My time with June Homes was fantastic, and I’d highly suggest them if you’re looking for a short-term rental in New York City. The units come completely furnished, making the transition incredibly easy—no need to shop for furniture or deal with setup hassles. What really stood out were the added conveniences, like included utilities from the start and regular monthly cleanings. But what impressed me most was their customer service: quick to respond and genuinely supportive. The whole process was seamless and hassle-free from beginning to end.

I moved to NYC quickly and needed to find something fast! I didn’t know anyone so June Homes was the perfect avenue to use for renting a singular room. What I love most is that I was able to find a nice room in a quiet neighborhood while staying in Manhattan. They made the process really easy and seamless. I had a great experience with June Homes! The whole process, from picking a place to handling paperwork and moving in was super smooth. On move-in day, I got clear instructions and had no trouble finding the keys. The room was clean and ready, and even though one light was missing, their support team was quick to fix it after I submitted a ticket. They were also pretty fast with email replies, which I really appreciated. During my stay, I was able to get reimbursed for a trash can we needed for the apartment, which was a nice touch. The regular apartment cleaning was solid too, kept things feeling fresh. Would definitely recommend June Homes to anyone looking for a hassle-free setup!

My experience with June homes was great, the home was clean, all pictures on the site were exactly what was in the apartment. The team is very helpful if there are any issues, and went above and beyond to make sure you are accommodated. The move in and move out process was very easy. I had an excellent experience with June Homes. The support team was very helpful, and I found their app convenient to use whenever I ran into any issues. The rooms were clean and tidy, and the common areas were also cleaned by the team every week.

Rented an apartment in NYC. NOT CHEAP!! Been having problems with water leaking in thru the wall above the bedroom window. We have reported it to June support at least 10 times and we have gotten absolutely no where in getting it repaired. Most all kitchen amenities were missing. The shower curtain was so moldy we had to throw it out and buy a new one. The apartment wasn’t clean at all and June did nothing, but send someone to touch up the paint. Could not be more disappointed in June. When it came to signing my contract and send them money they were my best friend and called and emailed all the time. Now that I need something they don’t do jack. Terrible customer service! I only selected 1 star because 0 wasn’t an option.

I was in Junehomes' rental house from September 2024 to May 2025, which was not bad for me personally! There have been many good communications about the home's shortcomings. The reason why I gave 4 stars is that the water leak took a long time to fix, but for now, it has been fixed, and otherwise, everything is good!
