I've been renting for over 15 years and I've never had a landlord/agency that fixed issues so quickly or was so easy to get a hold of. Extending my contract with Alex was also very quick and simple. When they visit for the yearly inspection to see what work needs doing, or when they are showing rooms that become available, they are always friendly. Overall an overwhelmingly positive experience.

Really just extremely decent people renting out our house on our behalf. A joy to work with them. Honest, fair and helpful. The rent comes, they leave me alone and manage the house. What a blessing.

My partner rented a flat managed by Living London, and their experience was absolutely dreadful - so I would advise that you avoid, avoid, avoid!!! The company was completely unprofessional, with zero regard for tenant welfare. The property came with a bizarre set of overly strict and frankly ridiculous house rules that made it nearly impossible to feel at home, at an extortionate price. Worse still, any maintenance issues or concerns were met with indifference or attitude. They clearly do not care about the people who pay to live in their properties - their house went without heating during January for a month causing severe damp which caused her breathing issues! And the worst part? When my partner moved out, Living London kept their deposit without good reason, inventing petty and exaggerated claims that didn’t match the condition of the flat. It felt like a scam. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. If you value your peace of mind, steer clear of Living London. Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!

Ashley has been absolutely brilliant with her communication and actioning of requests. We have leaks, no hot water and wifi went down all within a short duration of time. Ashley was extremely quick and professional in handling these issues along with communicating clearly when the issues would be fixed.
