The staff was very kind and the area was pretty and safe! The bathroom was regularly cleaned, the beds were not that clean but it was okay. The hostel kitchen wasn’t good equipped and bit dirty. They don’t have a good chill area ( only 1 sofa). one area is outside but Bogotá is quite rainy. But overall absolutely okay!

I really like it here. The food is really good and fair priced. The showers and bathrooms are very clean. Our beds weren’t completely clean so only 4 stars but it wasn’t too bad. We would still come here again and will recommend it to others. Also the area around the hostel is really nice and you feel safe. We also saw the Viajero Hostel when we were walking through town and felt like the area there is less pretty.

Spent a total of more than a week here, for many reasons. The place is spotlessly clean. The beds are insanely comfortable, the dorms are spacious, the bathrooms are hygienic and the showers have hot water!! The staff is super friendly, the food at their restaurant tastes amazing and their menu del dia is only 18k. I would definitely recommend staying here when you’re in bogota!

Nice hostel in a nice area. I loved the decoration and the beds. The staff is very kind and the breakfast delicious. The room was rather small for 6 people, especially if everone has a backpack. The door opens with a card, what makes closing the door quietly very hard, so i woke up several times a night because of the slaming door. It was very quiet. There were social activities, but they were anounced very late, like more or less just when they started (or they didn’t told me where to find them maybe?).

Staff went above and beyond for us when our overnight flight was canceled. Sebastian and Hugo answered our WhatsApp message right away and let us come back to the beds we had checked out of early at 10 PM. Beds are comfy and warm with a full comforter. Bathrooms are clean and breakfast was delicious.

TL;DR Haven't been to the place, but their way of communicating via WhatsApp is rude. I have not been at the place, but wanted to do a tour with them, so I messaged them. Their communication via WhatsApp was pretty bad, as they did not give me important information in the beginning of the conversation. After I had aligned a couple of rather inconvenient things on my side, they came along with the information regarding a prepayment I had to make for the tour, which did not align with what I was texting them before. I had to abandon my plans doing the tour and stuck with my two little inconveniences... After telling them, I would have at least expected a 'sorry', but got ghosted instead.

This was one of great hotels in the old town. That is located very close to most of the main attractions in the old city. Staff was very kind and informative and most spoke English. The vibes of this hotel/hostel was very trendy and traditional with well equipped rooms. They also have little Cafe that served coffee and food.
