Last year I was so stressed about finding a place to live when I moved to DC! I tried applying to apartments but kept on encountering obstacles such as extremely high utility bills. Then with the help of my amazing sister, we found Oslo and there was an available room for the dates I would arrive. I talked to my family and they had concerns about coliving, but now that I look back at it, I’m extremely grateful for Oslo because I found friends and a community that makes me feel at home. I love how walkable everything is! I have Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods, Giant, Safeway, Aldi, and Harris Teeter all within walking/ bus ride distance. OsloAtlas is a great location because it is right by H street, which is such a vibrant street full of life, restaurants, bars and food. I have been living here for 7 months and have made great memories and met amazing people. Also, the management and maintenance team are so responsive and easy to reach! For the price, this apartment is a steal!!

This is a wonderful apartment. It has everything I was looking for. The staff was also great during the move in process and answered any questions I had. The building is ~20 min from the red line and there are a lot of bus stops near by so it’s very easy to get around the district.

I moved to DC from Houston, Texas based off faith. I applied to my dream job, and signed the offer letter a day later, a week later Courtney walked me through the unit and I signed my lease. Moving to DC and living at OSLOatlas has been nothing short of great. I’d say it’s been the best decision I’ve made to date. The units and bedrooms are a decent size bigger than average and clean, no pests/gnats, updated stainless steel appliances, fully furnished, in house washer and dryer, utilities included. It’s also good to note how secure I feel living here. Having codes to enter into and navigate about the property has been assuring. Mailing service has been convenient and simple. The people I’ve met that live at OSLOatlas as well as my roommates have all been so friendly and welcoming. As an apartment complex we attend and host events. It truly is our own mini community. I’ve officially been at OSLOatlas for 6 months now. The location is conveniently located: 5 minute walk to H-Street 10 minute walk to Whole Foods, Aldi, Giant, and Safeway 15-20 minute walk to Union Station (Red Line) We are on a direct line for the Metro Bus D4 and D8 H-Street has a street car that covers 13+ blocks that you can ride FOR FREE everyday. OSLOatlas also provides parking for a reasonable fee You can’t go wrong with choosing to live at OSLOatlas or any of the sister locations OSLOshaw, OSLOadmo, OSLOhill!

I had to find a place in DC super quick since I accepted a new job in the area and Courtney as well as Laura helped me through the leasing process. Within a week or two, I was moving in and luckily, I experienced zero problems with the location, my room and unit was clean, and I’m happy to share there’s no major complaints or issues that I have to say after almost being here a year.

I enjoyed living here! I loved having everything provided, such as dishes, utensils, beds, etc., and only being a 10-minute walk from H Street. It was also accessible via public transit, which was also a plus for me.

I recently moved into OSLOatlas with short notice and couldn't be happier. The provided furniture made settling in a breeze, and the area feels safe. The building is always clean and well-maintained. Highly recommend!
