Unreliable – Avoid Nest Copenhagen We booked an apartment through Nest for our wedding—one place for 11 people. Not long after, they told us it was no longer available but offered an alternative apartment at the same price. We agreed, though it meant booking an additional apartment nearby to fit everyone—an extra cost we hadn’t planned for. Then, weeks before the trip, the booking was cancelled again via Booking.com due to a so-called “payment issue.” We contacted Nest immediately and were simply told to rebook using the booking system—at over £800 more! Despite our prior agreement, they refused to honour the original price (as promised!) and blamed Booking.com. We were left without accommodation weeks before our wedding and we have refused to pay the increased cost for it after already taking on additional expenses due to their first cancellation. Terrible experience. Do not book with them—especially not for an important event.

DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY We had booked an apartment in Copenhagen with Nest for a very special occasion—our wedding—planning to stay from the 22nd to 26th of August with a group of 11 people. Initially, we secured a single apartment to accommodate all of us, which was ideal. However, a few months after booking, Nest informed us that the original apartment was no longer available. They offered two separate apartments instead, which wasn’t what we wanted, but with the wedding approaching, we reluctantly agreed. To our shock, just weeks before the big day, we received a message via Booking.com stating there was a problem with our reservation. We contacted Nest immediately and spoke with Glen and Sheila via email. Their response was not only unhelpful, but they also told us we’d need to rebook—at a price £800 higher than our original booking. There was no effort from their side to resolve the issue or take responsibility, and as it stands, we’ve been left without accommodation for our wedding. This experience has been incredibly stressful and disappointing. I would not recommend Nest Copenhagen, especially if you’re booking for an important event. The lack of professionalism and customer care was astounding. Don’t deserve 1 star

My recent stay at Kombmagergade 46 3.1 was severely compromised by an unacceptable and frankly terrifying security breach. Due to the negligence of the management, the master access code to our apartment was also provided to a complete stranger, resulting in them entering our private living space without our consent at night. We had a baby present. When we contacted the costumer service immediately, Glen's response was slow and dismissive, failing to acknowledge the severity of the situation. I strongly urge anyone considering staying at this property to look elsewhere for accommodation where your security is taken seriously. This experience was deeply unsettling and has left us with serious concerns about the management's practices.

Nest is a great community of like-minded people, living together in a collective house. The 4 apartments offer different positive vibes; creative, sophisticated, homey and cozy.

Run-down and one shower/flat. I honestly can't recommend, though was certainly an experience. Not a great one at that.
