A development company that has Brighton planners in their pockets and not interested at all in regards to the impact to the local residents. At £1400 per month this is not affordable housing, helping solve the cost of living crisis but pure profiteering greed.

This company does not care about people! coffin box size rooms, pull down beds, living areas not fit for an animal never mind a human. The rent they charge is extortionate for such a tiny space. Not a 'kozy' way to live at all. All they care about is getting your money!

Kosy living is a for profit property developer who is trying to build a studio apartment in Brighton and charging £1400/month to live there. This would make an unaffordable city even less afford and get rid of housing that normal working class people can afford. They are a terrible company and I would encourage anyone not to work with them.

Kosy living is trying to destroy a perfectly good neighbourhood in Brighton by building over 520 studio flats on a street that currently consists of a handful of houses. They are a horrible company who care about profits only and will do anything to rent out their apartments on services like Airbnb.

The team at Kosy Living provide a great service, to its development partners and soon to be Co Living residents. Great to see the progress they've made in the Co Living sector.
