I moved into one of the houses of OX Living a month ago and I can really recommend it — especially if you are new to the area or the country. Everything is very transparent and clear, and you get no unpleasant surprises. You receive a very detailed inventory of the place when you move in, so you don’t have to worry about taking photos of the furniture yourself and then having disputes later. It is also very clear which services are included, how the rent is arranged, etc. You are appointed a contact person; in my case this was Frankie. She was absolutely great throughout the process. She is very easy to approach and replied to all my questions incredibly fast. She really thought things through with me and was accommodating if things had to be arranged slightly differently. Thank you very much for your help, Frankie! I believe that within a week after receiving the invitation for a viewing everything was arranged, which really gave me great relief, knowing that I’d have a place to stay when I moved to the UK.

First time moving in town with a limited budget and short notice. The team was incredibly helpful, flexible, reactive and understanding and have been just a delight to deal with through this experience. They're really concerned with trying to ensure you're happy with the location and that you'll fit with the other tenants. The property is great, clean and fully equipped. They turned a normally stressful experience into something easy and smooth. Highest praise I can give them is that they're providing peace of mind.
