I had a good experience renting through June Homes in Boston. The booking and lease process was fully online and easy to follow. The apartment matched the photos and description, which I really appreciated. Communication was clear, and the team responded quickly to my questions. Move-in instructions were straightforward and well-organized. Overall, it made finding housing in Boston much less stressful than I expected.

This is the second time we have worked with June Homes. Each time they found our daughter a wonderful and safe apartment to live in. Our daughter had an internship in the DC area. We highly recommend June Homes, but start looking for places as soon as you know where you'll be living as the apartments rent out pretty fast.

June homes made it relatively easy to rent a short-term furnished apartment. It's good for someone who is moving to a new city to get a place without the guess work of organizing something with roommates or sublets. I had a good experience overall, however, there are a few things to be aware of: - I rented a furnished room, but it was unfurnished on my move in day. I called the customer service number since it was late at night, and managed to talk to a local rep, but had to wait several hours for him to speak to his manager. They gave me a small fixed amount for a hotel room for a couple nights before they could furnish my room. - The details about the place on their website is not exactly accurate to the real location, not in catastrophic ways, but for example the dumpsters for the buildings were not located where their website or custom service rep said. The images of the rooms are renderings, rather than actual photos. - But overall, the customer service system was responsive and helpful, so if I had to look for a short term furnished place again I would still consider using June.

I rented a room through June Homes for four months and it was great! The apartment was clean and it was easy to make payments and move in and out. I got along well with my roommates and never had an issues with them using my things. If I had any issues with the apartment I could submit a ticket through there app and they would get back to me in a timely manner. June Homes makes subletting easy, I would definitely recommend.

June Homes has been a great housing partner throughout my stay. Their customer service is responsive and professional, and even though I encountered very few issues, any questions or concerns I had were addressed promptly and efficiently. That level of support provided real peace of mind. As this was my first experience renting a place, June Homes made the process smooth and stress-free. Overall, it has been a very positive experience, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and well-managed rental option.

Had a great stay and felt very much at home. It was nice meeting my neighbors, and the room was spacious. The common areas had everything I needed, including great coffee, a fridge, and a large TV. The bed was big, comfortable, and cozy. I would definitely stay here again when I’m back in NYC.

This is my second time living with June Homes after 4 years away. What I like about June is they are very responsive and open to suggestions on how to improve your living. I needed some adjustments for both my rooms, and we found middle ground. Pricing is great for a big city, and I like that there’s a screening process for roommates, so you can be confident in who you’re living with. The houses are generally well-maintained, though not brand new, which is thankfully reflected by the price, so it’s ok. Thank you June!
