I’ve moved out ~1,5 months ago & have yet to receive my deposit as well as some other payments back. I have been trying to reach out to the customer support for weeks now through email and the website, but to no avail. No response except for one „we‘ll forward this“. Extremely unprofessional

Really happy to have found LifeX in Berlin. I was able to move within a week of finding a room. Beautiful sunlight and space. Looks just like the photos online. Maintenance has been accommodating and quick to respond.

Rented an apartment for 6 months in Copenhagen, genuinely awful experience, communication from the support team is slow and unproductive, issues take far too long to be resolved, it took 6 months to get replacements for broken chairs, 3 months to fix a leak in my bedroom that leaked directly onto my bed (and when they were in the process of “resolving the leak, they wouldn’t allow me to switch rooms without paying additional rent for the difference in bedroom price!!), and when we had a flood, we called the emergency number twice with no response. LifeX shirk any responsibility and while they cannot help that these issues occur, I can’t help but think renting directly from a landlord would mean that they are resolved much faster. Workmen show up without notice because of the lack of communication and it’s absolute chaos. You pay for the immediate convenience of moving in, but it’s honestly not worth it, and the rent that they charge in comparison to local prices is deeply disproportionate, even with the additional “services” you get. Any conversation of compensation is shirked and redirected to not be their problem. It might take longer to find a property, but avoid LifeX and spend the additional time finding something better.

I was a tenant in one of LifeX managed co-living apartments, called "Toy Factory", situated in Maxvorstadt, Munich, from June 2022 to December 2023. My admiration: Compared to other market solutions, I allow myself to qualify LifeX state of the art solution for co-living apartments. In another word, LifeX is a complete ecosystem which does not only offer co-living solutions, but: - LifeX also institutes and maintains a set of customized policies that respect the local culture and also take into consideration other cultures. - LifeX also, professionally and decently, makes sure, the policies are followed. For instance, if someone consistently violates an obvious rule, LifeX will help him/her notice that without the slightest offense i.e. LifeX sends a very general email reminding all the tenants of the specific rule, I believe, because LifeX does not take the violation as an intended violation and wants to prevent unnecessary escalation. - LifeX also suggest a social application which does not only aim to engage their tenant all over the world (of divergent cultures but also convergent intellectual and social classes) into a social life, but also to enable targeted and fast reporting and resolution of any claim/issue. Personally, if I did not have severe conflicts with my housemates, I would not have to leave. Special thank to : - Mesuline, not only, for the institution, the maintenance and the "enforcement" of LifeX policies adherence. - Sascha, not only, for the introduction to the LifeX, the contract conclusion, the integration, the development of prosperous social life within LifeX big community. - Jason, not only, for taking care of our apartment tidiness and cleanness with a lot of love and dedication. Critics (very subjective): - The dark grey drapes, do not offer a warm ambiance. I would prefer white or slightly colorful ones. - The industrial design of the ceiling, do not offer a warm ambiance. I would prefer Conventional design one. - In case the housekeeping services, for some unpredictable reasons (e.g. sickness), cannot be completely offered for all the apartments of the entire building (only some apartments, depending on the bandwidth of the interim housekeeper, will enjoy a complete cleaning service), I believe a fair solution is to, at least, empty all the MULTIPLE bins of all the apartments because that is exactly one thing the tenants would like to avoid and prefer to pay someone´else to do it for them. - Age should be a determinant factor in the acceptance of new tenant application, because age, in general, it reflects wealth in experience and maturity and could eliminate a lot of conflicts between the flatmates.

I have been overall happy with my accommodation at LifeX in Copenhagen. It was very convenient to arrange; there were no problems during my stay, and LifeX has been communicating promptly when needed.

Amazing experience with Life X in Copenhagen, the services and the facilities proposed are amazing. My appartement was very clean and well located. I also recommend Life X because it's very easy to use (an app to receive and pay your invoices and ask for help in case of issue in the appartement... ) and the Life X team is always available for you and answer very fast !

It was the best choice I could take when I decided to move abroad 2 years ago, during COVID! I not only found a beautiful apartment, spacious, bright and with all the space needed for 6 people, all included, cleaning, linen, common supply...once you pay the rent, the rest of your salary is for your stuff! But above all I found a community! Greatly managed by the LifeX staff. Parties and events (above all at the beginning) helped me getting in touch quicker with the new city and some of my current still dearest friends here. Talking about the service: quick response, quick fix and a real commitment to help and listen to your voice. Thank you Melusine and Sasha for your remarkable job (and Nicoline for the super entertainment), you've made the difference in my stay and enjoyment of LifeX experience! Last but not least, if you like me, never co-lived, this is such a fulfilling experience! A mix of nationalities and cultures that give you a lot, practically hassle free, as there's a good selection of the tenants (all young professionals), rules and, no fights for the cleaning! If you are considering to move to Copenhagen, LifeX is the easiest, fastest and most fun way possible! (I spent 2 years in my lovely flat and I can't deny that some tears dropped when I said goodbye ♥️)

Great service! We have spent one year in one of their apartment and they provided everything to make us comfortable. When an issue happened, they answer really fast to solve it. Our apartment was beautiful, the Danish design at its best!
