, the apartment is close to a main road, so the noise level can be quite high. Overall, it was a good stay with a lot of conveniences due to the excellent location.

Coming from South Africa and spending a month in Boston for uni and this is what I'm greeted with. Dirty dishes everywhere, dead mouse on the floor in the kitchen, old rotting food in the fridge, freezer and cupboards, ants in the fridge, dirty/sticky bathroom floor and a disgusting smell throughout the house. I was told that I'd have a roommate but its been 5 days and they're just not here. To top it all off June Homes have taken zero responsibility. This whole situation is sickening man.
