Scam run away Being looking for accommodation in Montpellier to continue my studies, I came across their website, so I decided to book in a shared accommodation - firstly their site is the crappiest I have ever seen, poorly designed, buggy etc. - secondly the advisors don't know anything about it and get lost, every time you call to report a malfunction, there's stuttering, procrastination and so on I still waited and took it upon myself until the reservation was made, and there I thought I had done the hardest part but no, I was fooled from the start After my reservation it was radio silence, nothing came back, I had to call them over two days for them to tell me that they were trying to contact the owner with no response… but this is not yet the final demonstration of incompetence, they then tell me that I would have to pay a second application fee to the final lessor. Amazing ! They display initial prices on the ads including their application fee, then after booking they will tell you that you will have to pay a second application fee to the final lessor. A real scam process, they tell me that they actually did not put the second application fee on the site because the lessor's application fees change often. This practice is illegal, it is fraud. They made me lose track with other owners I was negotiating with, and in the end I ended up with nothing. Don't be fooled!

Overall positive experience. I finally found a studio that suited my needs. However, I didn't find the explanations very clear at times. Despite everything, I have my apartment, that's the most important thing.

No response to my multiple reservation requests, then acceptance, then cancellation without any explanation a few days later, no help provided following a connection problem... run away while you can. To respond to the comment: it is possible to make several requests in a row. Since each of my requests expired without any response being provided to me, I had to resend them several times. So, no, your teams literally did not respond to my requests, contrary to what you are trying to make people believe.

There's nothing wrong with this service provider, it's incredible!!!! No return, no reachable number, no hotline, no return on water damage, rent increase, no rent due notice!! We are 3 roommates wondering where we have set foot! If you have opportunities elsewhere, go elsewhere! VOID VOID VOID
