Rented an apartment in NYC. NOT CHEAP!! Been having problems with water leaking in thru the wall above the bedroom window. We have reported it to June support at least 10 times and we have gotten absolutely no where in getting it repaired. Most all kitchen amenities were missing. The shower curtain was so moldy we had to throw it out and buy a new one. The apartment wasn’t clean at all and June did nothing, but send someone to touch up the paint. Could not be more disappointed in June. When it came to signing my contract and send them money they were my best friend and called and emailed all the time. Now that I need something they don’t do jack. Terrible customer service! I only selected 1 star because 0 wasn’t an option.

I was in Junehomes' rental house from September 2024 to May 2025, which was not bad for me personally! There have been many good communications about the home's shortcomings. The reason why I gave 4 stars is that the water leak took a long time to fix, but for now, it has been fixed, and otherwise, everything is good!

I really enjoyed my time with June homes. They are quick to handle any needs you may have and are very easy to work with! The room I had in the unit I lived in was small, but it was in a nice apartment with newer appliances and definitely manageable!

I lived in this house for 6 months and had a wonderful experience. The house is beautiful, comfortable, and well-maintained, with cozy shared spaces and everything you need to feel at home. I was also lucky to have amazing roommates—respectful, kind, and always helpful. The atmosphere was peaceful, and I felt truly at home from day one. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice and friendly place to live

June Homes was attentive an orderly an responded to any conversation a concerns that arose through my stay. Towards the end things got rocky but not too much June Homes could have done about that. Overall I am appreciative.

Absolutely Horrible Experience – Stay Away! The move-in experience was a nightmare—filthy conditions, zero accountability, and complete mismanagement. But the real scam begins when you move out! They will find every excuse to unfairly deduct from your security deposit, piling on baseless charges while ignoring all your documented evidence. And when you try to dispute it? They ghost you. This is a calculated scam—they know most tenants won’t take legal action over $1,500, so they exploit you instead. If you value your time, money, and sanity, stay far away from this company! April Update: Random scammers are trying to contact me via text/call to compensate for my experience. Firstly if June homes had to genuinely communicate they should’ve used the email address where most communication has previously taken place. Their sub-teams don’t coordinate and you keep getting scam like calls/text!

My stay with June Homes in NYC was super pleasant: a great solution to avoid all the crazy NY rental paperwork. Apartment was recently renovated, everything worked super well, and the team was always super helpful. Would definitely stay again!
