Scam! Be aware of the scams of this place. The cost of living here is much more than what is advertised. Despite the new looking, the building has very low quality. You can hear the steps of your neighbor day and night. And they will robbed you of your deposit for the small defect due to the deterioration due to the poor quality of the place. The only upside is the nice lady in the reception desk. To the reply: the damage was there when i moved in and it just getting worse due to the low quality of the material. Moreover, it is not such a big issue that can cause 500 euros to repair. There are many other issues with the place that the residents were crying about again and again and you never take responsibility to fix it.

Perfect place for those looking for a short-term or long-term accommodation solution in Vilnius. Service-minded staff, very clean premises, modern rooms and great tenants, who sort of makes one family while staying here. Equipped with a gym and other necessities. Most importantly, it's located in the northern part of city which is close to both nature and entertainment centres, such as Ozas and Akropolis. I definetely recommend staying here. For my personal review on Liv-in Vilnius in Lithuanian google "vlada dapkos liv-in vilnius". My special thanks to the staff for their incredible flexibility and service!

The best coworking in Vilnius at the moment, little bit expensive but the other coworkigns cost the same so I can't tell that's it disadvantage. A lot of common cosy areas, great working and chilling vibes, very friendly community and stuff.

Nice place. Best if you are a young professional. For students you can probably find a cheaper and more fun place (for partying, drinking, etc) as they are extremely strict with their rules. i.e You may find yourself paying 30 euros if you didn’t give back the vacuum cleaner on time or unable to make a slight change on your contract once its signed. On the other side this also makes it very organized and clean. The rooms come empty so you need to buy almost everything. The ladies working at the reception are all super nice and friendly. Always there to help with anything you may need. Not the same for the man that was many times rude and unfriendly. All an all is a nice option for someone looking for a coliving place in Vilnius

I spent my semester abroad at the Co-Living Space Liv-in Vilnius from September to January. I can highly recommend the Co-Living Space, as I only had positive experiences: Location: Even if the Co-Living Space seems less central, you can be in the city center in 20 minutes by bus. The buses run very regularly, you can take almost any bus :) 5/5 Apartment: Simply wow! I shared a "suite apartment" with my girlfriend and we were impressed. The bathroom and kitchen are modern and in top condition, the living area is also very nice. 5/5 Co-Living Space: There are rooms for every situation. The integrated gym, communal kitchens, a cinema room, a games room, the lobby (with table football, among other things) and a coworking space create an overall successful living experience! 5/5 Staff: Always a helping hand! No matter what request you have, you can always get help during reception hours! Thank you for the pleasant stay :) 5/5 Highly recommended for students on a semester abroad!

When I came in a lot of the parts of the suite were dirty. When I had to move out my card got disconnected a day earlier so my plans got to waste. Got quoted that I had to pay for the unlock service and trash removal even suite was completely empty and checked by multiple people. Awful experience. Never again

I have lived in this complex for about two years and, overall, I can say that it is one of the best places I have lived. However, there are nuances. Pros: + Excellent location: within 5-10 minutes are a gorgeous park, public transport stop and shopping mall (1 stop away from it, you will get to another one). + The complex was built relatively recently, so everything is new: buildings, area around and apartments. + Small shop with everything you need, a gym, a co-working space, parkings. + Clean, bright, minimalistic and modern design. We lived in SUITE apartment, quite suitable for two people. + Good ventilation. Buildings are energy efficient, so in winter they are warm even with low heating. + Online payment (if you are a foreigner, you don't have to have a Lithuanian bank account, only for getting your deposit back), use smartphone as a key for the door, keep track of water and electricity consumption on the website, as well as send requests to the admins. + In general, adequate staff. They speak Lithuanian and English. Quite often organize activities for residents. Respond to requests. + Reasonable price. Cons: - Quite specific rental agreement, which in almost any situation makes you guilty. If you are a normal person who does not violate general rules of living, then, most likely, you will not be stressed, but I advise you to read the contract carefully. For example, they do not return the deposit if you leave before the agreed time. In my opinion this is not exactly legal. - The most idiotic thing that can ruin your stay is the booking system, which is hotel based. Despite the fact that you are given at least 5 days before the end of the contract, this DOES NOT GUARANTEE that you will be able to extend your stay, because apartments can be booked from the date when they will be free and it does not matter whether you are going to extend them or not. Extremely stupid decision, as you constantly have to think about when and for how long to extend your stay, but even after that there are no guarantees. The administration "carefully" sends out messages about the need to extend your stay in advance, but this is more like manipulation. In general, if you plan to stay here for a long time, try to extend your stay 3 months before the end of the contract. - The price is reasonable, but varies constantly and at the moment of extension you will be given the price that is valid at that time. - If there are 2-3 people in the gym doing free weights, the gym is paralyzed. - In the co-working space, oddly enough, some of the tables are metal, heavy and very uncomfortable. Odd. - Soundproofing is very poor. Fortunately, most of the time we lived here we didn't have any problems with it, but if you're "lucky" enough to have noisy neighbors, you'll be able to hear everything. The architect of the project was probably a sadist, and designed the apartments so that in some of them the sleeping place is right behind the wall from the kitchen of the neighboring apartments, so if someone decided to indulge his culinary ego after 22:00, you will be able to record the whole recipe by ear. Administration does not work in the evening hours, so the issue with noisy neighbors have to be solved through the external service Argus. They arrive quickly and are quite up to the task, though the dispatchers do not speak English very well. Good to know: * All doors in the complex are electronically locked, so if you need to get a delivery, you'll have to meet the courier outside. * Paying for a separate mailbox (additional service) does not make much sense, as all letters are stacked on the table in the lobby. * There are no washing machines in the apartments, only a separate paid laundry. * The apartment has an INDUCTION stove (they could have added the information on the website), so prepare compatible cookware. Never buy Household Supply Package from them, the prices are insane (IKEA is your friend). * Buy a robot vacuum, they are cheap and the layout of the apartment is perfect for it, I would not recommend using dirty shared vacuum cleaners.
