Very nice house, agency, and agents. The house is very comfortable and warm, and the room is as well. The team is very welcoming and kind. I have been renting for 12 years now, and this is the first house where I finally feel good and safe. No mould, quiet, clean, warm, everything is well done and well maintained. Good standards and you can feel that the agency genuinely cares about you. the onboarding process was very simple and straightforward. I am very happy thank you very much. Special thanks to Ella, who has been super kind and friendly and to Ash, who is caring and looks after all of us so well. Ella, was quick to respond to any questions. Very welcoming! Explained everything succinctly and was able to answer any questions I had. She had a good knowledge of the tenants already at the property and about to move in which is very useful! After signing on to rent a property - all the information I needed was provided quickly. The process was very smooth and very quick! It was a great experience all round! Thanks!
