It has one of the worst soundproof especially if you are in a floor near the ground, the poeple are so load in the night. And since they only car for the money the put a lot of apartment and sharing wall, you pay a lot expecting a really high quality and then you end up with an average or even less. Never the less they has agent billling system where you pay a lot.

I had viewing for one of the apartments available, it was really nice with good amenities. Mary Yuhanna who was the leasing agent that showed me the property was very helpful and answered all my questions, while also been informative about the next steps. Would highly recommend angel gardens

We attended a viewing at Angel Gardens and were shown round by Mary Yuhanna. She was so helpful and accommodating. We ended up putting a deposit down within the same day!

Went for a viewing.. the rents are extortionate compared to the rest on the city. I can’t understand why? There’s a lot better options in the deansgate area. They’re newer, have nicer amenities and are on average way cheaper. Don’t waste your money here - £1800 for a 1 bed is taking the mick

Me and wife did many viewings in Manchester and finally fixed on Angel Garden. The property and the amenities is wonderful and Mary Yuhanna who was managing us was amazing. She took time is showing us various available apartments and all the amenities and explained all the fine details patiently. Very wonderful experience.

worst apartment staff ever, paid my holding fee and was subdued to the most thorough unnecessary background checks i’ve experienced in my life, you’d think i was moving into a us army base! Decided not to go ahead with taking the apartment and have been waiting for my refund for over 2 months as promised my Luke Brittain. Can never get through to the main desk and all staff have been ignoring my calls for 2 weeks. Would not recommend.

I am one of the first residents in Moda .. I have been here for 4.5 years .. it is the best building in MCR .. you are 3 min away from the Arendale shopping centre .. 32 min away from the Shudhill tram station.. the administration and staff are friendly and accommodating .. i 100% recommend this place

Started liaising with MODA about a month ago, and moved in last week. Experience has been great, staff are very friendly and helpful. Lockers are incredibly advanced and secure for my deliveries! Special mention to the organization of the games night community event last night :) I went alone but felt welcome instantly, got to know my neighbours and had great fun. Thanks Lizzie, James, Kwam, Kev, and Andy!
