Location is pretty good the freeway and roads offer great access. Power is regularly out here which is very frustrating when it is 90+ degrees. Be ready for random construction projects in your room or around the complex that can take multiple days. In my case they came by at 8 am without warning me.(when I told them they didn't warn me they literally just taped a piece of paper to my door and said it was there) They put in dry wall which they did not even fully clean the dry wall dust afterwards which is still lingering in my room(enough to leave me coughing even as a nonsmoker). The plus side is that it is quite cheap at the moment and most people living here are chill. which is why I gave 2 stars. you get what you pay for.

Project director Miriam Galli has been a ton of help from an upper management perspective. Helped me move out due to an unsanitary neighbor who was also removed from the property.

Hi, I am a tenant at the LivingQ property on Mission Rd. There are so many awesome amenities living here. We have a very nice patio space where I’ve been able to have BBQs, guests over for kickbacks and dinners for family and friends. We’ve also got some work out equipment and a personal trainer who lives in the building. He is awesome. We have an awesome kitchen with lots of room to cook and a variety of appliances to use. Our Director Miriam is so attentive to our needs and our staff are very friendly and keep the place neat. We have an amazing view of the city from the rooftop which can often be a hard thing to find in the city. The rooms are also very cool, it’s like living in a dorm without all the drama and much cleaner. The people here are so chill and it’s Greta when we’re all able to hang and go to events that are hosted by Living Q. Definitely worth the price! We have such a great community and we’d love to chill with you.

It's great that this property has a backyard which is a rare occasion in Los Angeles. Also I really enjoy the new amenities and the newly renovated kitchen. The community is very welcoming

I visited the space and I’ve seen all the renovations being done and I’m really excited for what’s in store. The building manager Jenina brings such a great energy to this place. I’m excited to see all the creative and fun people that are going to live here and start this community in Boyle Heights. It’s really a hidden gem, must see to appreciate. I know that the vacancies will fill up fast so if you’re looking for a spot here I would move quick!

This is truly one of the hidden gems of Boyle Heights. Through the help of LivingQ this 1920s property has been fully renovated with its character still intact and thriving. Amazing work! I can't wait to see this building filled with creatives. Be part of this wonderful journey!

Mission Rd is one of my favorite projects that LivingQ took over to manage and design it. The building has so much character and style Its an amazing place to build a community of creatives and let them live local and connect global with all our partners worldwide. The property was an old hotel and we keep our coworking and gallery area as authentic as possible.
