My Move to Outpost Club When I started my grad program at Columbia University, I knew I needed a change. I had been living in a cramped shared apartment in Washington Heights, constantly stressed over splitting bills and dealing with unreliable roommates. Outpost Club’s Lenox House caught my eye because it was walking distance from campus. Moving here felt like a fresh start. My private room came furnished, with a desk and plenty of natural light, perfect for late-night study sessions. The shared spaces are modern and clean, and monthly cleanings make life easier. Living here has been more than just practical—it’s created a sense of balance. Having a reliable home base so close to school has made all the difference.

My job brought me to NYC for a few months, and I needed somewhere easy, comfortable, and convenient. Owens House ticked all the boxes. The location was ideal for my commute, the room was spacious, and the amenities—like the shared lounge and gym—were a huge bonus.

Outpost made moving to NYC incredibly smooth. I didn’t have to stress about short-term leases or finding furniture. The Atlantic House was clean, modern, and just far enough from the chaos to get rest between shifts.

Decent place, but I feel like the ‘community’ is more of a buzzword than a reality. I’ve met a couple of good people, but I expected more interactions than what I’ve had. The location is great though, and the apartment itself is clean and comfortable.

Honestly, I didn’t expect coliving to feel like this. It’s been a solid experience. The community vibe is strong, and the space is ideal for working from home. The only downside is the noise at times, but I guess that’s part of living in a shared space. Otherwise, it’s a modern, well-maintained place, and I can’t complain.

Outpost Club was my lifeline when I moved to New York. Owens House was everything I needed: a clean, well-furnished space with people who understood the challenge of starting fresh. The best part? The small gestures—like someone sharing their homemade dumplings one night or the house collectively planning a weekend hike. Living here didn’t just help me adapt to the city; it gave me a sense of family.

The Dean House is a dream for anyone who loves Crown Heights. The apartment is modern, with high ceilings and big windows. The local bars and restaurants make it feel like I’m truly part of the community.

The Monroe House has been pretty solid for me. The apartment has a clean and modern vibe, and my room is decent-sized. It’s a little noisy on weekends because of nearby nightlife, but otherwise, it’s been great.
