I moved into the Park Avenue House while interning in Manhattan, and it exceeded my expectations. The location in Murray Hill was ideal—close to the subway and surrounded by great restaurants. My favorite part was the monthly cleaning service, which kept the shared spaces spotless. It felt like living in a boutique hotel.

Living at the Williamsburg House has been an absolute vibe. As a 24-year-old freelance graphic designer, finding a place that blends work and play was crucial, and this spot nails it. The interior is sleek and modern, perfect for those Insta shots, while the exterior holds that iconic Brooklyn charm. The common areas are where the magic happens. I've spent countless evenings in the home theatre binging the latest Netflix shows and challenging my neighbors to epic game nights in the game room. The rooftop is a whole mood with killer views of the skyline - perfect for winding down with a cold brew after a hectic day. My room is super spacious, and the loft-style bed is a game-changer. It feels like I'm living in one of those cool NYC lofts you see in the movies. Plus, the Wi-Fi is blazing fast, which is a lifesaver for my Zoom meetings and late-night design marathons. The neighborhood is just as lit. Williamsburg has everything - from quirky coffee shops where I get my daily caffeine fix to hip bars for weekend shenanigans. The Bedford Station nearby means I can be in Manhattan in no time, but honestly, with all that Williamsburg offers, I rarely feel the need to leave.

I grew up in Harlem and needed a temporary place during renovations. The Heritage House combines modern convenience with the neighborhood’s historic charm. It’s right near my favorite spots, like Amy Ruth’s and Central Park!

Had a good experience at the Bushwick House. The space was decent, and we appreciated having a private bath. However, I was a bit disappointed there was no desk for work. A suggestion: ask them about desk availability before you arrive!

Staying at The Gates House in Bushwick has been enjoyable. The young, artsy vibe of the neighborhood is interesting, with lots of fun things to do nearby. The house itself is comfortable, and it’s a great spot for anyone looking for a vibrant community feel. However, there were some minor aspects that could be improved.

I’m an artist and needed a place to stay in NYC for a few months while working on a project. Cornelia House fit the bill perfectly. It’s located in Queens, which gave me a break from the busier parts of the city but still kept me close enough to everything. The apartment was clean, and the Outpost team was helpful with any questions I had. My only complaint is that the kitchen could use some more cooking tools — I love to cook, but I had to get creative a few times with the limited supplies. Still, a solid spot for short-term stays.

I stayed in the Master suite, and it was HUGE! The brick walls and natural light made the space feel so cozy. Outpost even added a desk for me, which was super helpful. Perfect for students or young professionals.

This is a solid coliving company with a great selection of locations all over New York City. Fort Greene House has been a solid choice for me while I’ve been interning in NYC. The commute to Manhattan is super easy, and the neighborhood itself has this cool, old-school charm. It feels a lot more grown-up than some other areas of Brooklyn. My room is cozy, and the apartment is well-kept. My only gripe is the kitchen—it’s kind of small, so cooking when my roommates are around can be a hassle. But otherwise, everything has been pretty smooth.
