Lovely stay at june homes! The process from checking to checkout was smooth and well managed. What i liked is the issue ticketing system. It makes sure that concerns are addressed in a effective manner. Also the apartment was sparkling clean and just like the photos.

I had a really positive experience renting with June Homes. Both the move-in and move-out processes were seamless, and I really appreciated the consistent support and clear communication throughout. I rented an unfurnished apartment, but it’s great to know that furnished options are also available if you need them. The two times I needed help during my stay, June was super responsive—whether I called or submitted a support ticket, I got a quick reply and fast action. While June isn’t the actual landlord (so some repairs depend on the landlord's timeline), they did a great job keeping me in the loop and making sure I felt taken care of. Overall, everything felt smooth and well-managed. I’d definitely rent with June Homes again.

Absolutely Horrible Experience – Stay Away! The move-in experience was a nightmare—filthy conditions, zero accountability, and complete mismanagement. But the real scam begins when you move out! They will find every excuse to unfairly deduct from your security deposit, piling on baseless charges while ignoring all your documented evidence. And when you try to dispute it? They ghost you. This is a calculated scam—they know most tenants won’t take legal action over $1,500, so they exploit you instead. If you value your time, money, and sanity, stay far away from this company!

I’ve been renting with June Homes since last year and moved in without seeing the apartment beforehand. Everything was exactly as advertised, and they made the process smooth from start to finish. They take great care of their units and are always available to assist with anything. If something needs fixing, they handle it quickly. Highly recommend!

I had a fantastic experience staying with June Homes. The process of shortlisting homes, completing paperwork, and onboarding was seamless. On move-in day, I received clear and timely instructions, and the keys were conveniently available. My room was clean upon arrival, and although one light was missing, their excellent customer support promptly resolved it after I raised a ticket. Most of my email queries were addressed quickly, demonstrating their efficiency and responsiveness. I would highly recommend June Homes to anyone!
