I was considering la Casa coliving for an upcoming stay and reached out to their team for information and proceeding with booking. While the location seemed promising and the room descriptions seem suitable for me, my experience with their staff's communication was extremely disappointing. I found their response to be cold, and lacks of understanding. What is so weird for me is that in forms that I filled during the application is it says that they favorite the stays of 3 months minimum but it is not obligatory and less period is possible. However, the girls I talked to denied the three months period and insisted on a 6 months minimum. Although I even showed interest and possiblity to stay between 3-6 months. Ambiguity and poor communication created a significant sense of frustration and made me feel unwelcome, ultimately leading me to look for alternative accommodations. I hope they can improve this aspect of their communication service for future potential residents. I would understand that it is a community based stay so there would be a criteria to the people accepted, but she didn't even ask any community or personality related questions. Of the all the coliving places I have stayed in and contacted, this is the weirdest one.

I moved from Germany to Paris and moved into La Casa. I met some really great people through the different thoughtful events that the company organises to bring people from all the different houses together. They really do a great job of creating a sense of community. The staff from La Casa feels more like part of the Casa communIty than staff. They’re really quick to respond to your needs/requests/asks and it’s also fun to hang out with them. I would definitely recommend them. I had a great experience.

If you ever move to Paris this is a place you should consider to make friends, share great moments, and enjoy the city. This coliving changed my experience here in France and made it sweeter/brighter. There's many positive things so for sure give it a try if you're new in the city or wanting to have a shared-home experience.

I spent 2 incredible years with the casa. I met some amazing people, made some wonderful friends and found love. The casa is not just a building, it's a community, with its sole purpose to bring people together in a healthy environment so that each and every person can live the casa experience that they wish. Want do to sport all day ? There are tons of groupes for tennis, football, padel, water skiing .... Want to experience french culture ? There are groups for museum trips, walks around Paris, theater outings. Want to party ? God knows how many casa partys are organised per month. At the end of the day, the casa is what you want it to be and that's what makes it so special.

- Perfect balance between the huge home community, and personal space, with your very own bedroom and bathroom. - Very effective process for accepting new roommates, aiming towards creating communities rather than making profit - Convenient All-inclusive monthly pay for rent, insurance, utilities, internet... - High quality and well equipped kitchen, living rooms and laundry room. - Well responsive staff, taking care of all the maintenance issues. - Outdoors space and a garden ! ...What's not to like ?
