I had the opportunity to stay at Volantis Hyderabad for nearly one year, and it was truly a comfortable and pleasant experience. The property is very well maintained, with excellent housekeeping and daily cleaning services that ensure a neat and hygienic living environment at all times. A special appreciation for Syed Rabani, who manages the property exceptionally well. He is extremely supportive, responsive, and always ensures that residents are comfortable. His attention to detail, prompt assistance, and professional approach make a big difference in the overall living experience. All the amenities provided are of great quality and thoughtfully managed, making day-to-day living very convenient. The overall ambience, cleanliness, and management support make Volantis one of the best staying options in Hyderabad. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a well-managed, comfortable, and hassle-free stay in the city.

I stayed at Volantis Co-Living (managed by Living Quarters, Hyderabad) from 2019 to 2024, and honestly, it was one of the best decisions I made. The place quickly felt like home—I made some amazing friends, shared great memories, and never felt like I was living alone. The staff and management were super supportive, always quick to help with anything. Rooms are comfortable, common areas well-maintained, and the food was good with plenty of options. The location is also perfect—close to the Financial District but still peaceful. What I loved most was the community vibe. From festivals to late-night chats, it was a place where you could really connect with people. After five years here, I can say this isn’t just a co-living space—it’s a home away from home. Highly recommend it to anyone moving to Hyderabad!

Impeccably maintained, exuding a sense of tidiness and order, every corner radiates care and attention to detail. From the moment I stepped through its doors two years ago, weary from the search for the perfect accommodation, I knew I had found my sanctuary. In my quest for the ideal living space, I explored numerous PGs, homestays, and service apartments, but none resonated with me like this hidden gem nestled within the tranquil Journalists Colony. Here, amidst the serenity, every room boasts spaciousness rarely found elsewhere, coupled with ample ventilation that breathes life into every corner. Throughout my two-year tenure, Mr. Syed Rabbani, the property manager, stood as a pillar of support. His unwavering dedication ensured that even the slightest concern was swiftly addressed, leaving no room for regret. I am forever grateful for his commitment to ensuring a seamless living experience. And then there's Mr. Raju Pradhan, the culinary virtuoso whose delectable creations tantalized my taste buds and filled my weekends with joy. From his legendary Chole-bhature to the divine Masala Dosa, each meal was not just a feast for the palate but a cherished memory. Raju's infectious smile and unwavering dedication to his craft exemplify the true essence of hospitality. Mr. Narayan, a beacon of reliability and attentiveness, graced our abode as a caretaker. His responsiveness and unwavering commitment to meeting my needs never ceased to amaze me, leaving an indelible mark on my heart. Yet, it's the people, both residents and staff alike, who truly made this place feel like home. Each interaction, each shared moment, enriched my life in ways I never imagined. As I bid farewell to this chapter of my life, I carry with me a treasure trove of memories and the certainty that, should the winds of fate ever lead me back, this place will welcome me with open arms. A Tranquil Stay with Exceptional Service at Volantis Hyderabad! I stayed at Volantis Hyderabad from December 2022 to 2023 and found the experience to be truly peaceful. The housekeeping service was consistently up to the mark, ensuring a clean and comfortable environment throughout my stay. While the food served wasn’t to my liking, every other aspect exceeded expectations. A special shoutout to Rabbani, whose attentive and prompt assistance made a significant difference. I never had to remind him of any concerns, as he efficiently addressed and resolved them in a short time frame. Overall, a delightful stay with standout service.

So, where do I even start about Volantis. I moved to Volantis on Sep 30, 2022, and stayed there till Sep 30, 2023. Before this, I lived in another Living quarter property named "Silver Fern" for 3 months. In one sentence, if I had to describe my experience there, then it was a home away from home. Location: Located in a prime location, just a few minutes walk from Wipro Circle Road. Ease of access and roads are of great condition. It is a calm area but not at all secluded. There are other pgs and flats nearby but with ample amount of distance in between the buildings. Maintenance: To me, Volantis has to be the best experience. Starting from the lush greenery on the ground floor, to 6 days housekeeping, plus the kind housekeeping staffs(bhaiyas) always up for help and cherry on top Shajji and Rabbani's honest kind gesture to everyone staying here. The building is equipped with security bhaiyas operating 24x7 as well. Rooms and ammenities: You all can find the ammenities in their website as well. But this building has balconies attached to each room, with ample amount of sunlight and ventilation. The Wi-Fi and Electricity bill(except AC bill) gets included in the rent itself. Overall, I had a great time at Volantis and would choose it time and again if I have to move there again. Thanks so much for creating this safe space for working professionals like us. 😊

The stay of 3 months was blissful. The rooms and bathrooms clean and well maintained. I had only one issue, though the food was hygienic & healthy, a little more of varities could help. I thank Mr Shajji for his professionalism in handling all my queries and requests.
