BEWARE: THIS PLACE IS A MONEY PIT. Hands down worst rental I've ever had in Boston. They constantly lie about amenities so they don't have to fix them. They then operate like the guatapo when it comes to storing things in common spaces. I got a one days on a period when I was on vacation to move things out of a closet. They threw out over $1200 worth of electronics then proceeded to charge me $700 as a removal fee. Seems fair right? This place is the epitome of all that's wrong with housing in major cities. Also there was a rat infestation that they didn't fix because they refuse to buy new trash barrels

I’ve had a great experience with June Homes. The team has been nothing but professional and very responsive anytime I had a question or needed support. They make the whole rental process simple and stress-free, which is rare to find these days. Communication is clear, fast, and helpful… it really feels like they care about making sure everything runs smoothly. Highly recommend June Homes to anyone looking for a reliable and well-managed rental experience!

I rented with June Homes for two years — one year in Boston and another year in NYC. Overall, it was a great experience. The apartments were clean, well-maintained, and fully furnished, which made moving really easy. The process of finding and booking a room was straightforward, and communication with the team was always quick and helpful. What I liked most was the flexibility — I didn’t have to worry about long-term leases or complicated setup. Everything from utilities to furniture was already included, so I could just focus on living and working in the city. Living in both Boston and NYC with June Homes gave me a smooth transition, and I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a convenient and reliable rental option.

I recently moved into a June Homes apartment in NYC and the move-in process itself was very easy and smooth. In the first days, I noticed some issues in the shared spaces of the apartment, however, once I reached out to June Homes, they responded quickly and arranged for everything to be fixed. They are fast and consistent in their communication, they always reply promptly and follow up until the problem is solved. What I also really appreciate is how flexible it is to find a place in NYC with June Homes. You can search based on specific criteria, like whether you want your own bathroom or a shared one, a washer in the unit, or even the length of stay. In my case, I was looking for an apartment with a washing machine, a private bathroom, and a one-year lease, and I was able to find exactly that very quickly through June Homes, without having to deal with all the complicated paperwork of a traditional rental. While the apartment wasn’t perfect at the beginning, it now is, and I do feel reassured knowing that the team takes care of things quickly and makes an effort to improve the living experience.

I had an overall good experience with June homes. I was moving alone to a new city and they did their best to accommodate my needs and were prompt when I needed a response. I was placed with decent people. I think they would benefit from an in app communication system between Room mates that keeps private information private until you meet them. The pricing was a bit crazy for a room in a shared home, but I also had good service with them. Definitely a good option if you are struggling to find housing in a short amount of time

My time with June Homes was fantastic, and I’d highly suggest them if you’re looking for a short-term rental in New York City. The units come completely furnished, making the transition incredibly easy—no need to shop for furniture or deal with setup hassles. What really stood out were the added conveniences, like included utilities from the start and regular monthly cleanings. But what impressed me most was their customer service: quick to respond and genuinely supportive. The whole process was seamless and hassle-free from beginning to end.

I moved to NYC quickly and needed to find something fast! I didn’t know anyone so June Homes was the perfect avenue to use for renting a singular room. What I love most is that I was able to find a nice room in a quiet neighborhood while staying in Manhattan. They made the process really easy and seamless. I am happy with my overall experience utilizing June Homes!
